蛋类做为食品主要以蒸、煮、炒等方式食用,蛋丝(条)是将蛋类进一步加工制成丝(条)。
发明内容
将蛋液充分搅拌均匀,然后将搅匀的蛋液通过蛋丝(条)的模具经(100℃-110℃)加热制熟后挤出成型。制成的蛋丝(条)滑嫩有韧性。
具体实施方式
首先将蛋液充分搅拌均匀,目的是防止制成的蛋丝(条)清与黄不匀而断丝,然后将搅匀的蛋液加入到制丝或条的模具内经过(100℃-110℃)加热制熟,挤出成型即可加工成蛋丝或条。
