针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种微型电动轿车整车集成控制系统的技术方案。

如图1所示,一种微型电动轿车整车集成控制系统,包括电机控制器1、再生制动控制2、整车控制器3、电池管理系统4、充电机5、CAN仪表显示6和CAN总线网络,根据各个电控部件实时控制的不同要求和总线传输的可靠性要求,将整个车载CAN总线网络分为低速CAN总线网络和高速CAN总线网络,构成微型电动轿车的分布式控制系统,保证所有电控单元都能通过整车控制器1实现信息交互,实现集中管理、分散控制、风险分担、及时可靠;响应速度要求较高的电机控制器1、再生制动控制2通过高速CAN总线网络与整车控制器3相连,响应速度较低的电池管理系统4、充电机5、CAN仪表显示6通过低速CAN总线网络与整车控制器3相连,两条CAN总线网络相互隔离。整车控制器1在实现整车综合控制的同时,起到网关的作用,每个电控单元都配有相应的CAN接口,按SAE J1939协议与各自规定的CAN网络相连接。驾驶信息直接输入到整车控制器1及时处理,车载网络上所有的CAN信息都可以通过离线的信息处理单元来进行以故障诊断为目的显示、存储和处理。电池管理系统4通过充电机5直接对动力电池组进行自动充电控制,所有单体电池和电池组的充放电状态信息通过可离线的电池信息处理单元来显示和存储,供检测人员使用。电池组的主要状态信息通过车上的CAN仪表显示,供驾驶员使用。每个电控单元都设定了自诊断、自保护功能,整车控制器1依据当前工况和各个部件的能力范围,确保行驶安全和整车系统安全。
如图2所示,整车控制器3内设置微控制器,微控制器上设置有电源和通讯接口、高速CAN接口、低速CAN接口,以及与仪表驱动、信息存储、模拟信号处理、数字信号处理相连的接口。整车控制器1对微型电动轿车动力链的各个环节进行管理、协调和监控,以提高整车能量利用效率,确保安全性和可靠性。该控制器通过光隔采集模拟量和数字量的驾驶信号,通过带高速光隔的两条CAN总线分别获得电机和电池系统的相关信息进行分析和运算,再通过带高速光隔的两条CAN总线分别给出电机控制器1和电池管理系统4指令,实现整车驱动控制、能量优化控制和制动回馈控制。该控制器还具有CAN仪表接口功能,并通过CAN仪表显示整车状态信息,此外还具备完善的故障诊断和处理、整车网关及网络管理功能。
如图3所示,电机控制器1内设置电机控制单元,电机控制单元上设置有CAN接口、电源接口,以及与电流传感器、温度传感器、再生制动控制单元相连的接口,电机控制单元与电机之间设置有功放单元、位置传感器和速度传感器,功放单元与电源接口相连。电机控制单元通过CAN接口实时接收整车控制器1的控制指令,完成直流无刷单电机控制。车辆制动时,完成再生制动控制,实现能量回收。电机控制单元实时采集电机转子位置信息、电机转速信息、相电流信息和电机及电机控制器1本体的温度信息,并通过CAN接口实时发送给整车控制器1,以实现整车行驶的动力分配控制。
如图4所示,电池管理系统4内设置电池管理单元,电池管理单元设置有CAN接口,以及与电池组1信息、电池组2信息、电池组3信息、电池组4信息、总电流信息和电池信息存储显示单元相连的接口。电池管理系统4根据所配置的动力电池进行四个电池组的电压、温度信息采集和总电流信息采集,并进行单体均衡充电控制,通过可离线的电池信息存储显示单元进行电池基准参数的标定和单体电池信息储存、显示和动力电池组的SOC估算,通过内置的CAN接口将电池主要状态信息实时发送给整车控制器1进行整车能量管理控制,并通过CAN仪表显示给驾驶员。
如图5所示,充电机5内设置充电机控制单元,充电机控制单元上设置有CAN接口、外部电源接口和内部电源接口,外部电源接口、内部电源接口与电机控制单元之间设置有功放单元一,通过充电机控制单元对功放单元一控制,按照电池的当前状态,实时监控充电电流和电量,对电池进行自动充电控制,充电时的电池状态信息也实时发送到整车控制器1并通过CAN仪表显示。
如图6所示,CAN仪表显示6内设置仪表控制单元,仪表控制单元上设置有电量表控制接口、速度表控制接口、电流表控制接口、电压表控制接口、报警控制接口、指示灯控制接口和CAN接口,仪表控制单元与CAN接口之间设置CAN信息处理单元。通过增加嵌入式CAN信息处理单元实现与整车控制器1的CAN总线网络通讯,接收所有要显示的驾驶信息、报警信息、电机状态信息和电池状态信息,并通过嵌入式CAN信息处理单元直接传送到仪表控制单元相应的控制接口,完成相应的仪表表头控制和指示灯控制。电量表、速度表、电流表和电压表的指示是由嵌入式CAN信息处理单元根据接收的CAN信息发出相应的PWM信号来控制的。
本发明在满足车身结构、配重和部件外形要求的前提下,充分考虑了集成控制系统的电气技术要求,通过整车控制器3及双路CAN总线网络完成各电控部件的信息交换、处理和综合控制,可以满足不同电控部件、不同通讯速率的实时控制要求,使整车控制性能达到整体最优,也具备了电控系统可拓展性。整车综合控制策略针对不同的工况,通过实时采集驾驶信号和电控部件信息,实现整车集成电控系统的弱电控制、强电管理、整车运行状态控制、制动能量回馈、整车故障保护和仪表显示等功能。

Claims (6)

1.一种微型电动轿车整车集成控制系统,其特征在于包括电机控制器(1)、再生制动控制(2)、整车控制器(3)、电池管理系统(4)、充电机(5)、CAN仪表显示(6)和CAN总线网络,所述的CAN总线网络分为低速CAN总线网络和高速CAN总线网络,电机控制器(1)、再生制动控制(2)通过高速CAN总线网络与整车控制器(3)相连,电池管理系统(4)、充电机(5)、CAN仪表显示(6)通过低速CAN总线网络与整车控制器(3)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微型电动轿车整车集成控制系统,其特征在于所述整车控制器(3)内设置微控制器,微控制器上设置有电源和通讯接口、高速CAN接口、低速CAN接口,以及与仪表驱动、信息存储、模拟信号处理、数字信号处理相连的接口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种微型电动轿车整车集成控制系统,其特征在于所述电机控制器(1)内设置电机控制单元,电机控制单元上设置有CAN接口、电源接口,以及与电流传感器、温度传感器、再生制动控制单元相连的接口,电机控制单元与电机之间设置有功放单元、位置传感器和速度传感器,功放单元与电源接口相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种微型电动轿车整车集成控制系统,其特征在于所述电池管理系统(4)内设置电池管理单元,电池管理单元设置有CAN接口,以及与电池组1信息、电池组2信息、电池组3信息、电池组4信息、总电流信息和电池信息存储显示单元相连的接口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种微型电动轿车整车集成控制系统,其特征在于所述充电机(5)内设置充电机控制单元,充电机控制单元上设置有CAN接口、外部电源接口和内部电源接口,外部电源接口、内部电源接口与电机控制单元之间设置有功放单元一。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种微型电动轿车整车集成控制系统,其特征在于所述CAN仪表显示(6)内设置仪表控制单元,仪表控制单元上设置有电量表控制接口、速度表控制接口、电流表控制接口、电压表控制接口、报警控制接口、指示灯控制接口和CAN接口,仪表控制单元与CAN接口之间设置CAN信息处理单元。
