Abstract

一种木粒发烟器，包括发烟器箱体、加料装置、闷烧装置、积灰装置、风机、送风装置和烟气排气装置。加料装置、闷烧装置和积灰装置置于箱体内，风机出口通过气体分配装置与第一空气阀门和第二空气阀门相连接，烟气排气装置与闷烧装置内腔相连通控制烟气的排放。所述木粒发烟器还设置有自动控制系统，不仅便于与现有的食品烟熏设备相配套，结构更紧凑，还使整个发烟过程更可控。

木粒发烟器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品烟熏装置，尤其涉及一种木粒发烟器，使木粒焖烧发烟而对肉食品进行烟熏。
背景技术
烟熏食品加工过程中，通常将待烟熏的肉食品置于烟熏炉箱体内，通入木粒焖烧产生的高温烟雾来实现。200420037398.8发明专利公开了一种门体发烟烟熏炉，烟熏炉包括炉体和门体两部分，炉体内有输烟管，门体内有风机，风机与吸烟管、输出烟管相连接，输出烟管与炉体内的输烟管相通，发烟器在门体内，加料斗在发烟器的顶部，进气管与和炉体相通，控制箱控制进气管的进气量。该技术虽然具有占地面积小、发烟效果好和能耗小等特点，但是需要与烟熏炉体相配套，不利于对于现有设备的利用，加料斗在门体内也不便于及时补料。
同时，当烟熏炉的容量增加，该技术的产生烟雾的能力就无法满足烟熏需要。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的缺陷，本发明的目的是提供一种木粒发烟器，便于与现有的食品烟熏设备相配套，结构更紧凑，加料更方便，发烟能力更高。
本发明的技术方案是：
本发明一种木粒发烟器，包括发烟器箱体、加料装置、闷烧装置、积灰装置、送风装置和烟气排气装置。积灰装置设置于发烟箱体底层，其上依次为闷烧装置和加料装置，其中，
加料装置包括木粒料斗、加料门体、加料斗和木粒滑片。加料门体一侧活动连接于发烟器箱体，加料斗设置于木粒料斗和加料门体之间，并于木粒料斗活动连接。木粒滑片置于木粒料斗的底端，便于控制木粒进入闷烧装置。
闷烧装置包括闷烧室和闷烧室门体，闷烧室门体一侧活动连接于发烟器箱体。
积灰装置包括积灰室和积灰室门体，积灰室门体一侧活动连接于发烟器箱体，积灰斗置于积灰室内。
送风装置，包括风机、气体分配装置、第一空气阀门和第二空气阀门。风机设置于发烟器箱体一侧，其出口与气体分配装置入口相连，第一空气阀门和第二空气阀门与气体分配装置出口相连。第一空气阀门经管道与闷烧室内腔相连通，起到稀释烟气的作用；第二空气阀门经管道与积灰室内腔相连通，将空气由下往上输送，便于闷烧，避免明火的产生。
烟气排气装置设置于发烟器箱体一侧，包括第一排气腔体、第二排气腔体和气缸。第一排气箱体与闷烧室相连通，气缸设置于第一排气腔体的顶面并于内腔相连通。通过气缸的作用来调节闷烧室产生烟雾的排放。
在本发明木粒发烟器中，还包括一电机，置于发烟器箱体顶面，以便于对木粒进行搅拌。
在本发明木粒发烟器中，还包括与烟气排气装置和闷烧室相连通的清洗管道，以便于对发烟器进行清洗。
在本发明木粒发烟器中，还包括一自动控制系统，设置于闷烧室的温度探头和设置于的发烟器箱体内的温度探头连接于控制模块的输入端，控制模块输出端与风机连接。闷烧室的温度探头和发烟器箱体内的温度探头将测得温度值传送入控制模块，当闷烧室的温度大于350℃，发烟器箱体内的温度大于80℃时，控制模块将停止风机工作。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明所述的木粒发烟器，便于与现有的食品烟熏设备相配套，结构更紧凑。在木粒料斗和加料装置之间设置加料斗使加料更方便。
气缸设置于烟气排气装置第一排气腔体的顶面使整体设备结构更紧凑，自动控制系统使得整个发烟过程更可控。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的结构特征。
如图1和图2所示，本发明木粒发烟器，包括发烟器箱体1、加料装置2、闷烧装置3、积灰装置4、烟气排气装置5、送风装置6。
加料装置2包括木粒料斗21、加料门体22、加料斗23和木料滑片24。加料门体22一侧活动连接于发烟器箱体1，加料斗23设置于木粒料斗21和加料门体22之间，并于木粒料斗21活动连接。木料滑片24置于木粒料斗21的底端，便于控制木料进入闷烧装置3。
闷烧装置3包括闷烧室31和闷烧室门体32，闷烧室门体32一侧活动连接于发烟器箱体1。
积灰装置4包括积灰室41和积灰室门体42，积灰室门体42一侧活动连接于发烟器箱体1，积灰斗43置于积灰室41内。
烟气排气装置5设置于发烟器箱体1一侧，包括第一排气腔体51、第二排气腔体52和气缸53。第一排气箱体51与闷烧室31相连通，气缸53设置于第一排气腔体51的顶面并于内腔相连通。通过气缸51的作用来调节闷烧室31产生烟气的排放。
送风装置6包括风机61、气体分配装置62、第一空气阀门63和第二空气阀门64。风机61设置于发烟器箱体1一侧，其出口与气体分配装置62入口相连，第一空气阀门63和第二空气阀门64与气体分配装置62出口相连。第一空气阀门63经一管道65与闷烧室31内腔相连通；第二空气阀门64经一管道65与积灰室41内腔相连通。
电机7，置于发烟器箱体1顶面，以便于对木粒进行搅拌。
清洗管道8与烟气排气装置5和闷烧室31相连通，便于对发烟器进行清洗。
如图3所示，本发明木粒发烟器还包括一自动控制系统9，设置于闷烧室的温度探头91和设置于的发烟器箱体内的温度探头92连接于控制模块93的输入端，控制模块93(如：可编程控制器，PLC)输出端与风机61连接。闷烧室的温度探头91和发烟器箱体内的温度探头92将测得温度值传送入控制模块93，当闷烧室31的温度大于350℃，发烟器箱体1内的温度大于80℃时，控制模块93将停止风机61工作。

1.一种木粒发烟器，其特征是包括发烟器箱体、加料装置、闷烧装置、积灰装置、送风装置和烟气排气装置；积灰装置设置于发烟箱体底层，其上依次为闷烧装置和加料装置，其中，
加料装置，包括木粒料斗、加料门体、加料斗和木料滑片；加料门体一侧活动连接于发烟器箱体，加料斗设置于木粒料斗和加料门体之间，并于木粒料斗活动连接，木料滑片置于木粒料斗的底端；
闷烧装置，包括闷烧室和闷烧室门体，闷烧室门体一侧活动连接于发烟器箱体；
积灰装置，包括积灰室和积灰室门体，积灰斗置于积灰室内；
烟气排气装置，设置于发烟器箱体一侧，包括第一排气腔体、第二排气腔体和气缸；第一排气箱体与闷烧室相连通，气缸设置于第一排气腔体的顶面并于内腔相连通；
送风装置，包括风机、气体分配装置、第一空气阀门和第二空气阀门；所述风机设置于所述发烟器箱体一侧，其出口与所述气体分配装置入口相连，第一空气阀门和第二空气阀门与气体分配装置出口相连；第一空气阀门经管道与闷烧室内腔相连通；第二空气阀门经管道与积灰室内腔相连通；
清洗管道，与所述烟气排气装置和所述闷烧室相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木粒发烟器，其特征是：还包括一电机，置于发烟器箱体顶面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木粒发烟器，其特征是：还包括一自动控制系统，设置于所述闷烧室的温度探头和设置于所述发烟器箱体内的温度探头连接于控制模块的输入端，控制模块输出端与风机连接。
