本发明涉及轴承,更具体地说涉及一种风冷式滚珠轴承。
背景技术
现有滚珠轴承的外圈,滚珠,保持架,内圈各部件是实心的,运转过程中,随着时间增长各部件温度也增大,由于各部件间因受热所导致的几何形状改变不均衡,当外圈的内壁与内圈的外壁间距小于滚珠的直径时,“卡珠”现象发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种风冷式滚珠轴承。
本发明通过下述技术方案予以实现:
本发明风冷式滚珠轴承,包括外圈,滚珠,保持架,内圈,所述内圈的一个端部结合有风叶。
本发明与现有技术相比较的有益效果是:
由于本发明风冷式滚珠轴承中,所述内圈的一个端部结合有风叶,使轴承在转动过程中产生风,将轴承中除内圈以外的其它各部件冷却,从而降低各部件热形变程度,避免或减少“卡珠”现象发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
图1所示,本发明风冷式滚珠轴承,包括外圈1,滚珠2,保持架3,内圈4,所述内圈4的一个端部结合有风叶5。所述风叶5与所述内圈4端部的结合方式是多种的,如图1所示的焊接,如图2所示的,在所述内圈4端部上设置有螺纹孔,借螺丝钉6结合,或如图3所示的,在所述内圈4端部上设置有插孔,借风叶5上的延伸柱7插合。
