Abstract
本发明涉及用于稳定带(2)的带边缘的方法和装置(1),该装置具有至少一个用于识别出至少一个带边缘(3、4)的位置的传感器(6),且在该装置中设有至少一个调节装置(7),通过所述调节装置可根据至少一个带边缘(3、4)的被识别出的位置将至少一个用于稳定带边缘的机构(8)定位。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于稳定带边缘的装置和方法。
背景技术
在现代镀锌设备中,有待镀锌的带材料被引导穿过含有锌的池,使得在带材料上形成锌膜。接下来再用气动的刮除器将在这种情况下产生的多余的锌材料去除,从而能实现材料节省,且能达到所希望的锌材料的均匀的镀层厚度。
因此刮除器必须移动至非常靠近带材料,由此可目标明确地实现锌膜。
然而现在越来越表明,带波动会阻碍刮除器最佳地靠近带材料。因而带材料会产生振动、横向弧形部分和边缘波动,这会导致刮除器在这些区域中刮除的锌材料过多或者过少。因此,最近已公开了各种电磁的带稳定器,见WO 2006/021436 A1,这些带稳定器沿着用于给带镀锌的设备的宽度分布设置,其中在这种设备上对各种不同宽度的带进行加工和镀锌,从而固定设置的带稳定器并未设置在相应的带边缘区域中,因而所表现的效果并不合适,在带材料边缘区域中还会出现干扰的波动。
发明内容、目的、解决方案、优点
本发明的目的是,提出用于稳定带边缘的装置和方法,通过该装置能克服或者减小现有技术的缺点。
根据本发明,关于装置的目的通过一种用于稳定带的带边缘的装置得以实现,该装置具有至少一个传感器,用于识别出至少一个带边缘的位置,且设有至少一个调节装置,通过所述调节装置可根据至少一个带边缘的被识别出的位置将至少一个用于稳定带边缘的机构定位。有利的是,设有两个传感器,它们探测两个带边缘的位置。由此可以在两个带边缘处最佳地给带边缘稳定机构定位。
在此有利的是,用于稳定带边缘的机构包括至少一个线圈,所述线圈用于产生电磁场,如交变的电磁场。
同样有利的是,用于稳定带边缘的机构针对每个带边缘都包括至少一个线圈,所述线圈用于产生电磁场,如交变的电磁场。
同样有益的是,用于稳定带边缘的机构包括至少两个线圈,这两个线圈在带边缘处对置地布置在带的上方和下方。因此,带边缘在一定程度上在对置的线圈之间穿过。
此外有利的是,调节装置具有调节传动机构。同样有益的是,调节传动机构是电动的、气动的或液压的传动机构。
同样有利的是,还设有至少一个刮除器,以便将材料从带上刮除,且调节装置优选与用于调节至少一个刮除器的装置连接成结构单元。这两个装置也可以分开地构造。
根据本发明,关于方法的目的通过一种用于控制装置的方法得以实现,该装置用于稳定带的带边缘,其中至少一个传感器探测带边缘的位置,对至少一个调节装置进行控制,使得根据至少一个带边缘的被识别出的位置将至少一个用于稳定带边缘的机构定位。
有利的改进在从属权利要求中说明。

本发明的优选设计
图1、2和3分别为本发明的用于稳定带边缘的装置1的草图。在此示出了带2,例如金属带或钢带,其优选可通过输送机构来输送。带2具有两个旁侧的带边缘3、4。为了引导带,在镀层材料(熔融物)的池中设有轮,如图4和5所示。引导机构5用于引导,且用作调节装置7的运动面。此外,设有至少一个传感器6,其检测带有带边缘3、4的带2的当前带位置。也可以沿着带2的宽度设置多个传感器6,例如在带中心的相对侧,或者在带引导机构中心,或者在带的两个边缘上,设有两个传感器6。用10来表示锌池或另一种镀层剂池,带穿过所述池,以便由此被镀层。
此外,设有带有调节传动机构7a的调节装置7,该调节装置调节用于实现带边缘稳定的机构8。所述调节可以根据带边缘3、4的位置来进行,故优选在横向于带纵向的方向上进行调节。由于利用一个或多个传感器6来探测或检测带边缘3、4的位置,通过调节装置7可以调节用于实现带边缘稳定的一个或多个机构8的位置,使得所述机构8总是布置在一个或多个带边缘3、4的区域中。用于实现带边缘稳定的机构8优选可以设置在一个带边缘上,或者设置在两个相对的带边缘上。
作为用于实现带稳定的机构8,优选使用具有至少一个线圈的装置,其例如能抑制带边缘的边缘波动。也可以在一个带边缘3、4上设置两个线圈8,这些线圈彼此相对布置,使得带边缘3、4布置在两个线圈8之间,并穿过线圈8之间的空隙。
此外,装置1的一种有利的实施例具有镀锌装置的或镀层装置的边缘模(Kantenmaske)9。该边缘模可以一与线圈完全相同地一被设计成可跟踪带边缘。边缘模可以实现减少噪声产生,改善在带的边缘区域中对带2上的镀层材料的刮除效果。
为了刮除多余的镀层材料,设有刮除器11或刮除喷嘴,使用它们将多余的镀层材料刮除,直至带2达到可预先给定的层厚。这些刮除喷嘴优选是气动的喷嘴,其至少沿着带的部分宽度延伸。
根据本发明,传感器6适合于探测一个或两个带边缘3、4的位置。借助调节装置7的调节传动机构7a,用于带稳定的机构8移动至根据识别设置带边缘3、4之处,从而机构8实现利用刮除器来减小在运行时带边缘的波动性,并使得带或带边缘尽可能平整地移动经过刮除器。
一个或多个调节传动机构7a优选是电动的机构和/或液压的机构和/或气动的机构,其优选受控地被操纵。另一控制单元用于通过调节传动机构7a来控制调节机构的位置,该控制单元根据带边缘位置来控制所述一个或多个调节传动机构7a,以便使得用于带边缘稳定的机构8移动至带边缘3、4的被探测到的位置。
此外,用于带边缘稳定的机构8的调节单元可以与用于调节刮除器高度的机构组装成结构单元。这些机构用于调节刮除器的高度。对刮除器高度的调节用于使得刮除喷嘴处于最佳的吹洗位置。
实例:
当设备速度比较缓慢时,带在每单位时间内从池表面到刮除点所历经的路程较短。锌相对快地硬化。因此,喷嘴必须直接位于池上方高度h1处,见图6。
如果设备运行较快,则刮除喷嘴在池上方的高度就要比较高,即h2>h1,因为要稍晚些才会凝固,见图7。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于稳定带(2)的带边缘的装置(1),该装置具有至少一个用于识别出至少一个带边缘(3、4)的位置的传感器(6),且设有至少一个调节装置(7),通过所述调节装置可根据至少一个带边缘(3、4)的被识别出的位置将至少一个用于稳定带边缘的机构(8)定位。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,用于稳定带边缘的机构包括至少一个线圈,所述线圈用于产生电磁场,如交变的电磁场。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,用于稳定带边缘的机构针对每个带边缘都包括至少一个线圈,所述线圈用于产生电磁场,如交变的电磁场。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的装置,其特征在于,用于稳定带边缘的机构包括至少两个线圈,这两个线圈在带边缘处对置地布置在带的上方和下方。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,调节装置(7)具有调节传动机构。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,调节传动机构是电动的或液压的传动机构。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还设有至少一个刮除器,以便将材料从带上刮除,且调节装置与用于调节至少一个刮除器的装置连接成结构单元。
8.一种用于稳定带(2)的带边缘的装置(1)的控制方法,其中至少一个传感器(6)探测带边缘(3、4)的位置,对至少一个调节装置(7)进行控制,使得根据至少一个带边缘(3、4)的被识别出的位置将至少一个用于稳定带边缘的机构(8)定位。
