Abstract

本发明涉及一种土壤杀虫机。它包括箱体、气管、设置在箱体上的若干火焰喷嘴,箱体的上下端敞口,气管的一端接气源,气管与若干火焰喷嘴的进气端连通,火焰喷嘴的喷火端处于箱体内,箱体上设置传动装置和至少一个土壤提升装置,每个土壤提升装置包括上下端敞口的输送筒、设置在输送筒内的绞龙,输送筒的上部开有与箱体相通的槽口,输送筒的下端固设横置的U形兜土板,兜土板的开口与槽口相远离,传动装置的动力输出端与绞龙轴的上部相接。本杀虫机具有杀虫效果较佳的优点。

土壤杀虫机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种土壤杀虫机。
背景技术
目前,现有土壤杀虫机的种类繁多、结构也各异。使用时,先旋耕土壤使其翻起或在土壤中打洞,然后将火焰喷嘴的喷火端插入所述土壤中,实施杀虫作业。每个火焰喷嘴与所述土壤为线接触,换言之,火焰喷嘴无法彻底地与所述土壤的每一处进行接触,故现有杀虫机的杀虫效果较差。有的杀虫机为了提高杀虫效果,不惜采用复杂结构、贵重材料,以至成本较高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种杀虫效果较佳的土壤杀虫机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种土壤杀虫机,它包括箱体、气管、设置在箱体上的若干火焰喷嘴,箱体的上下端敞口,气管的一端接气源,气管与若干火焰喷嘴的进气端连通,火焰喷嘴的喷火端处于箱体内,箱体上设置传动装置和至少一个土壤提升装置,每个土壤提升装置包括上下端敞口的输送筒、设置在输送筒内的绞龙,输送筒的上部开有与箱体相通的槽口,输送筒的下端固设横置的U形兜土板,兜土板的开口与槽口相远离,传动装置的动力输出端与绞龙轴的上部相接。
为能简洁说明问题起见,以下对本发明所述土壤杀虫机均简称为本杀虫机。
将本杀虫机与机动牵引装置(如农用小四轮机)连接,让兜土板插入土壤中一定深度,让传动装置与机动牵引装置的动力装置相连。
使用时,本杀虫机跟随机动牵引装置前行,传动装置将机动牵引装置的动力传递给绞龙轴,使得绞龙旋转,借助于兜土板的拢土作用,将土壤破碎并提升到输送筒的上部槽口处甩入箱体内,若干火焰喷嘴在箱体内喷出的火焰形成立体的杀虫火网,甩入箱体内的破碎土壤要自上而下地经过该火网,该火网与所述土壤的每一处为立体式接触,从而可彻底地杀灭所述土壤中的害虫。
因此,本杀虫机具有杀虫效果较佳的优点。
所述箱体上并排地设置结构相同的两个土壤提升装置,箱体内在两个输送筒的上部槽口之间处设置隔板,传动装置的动力输出端分别与两个绞龙轴的上部相接。隔板的设置,使得分别被提升到两个输送筒上部槽口处的土壤互不干涉。
所述箱体内对应于每个输送筒的上部槽口处分别设置若干分离板。分离板起到了对经输送筒的上部槽口处甩入箱体内的土壤进一步破碎的作用。
所述箱体上设置铰接座、挂接座。铰接座的设置,便于将本杀虫机与机动牵引装置中的升降油缸连接,从而对兜土板插入土壤中的深度进行控制;挂接座的设置,便于将本杀虫机与机动牵引装置连接。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明的实施方式进行具体描述:
参见图1-图5:
本杀虫机包括箱体1、气管2、设置在箱体1上的六个火焰喷嘴3,箱体1的上下端敞口,气管2的一端接气源(附图中省略所述的气源),气管2的另一端与处于箱体1的左侧板1a上的一个火焰喷嘴3的进气端连通,气管2的两端之间还与其余五个火焰喷嘴3的进气端连通,火焰喷嘴3的喷火端处于箱体1内。火焰喷嘴3为现有技术部分。
箱体1的前侧并排地设置结构相同的两个土壤提升装置,每个土壤提升装置包括上下端敞口的圆形输送筒4、设置在输送筒4内的绞龙5,输送筒4的上部开有与箱体1相通的槽口4a,输送筒4的下端固设横置的U形兜土板6,兜土板6的开口与槽口4a相远离。
箱体1上对应于两个输送筒4的上端处水平设置长方体状的安装盒1c。箱体1上设置传动装置,传动装置包括第一轴7、链轮7a、伞齿轮7b、第二轴8、伞齿轮8a、第三轴11、第四轴12、第五轴13及处于安装盒内的齿轮8b、过桥齿轮11a、齿轮5b、过桥齿轮12a、过桥齿轮13a、齿轮5b。
相互平行的两个绞龙轴5a的上端自下而上地穿出安装盒1c,两个齿轮5b分别固设在两个绞龙轴5a处于安装盒1c内的上部轴体上。
第一轴7可转动地水平担置在安装盒1c的顶面右侧远离输送筒4处,第一轴7的轴线延长线与两绞龙轴5a的轴线垂直相交,链轮7a固设在第一轴7的中段,通过链轮7a可与机动牵引装置的动力装置(附图中未示出所述的机动牵引装置及动力装置)相连,伞齿轮7b固设在第一轴7的左端且指向右侧的绞龙轴5a。
第二轴8可转动地竖直设置在安装盒1c上靠近伞齿轮7b处,第二轴8的上端穿出安装盒1c、下端置于安装盒1c的底板上,第二轴8的轴线与两绞龙轴5a的轴线相平行,伞齿轮8a固设在第二轴8的上端且与伞齿轮7b啮合,齿轮8b固设在第二轴8的中段。
第三轴11、第四轴12、第五轴13可转动地竖直设置在安装盒1c上,三轴的上端置于安装盒1c的顶板上、下端置于安装盒1c的底板上,三轴的轴线与绞龙轴5a的轴线相平行,第三轴11处于第二轴8和右侧的绞龙轴5a之间,第四轴12、第五轴13处于两个绞龙轴5a之间,过桥齿轮11a、过桥齿轮12a、过桥齿轮13a分别固设在三轴的中段。
齿轮8b、过桥齿轮11a、右侧的齿轮5b、过桥齿轮12a、过桥齿轮13a、左侧的齿轮5b依次相互啮合,机动牵引装置的动力经链轮7a、伞齿轮7b、伞齿轮8a、齿轮8b、过桥齿轮11a传递给右侧的齿轮5b,右侧的齿轮5b又通过过桥齿轮12a、过桥齿轮13a将动力传递给左侧的齿轮5b,这样,传动装置的动力输出端分别与两个绞龙轴5a的上部相接。
箱体1内在两个输送筒4的上部槽口4a之间处设置隔板1d,箱体1内对应于每个输送筒4的上部槽口4a处分别设置两块分离板1e。
安装盒1c的顶面左侧设置铰接座9、顶面右侧设置挂接座10。
需要说明的是,图1中处于箱体1的右侧板1b上的那个火焰喷嘴未示出,图3中未示出左侧板1a和右侧板1b上的两个火焰喷嘴,图3、图5中均未示出两个U形兜土板。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一种实施方式。应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出显而易见的若干变换或替代以及改型,这些也应视为属于本发明的保护范围。比如:土壤提升装置还可为两个以上;在将土壤破碎、提升并甩到箱体内的前提条件下,土壤提升装置还可采用其它适用的结构形式。

Claims (4)

1.土壤杀虫机,包括箱体、气管、设置在箱体上的若干火焰喷嘴,气管的一端接气源,气管与若干火焰喷嘴的进气端连通,其特征是:箱体的上下端敞口,火焰喷嘴的喷火端处于箱体内,箱体上设置传动装置和至少一个土壤提升装置,每个土壤提升装置包括上下端敞口的输送筒、设置在输送筒内的绞龙,输送筒的上部开有与箱体相通的槽口,输送筒的下端固设横置的U形兜土板,兜土板的开口与槽口相远离,传动装置的动力输出端与绞龙轴的上部相接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的土壤杀虫机,其特征是:所述箱体上并排地设置结构相同的两个土壤提升装置,箱体内在两个输送筒的上部槽口之间处设置隔板,传动装置的动力输出端分别与两个绞龙轴的上部相接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的土壤杀虫机,其特征是:所述箱体内对应于每个输送筒的上部槽口处分别设置若干分离板。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的土壤杀虫机,其特征是:所述箱体上设置铰接座和挂接座。
