Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种满球球轴承,其特征在于轴承外圈设有轴向裂缝,轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间沿周向装满钢球。在轴承外圈设周向裂缝,该裂缝为工艺裂缝,通过这个裂缝可以把钢球装满轴承空间,这样就可以解决轴承承载能力不够的问题。因此,本实用新型的优点在于承载能力强,特别适合低速重载的使用场合。

本实用新型涉及一种轴承,具体涉及一种满球球轴承。
背景技术
当常规的向心球轴承应用在重负荷德情况下时,往往处出现轴承承载能力不够的问题,相信球轴承当在外型尺寸一定的情况下,其额定负荷只能在很小的范围内变化,主要原因为轴承能够装入数量和尺寸收到空间的限制。目前传统的向心球轴承都是内圈、外圈、钢球、保持架等主要零件组成,当轴承设计时大都是根据极限额定负荷的最大值来确定合适的钢球直径和数量,由于收到装球角度的限制只能填上适当数量的钢球,当装球角大于大于186度时就很难装球,因此不能把沟道之间的填满钢球。
发明内容
本专利的目的是提供一种满球轴承,能够解决原来结构的球轴承摩不能填满钢球导致的轴承载荷能力不够的问题,适用于在低速重载的使用场合。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种满球球轴承,包括轴承外圈,轴承内圈,位于轴承内圈和轴承内圈之间的钢球,其特征在于轴承外圈设有轴向裂缝,轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间沿周向装满钢球。
在轴承外圈设周向裂缝,该裂缝为工艺裂缝,通过这个裂缝可以把钢球装满轴承空间,这样就可以解决轴承承载能力不够的问题。因此,本实用新型的优点在于承载能力强,特别适合低速重载的使用场合。

具体实施方式
一种满球球轴承,包括轴承外圈1,轴承内圈2,位于轴承内圈1和轴承内圈2之间的钢球3,其特征在于轴承外圈1设有轴向裂缝4,轴承内圈1和轴承外圈2之间沿周向装满钢球3。
本实用新型是针对传统的向心球轴承存在的结构局限性,为了能够装入满滚道的钢球,需要对轴承的结构进行改造,本实用新型是将轴承外圈1在精加工完好后,将其沿轴向断裂一个裂缝4,然后沿裂缝4处涨大,在涨大的空隙处装入更多的钢球,直到将轴承空间钢球3装满,钢球3装满后,外圈1由于弹性裂缝4合拢,成为一个整体,由于轴承钢材弹性很好,钢球3装后轴承外圈1还能完好恢复精度,这个裂缝4由于是端口合拢的,几乎没有接缝感觉,钢球在低速运转时几乎不受到影响。需要注意的是,该轴承没有保持架。
这个裂缝4形成的方法为:在轴承外圈1淬火前在轴承套圈端面上凿一个V型小口,当轴承外圈1正常热处理、精加工合格后将轴承外圈1沿径向受力变形,由于端面V型小口的尖部有应力集中,裂口就会沿轴向整齐的断裂一个裂缝4。通过该裂缝4就可以在滚道处装满钢球3,只使钢球3间保留仅有0.2以下的间隙,实现了满装钢球3的目的。

1、一种满球球轴承,包括轴承外圈,轴承内圈,位于轴承内圈和轴承内圈之间的钢球,其特征在于轴承外圈设有轴向裂缝,轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间沿周向装满钢球。
2、按照权利要求1所述的满球球轴承,其特征在于钢球之间的间隙小于0.2mm。
