技术领域
本发明涉及一种轧机用推力调心滚子轴承,属于推力轴承技术领域。
背景技术
推力调心滚子轴承由于具有结构紧凑、密封完善、装卸方便和自动调心幅度较大等优点,它的特点是:用于承受轴向载荷为主的轴向和径向联合载荷,但径向载荷不得超过轴向载荷55%。与其他推力轴承相比,此种轴承摩擦因数较低,转速较高,并具有调心性能。本发明所列的推力调心轴承为经过优化设计的加强型轴承。此种轴承的滚子为非对称型球面滚子,能减小滚子和滚道在工作中相对滑动,并且滚子长、直径大,滚子数量多,载荷容量高,通常采用油润滑,个别低速情况可用润滑脂。
推力滚子轴承采用钢或者铜制造实体保持架;由于座圈滚道为凹球型,允许轴与外壳轴线有一定的倾斜角。推力滚子轴承在运转中滚动体受离心力拒作用,滚动体和滚道之间相对滑动,导致轴圈和座圈分离,为保证轴承正常工作,必须施加一定的轴向载荷。
发明内容
本发明为解决以上的技术问题上,提供了一种轧机用推力调心滚子轴承,解决了装配困难等问题。
本发明的一种轧机用推力调心滚子轴承包括外圈、内圈、滚子、保持架和内圈衬;所述内圈衬套在内圈中;所述滚子均套在保持架中。所述内圈衬呈阶梯圆环形;内圈衬上部是细薄圆环形;内圈衬下部是粗圆环形,粗圆环形上侧倒角。内圈呈倒圆锥环形,外侧有一滚子滚道;外侧顶部的外边倒圆角;内圈外侧顶部有一突出的圆环,圆环上有一方向沿轴向向下的圆锥凸环;圆锥凸环和圆锥面之间有一圆弧凹槽;内圈内侧有阶梯孔,上阶梯面和下阶梯面之间有圆锥槽,阶梯孔的两侧倒圆角、上侧的圆角大于底侧的圆角。保持架呈圆锥环形,保持架的上侧有梯形齿牙,齿牙之间的空间可以容纳滚子。
推力滚子轴承的内圈衬装在内圈上后,通过冲压使内圈衬固定在内圈上,从而保证了内圈衬和内圈的紧固连接,使轴承能够稳定的工作。
本发明的推力调心滚子轴承具有结构紧凑、密封完善、装卸方便和自动调心幅度较大等优点,从而改善了工作条件、大大提高了轴承寿命。

本发明由图1可知:轧机用推力调心滚子轴承包括外圈、内圈、滚子、保持架和内衬圈;所述内圈衬套在内圈中;所述滚子均套在保持架中。所述内圈衬呈阶梯圆环形;内圈衬上部是细薄圆环形;内圈衬下部是粗圆环形,粗圆环形上侧倒角。
一种优选实施方式:以公称外径为360mm的推力调心滚子轴承为例:外圈的公称宽度为85mm,公称内径为220mm;内圈衬的大圆环直径为246mm,小圆环直径为226mm,内圈衬的高度为29.5mm。

1.一种轧机用推力调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、滚子(3)、保持架(4)和内圈衬(5);其中,
所述内圈衬(5)套在内圈(2)中;滚子(3)装在保持架(4)中;滚子(3)在外圈(1)和内圈(2)的滚子滚道中滚动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轧机用推力调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈(2)呈倒圆锥环形,外侧有一滚子滚道;外侧顶部的外边倒圆角;内圈(2)外侧顶部有一突出的圆环,圆环上有一方向沿轴向向下的圆锥凸环;圆锥凸环和圆锥面之间有一圆弧凹槽;所述内圈(2)内侧有阶梯孔,上阶梯面和下阶梯面之间有圆锥槽,阶梯孔的两侧倒圆角、上侧的圆角大于底侧的圆角;所述安装在内圈(2)中的内圈衬(5)、其细薄圆环形部分的顶部呈锥环形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轧机用推力调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述未安装在内圈(2)中的内圈衬(5)呈阶梯圆环形;内圈衬(5)上部是细薄圆环形;内圈衬(5)下部是粗圆环形,粗圆环形上侧边倒圆角;所述安装在内圈(2)中的内圈衬(5)、其细薄圆环形部分的顶部呈锥环形。
