Abstract

一种双联单向流体阀,阀体上安装两套阀座、阀芯、弹簧、调整螺钉和锁紧螺母,阀座安装在阀体上固定不动,阀芯与阀座的内孔配合,在阀芯的后面安装有弹簧,弹簧后面由调整螺钉和锁紧螺母固定。阀芯打开的力量是靠弹簧的力量决定的,阀芯压得越紧阀芯打开的力量越大,在应用时可以通过调整调整螺钉的位置来调整弹簧的力量。

本发明涉及单向阀,尤其是组合在一起使用的单向阀。
背景技术
目前,公知的单向阀构造是由阀体、阀座、阀芯、弹簧、调整螺钉和锁紧螺母而成。将阀座、阀芯、弹簧、调整螺钉和锁紧螺母装在阀体上,液体从进料口进入到阀体内部,在压力的作用下,液体顶着阀芯,弹簧收到压缩,阀芯与阀座之间产生间隙,液体经过该间隙处从单向阀的出料口流出,如果有液体要从单向阀的出料口进入逆向从单向阀的进料口流出,此时弹簧将阀芯紧紧压在阀座上,禁止液体反向流出,从而起到液体单向流动的目的。有些场合需要多个,特别是在双液计量泵的结构中常常将两个单向阀并联在一起使用,现有的单向阀个体尺寸较大,往往要占用很大空间影响整个双液计量泵的结构。

为了克服现有的单向阀个体尺寸较大,往往要占用很大空间影响整个双液计量泵的结构的不足,本发明提供一种单向阀,该单向阀将两个单体的单向阀设计在一起,不仅结构紧凑而且能方便安装在双液计量泵上。在阀体上安装两套阀座、阀芯、弹簧、调整螺钉和锁紧螺母,他们彼此独立,每个单向阀内流过的液体互不相通。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:由阀体、阀座、阀芯、弹簧、调整螺钉和锁紧螺母而成的一种双联单向流体阀,其特征是:在阀体上安装两套阀座、阀芯、弹簧、调整螺钉和锁紧螺母,他们彼此独立,每个单向阀内流过的液体互不相通。
本发明的有益效果是,结构紧凑,便于和双液计量泵配合使用,有效减小了双液计量泵的整体尺寸,优化了双液计量泵的结构设计。

具体实施方式
在图2所示实施例中,在阀体上安装两套阀座、阀芯、弹簧、调整螺钉和锁紧螺母,阀座安装在阀体上固定不动,阀芯与阀座的内孔配合,在阀芯的后面安装有弹簧,弹簧后面由调整螺钉和锁紧螺母固定。阀芯打开的力量是靠弹簧的力量决定的,阀芯压的越紧阀芯打开的力量越大,在应用时可以通过调整、调整螺钉的位置来调整弹簧的力量

1.一种双联单向流体阀,由阀体、阀座、阀芯、弹簧、调整螺钉和锁紧螺母而成的,其特征是:在阀体上安装两套阀座、阀芯、弹簧、调整螺钉和锁紧螺母,他们彼此独立,每个单向阀内流过的液体互不相通。
