Abstract

本发明涉及一种偏心连续式夹拉器。它由偏心轮、握柄、轮架、转轴、固定螺钉、轴套、卡板和握柄架构成。握柄的两端分别固定有形状相同的条形握柄架,每个握柄架的另一端是矩形板状的轮架。与每一个轮架为一整体的两卡板之间均有一个偏心轮,转轴的两端分别穿过所述两卡板,转轴的每一端头均处于一个轴套中,且轴套与转轴的端头由固定螺钉固定。本发明可帮助船员自动夹紧和释放钢丝绳,与传统技术中的带槽的木块相比,省去了为达到足够的摩擦力所需的手对木块施加的扭矩,大大节省了船员的体力,提高了工作效率。

本发明涉及一种渡船工具,特别是涉及一种偏心连续式夹拉器。
背景技术
现有的一些在较窄水面运营的渡船是通过对横跨两岸的钢丝绳施加拉力来获得动力。在船夫拉动钢丝绳的过程中,通常使用的是一块带槽的木块,通过将木块的槽倾斜以增大木块与钢丝绳的摩擦力来获取动力。由于木块与钢丝绳的摩擦力是依靠手施加给木块的扭力来实现,因此这样的操作十分费力。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术的不足,提供一种省力且操作方便的偏心连续式夹拉器。
解决本发明技术问题的方案是:偏心连续式夹拉器由偏心轮、握柄、轮架、转轴、固定螺钉、轴套、卡板和握柄架构成。握柄为圆柱形,握柄的两端分别固定有形状相同的条形握柄架,每个握柄架的另一端是与握柄架为一整体的、矩形板状的轮架。握柄架与轮架成转45°-60°的夹角,每一个轮架的两端各有一与轮架为一整体且与轮架垂直的卡板,与每一个轮架为一整体的两卡板之间均有一个偏心轮,偏心轮为圆柱形,偏心轮套于转轴上,且偏心轮的轴心线与转轴的轴心线平行且二者距离为偏心轮直径的1/6。两转轴的轴心距大于转轴的轴心与偏心轮外周最小距离的两倍与钢丝绳直径之和且小于转轴的轴心与偏心轮外周最大距离的两倍。转轴的两端分别穿过所述两卡板,转轴的每一端头均处于一个轴套中,且轴套与转轴的端头由固定螺钉固定。渡船行驶过程中,船员将钢丝绳置入两偏心轮之间,握住握柄向前移动时,两偏心轮自动分开并容许钢丝绳通过,而握住握柄向后移动时,两偏心轮自动将钢丝绳夹紧。如此反复前后移动,即可将船向前推进。
采用上述方案,能达到以下效果:
由于本发明可帮助船员自动夹紧和释放钢丝绳,与传统技术中的带槽的木块相比,省去了为达到足够的摩擦力所需的手对木块施加的扭矩,大大节省了船员的体力,提高了工作效率。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
偏心连续式夹拉器由偏心轮1、握柄2、轮架3、转轴4、固定螺钉5、轴套6、卡板7和握柄架8构成。握柄2为圆柱形,握柄2的两端分别固定有形状相同的条形握柄架8,每个握柄架8的另一端是与握柄架8为一整体的、矩形板状的轮架3。握柄架8与轮架3成转60°的夹角,每一个轮架3的两端各有一与轮架3为一整体且与轮架3垂直的卡板7,与每一个轮架3为一整体的两卡板7之间均有一个偏心轮1,偏心轮1为圆柱形,偏心轮1套于转轴4上,且偏心轮1的轴心线与转轴4的轴心线平行且二者距离为偏心轮1直径的1/6。两转轴4的轴心距大于转轴4的轴心与偏心轮1外周最小距离的两倍与钢丝绳直径之和且小于转轴4的轴心与偏心轮1外周最大距离的两倍。转轴4的两端分别穿过所述两卡板7,转轴4的每一端头均处于一个轴套6中,且轴套6与转轴4的端头由固定螺钉5固定。
渡船行驶过程中,船员将钢丝绳置入两偏心轮1之间,握住握柄2向前移动时,两偏心轮1自动分开并容许钢丝绳通过,而握住握柄2向后移动时,两偏心轮1自动将钢丝绳夹紧。如此反复前后移动,即可将船向前推进。

1.一种偏心连续式夹拉器,由偏心轮、握柄、轮架、转轴、固定螺钉、轴套、卡板和握柄架构成,其特征是:握柄为圆柱形,握柄的两端分别固定有形状相同的条形握柄架,每个握柄架的另一端是与握柄架为一整体的、矩形板状的轮架,握柄架与轮架成转45°-60°的夹角,每一个轮架的两端各有一与轮架为一整体且与轮架垂直的卡板,与每一个轮架为一整体的两卡板之间均有一个偏心轮,偏心轮为圆柱形,偏心轮套于转轴上,且偏心轮的轴心线与转轴的轴心线平行且二者距离为偏心轮直径的1/6,两转轴的轴心距大于转轴的轴心与偏心轮外周最小距离的两倍与钢丝绳直径之和且小于转轴的轴心与偏心轮外周最大距离的两倍,转轴的两端分别穿过所述两卡板,转轴的每一端头均处于一个轴套中,且轴套与转轴的端头由固定螺钉固定。
