Abstract
本发明公开了一种无污染生物质气化炉，包括炉体、炉盖、引风机以及输气系统，要点是在气化室周边的壳体内设有与气化室连通的输气室并通过导气管连接第一净化室，第一净化室通过顶部的导气管和底部的“U”型管连接第二净化室，导气管中间连接引风机，第二净化室通过输气管道与带气阀的灶头相连接，通过底部的“U”型回流管与气化室相连通，导气管上还设有带控制阀的压力新风口。本发明燃气转换率高，无焦油异味等环境污染，炉体内外压力相对平衡，没有安全隐患；设计合理，操作简便，可以程序化运行，成功地解决了农村、山区、牧区日常炊事、采暖、蒸汽以及种植场、养殖场和加工厂需要的热源燃料。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及由固态含碳物料生产煤气、水煤气、合成气技术领域，具体地说是一种内外压平衡的气化炉。
背景技术
气化炉是一种将秸秆、稻草、柴禾等生物质燃料在缺氧环境下燃烧，从而产生一氧化碳、甲烷等可燃性气体再加以利用的装置。在能源日趋短缺的今天，充分利用生物质再生能源，在广大农村、山区就显得尤为重要。目前研究开发的气化炉，种类很多，结构各异，虽然在生物质燃料利用方面发挥了积极的作用，但是还普遍存在着燃气转换率比较低等问题，有的存有焦油异味等环境污染，有的内外压力不均衡存在安全隐患，有的一次加料以后燃烧时间短，烟气大，操作使用很不方便。上述缺陷在一定程度上影响了生物质气化炉的推广和使用。
发明内容
为了解决现有气化炉存在的不足，本发明提供了一种燃气转换率高、内外压力平衡的多功能无污染生物质气化炉。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：这种无污染生物质气化炉，包括炉体、炉盖、引风机以及输气系统，所说炉体上部设有气化室，下部设有炉篦、炉门，主要是在气化室周边的壳体内设有通过炉篦漏孔与气化室连通的输气室；输气室顶部通过导气管连接第一净化室，导气管上设有带控制阀的新风口，第一净化室通过顶部的引气管和底部的“U”型管与第二净化室连接，第二净化室通过输气管道与带气阀的灶头相连接，并通过其底部的“U”型回流管与气化室相连通；所说“U”型回流管呈向下倾斜设置，其末端设有回流槽。
作为本发明的一种改进，可在引风机的电机和第二净化室的外围设有带介质出口、介质进口的介质散热套，两个介质散热套之间由介质连通管相连接，以便能够快速冷却引风机的电机和第二净化室在气化炉燃烧过程中产生的热量。
本发明与现有技术相比的主要优点：
一是无焦油异味等环境污染。由于本发明采用高温裂解全封闭结构，使焦油等污染物质裂解成可燃气体，不仅解除了污染源，消除了异味，而且能够使这些污染物质再次裂解成高温热源重新被利用，大幅度提高产气量和气体质量。
二是本发明采用了气体平衡装置，使炉体内部和外部的压力达到相对平衡，从而解决了气化炉存在爆炸的不安全因素。
三是设计合理，操作简便，可以程序化运行，使这种气化炉成为农牧家庭生活能源装置，解决日常炊事、采暖、蒸汽以及种植场、养殖场和加工厂所需要的热源燃料，对于再生能源的利用，发展低碳经济起着积极的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细描述：
如图1所示，这种无污染生物质气化炉，包括炉体15、炉盖19、引风机7以及输气系统，所说炉体15上部设有气化室18，下部设有炉篦14、炉门13。主要是在气化室18周边的壳体内设有通过炉篦14的漏孔与气化室18连通的输气室16；输气室16顶部通过导气管1连接第一净化室4，导气管1上设有带控制阀的新风口2，第一净化室4通过顶部的引气管6和底部的“U”型管20与第二净化室11的导流管21连接，第二净化室11通过输气管道与带气阀的灶头10相连接，并通过其底部的“U”型回流管9与气化室18相连通；“U”型回流管9向下呈倾斜设置，其末端设有回流槽17。为了能够快速冷却引风机7的电机和第二净化室11因气化炉在气化燃烧过程中带来的热量，在引风机7的电机和第二净化室11的外周边上设有带介质出口3、介质进口12的介质散热套5，两个介质散热套5之间由介质连通管8相连接，同时通过这两个散热套5回收大量无任何污染的能源用于采暖或提供热水等。
本发明的工作过程是：将气化室18加满诸如秸秆，锯末、木柴，稻草，稻壳，树枝、树叶、干燥的牛羊畜粪等生物质碎料后，在炉箅14上侧点火燃烧，在缺氧状态下使生物质裂解为可燃气体，经过高温区不完全燃烧，使二氧化碳变成可燃的一氧化碳等气体。这些可燃气体及其它物质在引风机7的作用下进入输气室16，再经导气管1进入第一净化室4。此时，可燃气体在引风机7的作用下被输送到导流管21进入第二净化室11，气体被进一步净化后沿着第二净化室11的输气管道进入灶头10进行利用。焦油等有害物质沉淀到第一净化室4的下方，通过“U”型管20和导流管21进入第二净化室11，再通过“U”型回流管9经回流槽17进入气化室18，将焦油等有害物质再次燃烧裂解成高温可燃气体。
Claims (3)
1.一种无污染生物质气化炉，包括炉体(15)、炉盖(19)、引风机(7)以及输气系统，所说炉体(15)上部设有气化室(18)，下部设有炉篦(14)、炉门(13)，其特征在于：所说气化室(18)周边的壳体内设有通过炉篦(14)漏孔与气化室(18)连通的输气室(16)；输气室(16)顶部通过导气管(1)连接第一净化室(4)，导气管(1)上设有带控制阀的新风口(2)，第一净化室(4)通过顶部的引气管(6)和底部的“U”型管(20)与第二净化室(11)连接，第二净化室(11)通过输气管道与带气阀的灶头(10)相连接，并通过其底部的“U”型回流管(9)与气化室(18)相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述无污染生物质气化炉，其特征在于：引风机(7)的电机和第二净化室(11)的外围设有带介质出口(3)、介质进口(12)的介质散热套(5)，两个介质散热套(5)之间由介质连通管(8)相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述无污染生物质气化炉，其特征在于：所述“U”型回流管(9)呈向下倾斜设置，其末端设有回流槽(17)。
