Abstract

一种电子设备,包括本体、枢接于本体上的盖体将本体和盖体锁合的锁合机构。锁合机构包括锁孔及锁芯,锁孔设置于盖体和本体其中一者上,锁芯设置于盖体和本体其中另一者上,锁芯包括电磁铁、磁性体、固定于磁性体上的锁销及位于磁性体和电磁铁之间弹性体;磁性体可在与电磁铁之间产生吸引力时带动锁销向电磁铁移动直至锁销与锁孔相分离使盖体可相对本体转动同时挤压弹性体使弹性体发生弹性形变,并在与电磁铁之间无吸引力时,磁性体借助弹性体恢复弹性形变的弹力带动锁销向远离电磁铁的方向移动从而将锁销插设于锁孔内使盖体锁合于本体上,相对现有技术而言,可以降低电子设备因受到碰撞或者振动而无意使盖体相对本体打开的几率。

电子设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子设备,尤其涉及一种盖体可转动地连接于本体上的电子设备。
背景技术
随着电子技术的发展,越来越多的便携式电子设备广泛应用到人们的日常生活中,如笔记本电脑、便携式DVD播放器等。
上述便携式电子设备包括本体及可转动地连接于本体上的盖体。然,便携式电子设备在携带时可能会因为受到振动或者碰撞而无意使盖体相对本体打开。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种盖体和本体可相互锁合的电子设备。
一种电子设备,包括本体、枢接于所述本体上的盖体将所述本体和所述盖体锁合的锁合机构。所述锁合机构包括锁孔及锁芯,所述锁孔设置于盖体和本体其中一者上,所述锁芯设置于盖体和本体其中另一者上。所述锁芯包括电磁铁、磁性体、固定于磁性体上的锁销及位于所述磁性体和所述电磁铁之间弹性体。所述磁性体可在与所述电磁铁之间产生吸引力时带动所述锁销向电磁铁移动直至所述锁销与所述锁孔相分离使盖体可相对本体转动同时挤压弹性体使弹性体发生弹性形变,并在与所述电磁铁之间无吸引力时,所述磁性体借助弹性体恢复弹性形变的弹力带动所述锁销向远离所述电磁铁的方向移动从而将所述锁销插设于所述锁孔内使盖体锁合于本体上。
上述电子设备,锁合机构中的锁芯和锁孔相互插合可将盖体和本体锁合,且必须在电磁铁通电的情况下,锁芯和锁孔方能相互分离使盖体相对本体转动。相对现有技术而言,可以降低电子设备因受到碰撞或者振动而无意使盖体相对本体打开的几率。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,电子设备99包括本体10、转动地连接于本体10上的盖体30、及将本体10与盖体30锁合的锁合机构50。锁合机构50包括设置于本体10上的两个锁孔520、及设置于盖体30上可分别与两个锁孔520锁合的两个锁芯540。
如图3至图5所示,本体10包括主体12及自主体12靠近盖体30一侧向盖体30垂直延伸的突出部14。两个锁孔520分别为设置于突出部14上的盲孔。
盖体30包括盖板32、自盖板32靠近本体10一侧垂直延伸形成的侧缘34及位于盖板32和侧缘34交界处的两个容置部36。盖板32上设有两对凸柱320。两对凸柱320分别位于两个容置部36相对两侧。侧缘34通过枢接装置(图未示)与本体10上的突出部14枢接使盖体30可绕突出部14相对本体10转动。侧缘34上设有与突出部14相对的穿孔342。两个容置部36上分别开设有与两个穿孔342连通的通孔360。
两个锁芯540分别部分容置于两个容置部36内,并插设于两个穿孔342内可分别在两个穿孔342内移动,以使两个锁芯540可处于与锁孔520分离及插设于锁孔520内两个状态。两个锁芯540分别包括插设于穿孔342的锁销546、及依次套设于锁销546上的磁性体542、弹性体548和电磁铁544。
磁性体542容置于容置部36内,其最大截面宽度大于穿孔342的最大孔径以防止磁性体542滑入穿孔342内。磁性体542上设有可被锁销546穿过的通孔5420,使锁销546可穿过磁性体542并固定于磁性体542。
电磁铁544固定于盖板32上且叠设于容置部36上,其可在通电和断电两种状态之间切换。电磁铁544上设有可被锁销546穿过的通孔5442,使锁销546可穿过电磁铁544并在电磁铁544内移动。电磁铁544两侧设有两个固定臂5444。两个固定臂5444上分别设有开口5446。两个凸柱320分别卡设于两个固定臂5444的开口5446内,以将电磁铁544固定于盖板32上。
弹性体548为压簧,其设置于磁性体542和电磁铁544之间。
当电磁铁544处于通电状态时,电磁铁544可与磁性体542之间产生吸引力使磁性体542带动锁销546,使锁销546在穿孔342内靠向电磁铁544移动直至锁芯540与锁孔520相分离(请参阅图5),以使电子设备99的盖体30可相对本体10转动。此时,弹性体548被磁性体542挤压而发生弹性形变。
当电磁铁544处于断电状态时,电磁铁544与磁性体542之间无吸引力,电磁铁544可借助弹性体548恢复弹性形变产生的作用力带动锁销546使锁销546在穿孔342内远离电磁铁544移动并插入锁孔520内(请参阅图6),使盖体30锁合于本体10上,方便用户携带。
在上述电子设备99中,锁合机构50的锁芯540与锁孔520插合可将盖体30和本体10锁合,且必须在电磁铁544通电的情况下,锁芯540方能与锁孔520相分离使盖体30方能相对本体10转动。相对现有技术而言,可以降低电子设备99因受到碰撞或者振动而无意使盖体相对本体打开的几率。
可以理解地,上述实施方式可以作如下变换,将锁孔设置于盖体上,将锁芯设置于本体上。

Claims (7)

1.一种电子设备,包括本体、枢接于所述本体上的盖体,其特征在于:所述电子设备还包括将所述本体和所述盖体锁合的锁合机构,所述锁合机构包括锁孔及锁芯,所述锁孔设置于盖体和本体其中一者上,所述锁芯设置于盖体和本体其中另一者上,所述锁芯包括电磁铁、磁性体、固定于磁性体上的锁销及位于所述磁性体和所述电磁铁之间弹性体;所述磁性体可在与所述电磁铁之间产生吸引力时带动所述锁销向电磁铁移动直至所述锁销与所述锁孔相分离使盖体可相对本体转动同时挤压弹性体使弹性体发生弹性形变,并在与所述电磁铁之间无吸引力时,所述磁性体借助弹性体恢复弹性形变的弹力带动所述锁销向远离所述电磁铁的方向移动从而将所述锁销插设于所述锁孔内使盖体锁合于本体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述磁性体上设有可被锁销穿过的通孔使锁销可穿过磁性体并固定于磁性体上。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述锁孔开设于本体上,所述锁芯固定于所述盖体上。
4.如权利要求3所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述盖体包括盖板及自盖板一侧延伸形成的侧缘,所述侧缘开设有穿孔,所述锁销插设于所述穿孔并可在穿孔内移动。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述盖体还包括设置于盖板和侧缘交界处的容置部,所述容置部开设有与穿孔连通的通孔,所述磁性体容置于所述容置部内且其最大截面宽度大于穿孔的最大孔径。
6.如权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述盖板设有一对凸柱,所述电磁铁两侧设有固定臂且两个固定臂上分别设有开口,该对凸柱分别卡设于所述两个固定臂上的开口内将电磁铁固定在所述盖板上。
7.如权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述本体包括主体及自主体一侧延伸形成的突出部,所述突出部与所述盖体的侧缘枢接使所述盖体可相对所述本体转动,所述锁孔开设于所述突出部上。
