技术领域
本发明涉及水泥熟料行进式稳流冷却机用篦板支撑梁。
背景技术
冷却机作为水泥厂熟料烧成系统重要的主机设备,它担负着对高温红热熟料进行冷却、热回收、输送、破碎等多重作用。随着现代新型干法水泥生产技术的逐步完善,生产规模正向大型化方向发展,其关键因素之一是装备的大型化和高新技术的应用,而高效节能、运行可靠的篦冷机已经成为确保整个系统生产能力强,能耗低、运转率高及系统操作稳定的一个非常重要的因素。
随着水泥工业的发展,冷却机也在不断更新发展。到目前为止,冷却机已经历了筒式冷却机、薄料层推动篦式冷却机(第一代篦冷机)、厚料层骤冷推动篦式冷却机(第二代篦冷机)、充气梁推动篦式冷却机(第三代篦冷机)、行进式和推动棒式冷却机(第四代冷却机)。我国篦冷机设计开发始于六十——七十年代。八十年代中期,我国引进了美国FULLER公司第二代篦冷机制造技术,篦冷机技术的引进使我国水泥工业向前迈出了一大步,相继开发的一大批新型干法水泥生产线都使用的是美国FULLER型篦冷机。九十年代我国又开发出第三代空气梁式篦冷机。第三代篦冷机的成功开发应用,最显著的特点就是同规格的回转窑产量提高20%以上。我国篦冷机的设计、制造水平整体上还落后于国外先进水平,与国外同类产品相比还有一定的差距。如FLSMDITH的“COOLAX”冷却机,POLYSIUS的“REPOL-RS”冷却机,KHD的“PYROSTEP”冷却机以及CLAUDIUSPETERS公司生产的CP型冷却机,其先进的空气梁控制流技术及气系统独具特色。
冷却机在使用过程中,其工作环境是十分恶劣的,除了承受高温红热水泥熟料的热辐射外,还承受很大的重载荷,这就对冷却机的篦床刚性和热稳定性提出了很高的要求,特别是对由活动框架和活动篦板梁组成的活动篦床要求很高。活动篦篦床的刚性和热稳定性直接影响篦冷机使用性能及整个系统运行的运转率。
目前国内使用的篦板支撑梁都是采用厚钢板切割焊接后再进行机加工,其缺点是耗用钢材多,加工要求高,制造难度大,生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种整板折弯成型,从而减少加工强度、降低加工成本的行进式冷却机篦板支撑梁。
本发明的技术方案是:所述支撑梁由平板折呈截面为U形,两端设有端板,两端板之间依照篦板长度设有若干推料板支撑,相邻推料板支撑之间的支撑梁底面上设有风口,相邻推料板支撑之间的支撑梁口沿设有篦板连接装置。
所述支撑梁底面上还设有活动纵梁连接孔。
本发明的特点是,1、采用了U形梁体结构,篦板支撑梁主体采用中板折弯成U形结构,在其中间根据篦板大小焊接若干推料板支撑,两端焊接安装连接板,使其形成一个整体。每块篦板下部均开有冷却风进气口,在每块篦板下方形成了由支撑梁体、推料板支撑及推料板组成的独立的风室。2、采用折弯成形制造篦板支撑梁的创新技术,由于钢板折弯成U形后,折弯形成的两条过渡圆弧使梁体具有很高的强度和刚度,因而在大减少制造篦板支撑梁材料的厚度,节省大量钢材。根据试制样机测量,制造同样篦床面积的篦板支撑梁,可减少钢材用量60%以上。结构简单,焊接量少,焊接应力和变形小,不需要热处理和机加工,制造成本低。3、更加细致的控制流供风技术,由于每块篦板下部均开有冷却风进气口,在每块篦板下方形成了由支撑梁体、推料板支撑及推料板组成的独立的风室,可根据水泥熟料冷却的需要对每块篦板单独供风,实现更加细致的控制流冷却供风。4、模块化设计技术,本发明的篦板支撑梁可以与活动纵梁、防漏料篦板、推料板等一起组合成行进式冷却机的冷却推料运动模块,并可根据需要利用该模块组合成任意规格冷却机的篦床。改变了目前国内外冷却机十多种固定篦板梁和活动篦板梁带来的设计、制造、安装难度。结构简洁,制造工艺流程简单,易于实现批量化生产。
综上所述,本发明结构简洁,制造工艺流程简单,下料折弯后焊上篦板安装搭子和推料板支撑,切割进气孔并钻孔、攻丝即成,易实现成批大量生产。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本发明的支撑梁6由平板折呈截面为U形,两端设有端板3,两端板3之间依照篦板长度设有若干推料板支撑5,相邻推料板支撑5之间的支撑梁6底面上设有风口1,相邻推料板支撑5之间的支撑梁6口沿设有篦板连接装置4。
所述支撑梁6底面上还设有活动纵梁连接孔2。
本发明引进了水泥熟料冷却机篦板支撑梁设计的全新结构,采用了普通钢板剪、折、焊制造篦板支撑梁技术、梁体U形结构、切割冷却风进气口等创新设计,结构简单,刚性好,不需要机加工,也不需热处理,有效地解决了篦板梁的制造难度大,成本高等问题。同时可以与活动纵梁、防漏料篦板、推料板等一起组合成行进式冷却机的冷却推料运动模块,并可根据需要利用该模块组合成任意规格的冷却机的篦床。

1.一种行进式冷却机篦板支撑梁,其特征在于,所述支撑梁由平板折呈截面为U形,两端设有端板,两端板之间依照篦板长度设有若干推料板支撑,相邻推料板支撑之间的支撑梁底面上设有风口,相邻推料板支撑之间的支撑梁口沿设有篦板连接装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种行进式冷却机篦板支撑梁,其特征在于,所述支撑梁底面上还设有活动纵梁连接孔。
