Abstract

含有姜酚的保健鸡精的制作方法,该含有姜酚的保健鸡精是按以下方案进行配制的:在鸡精生产过程中的最后工序,即消毒后进行包装前,将姜酚晶体与鸡精按1∶1000-1∶800的质量比进行充分混匀,使成品鸡精中的姜酚晶体含量达到0.10%-0.12%。本发明以从生姜中提取的天然复合物姜酚作为添加剂,加入普通鸡精中,它同时具有预防高血压和减轻重金属污染食品对人危害的功能,同时姜酚的独特香味使鸡精具有新的风味。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种含有姜酚的保健鸡精及其制作方法。
技术背景:
生姜既是调味佳品,也是工业上提取香精的重要原料,《神龙本草经》把它列为上品。姜酚是生姜的主要活性成分,姜酚的结晶体是由系列类似化合物组成。研究表明,低剂量时姜酚呈降压效应,姜酚抑制诱导的血小板聚集效果与阿司匹林类似,有报道高脂饮食的志愿者每天服用5克姜粉,高脂饮食引起的血小板聚积的趋势明显被抑制。所以姜酚具有明显的控制血压、降血脂和抗动脉粥样硬化作用。另外,研究还证实姜酚能明显提高生物体内超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶、过氧化氢酶的活性,并能清除羟基自由基和超氧自由基,降低组织中脂质过氧化物,对外源性有害化学物质如农药、重金属等引起的氧化损伤和DNA损伤有一定的拮抗作用。
目前我国的高血压发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,资料表明我国每年新增高血压患者约为350万人,我国现在高血压人数已近两亿,每年因高血压引起心脑血管病死亡人数在260万以上。另外,目前有害化学物(如农药和重金属)等食品污染问题越来越严重。鸡精是人们生活中常用的调味品,但目前人们普遍使用的鸡精主要是增加食物鲜味,功能比较单一。本发明从积极预防出发,将具有抗高血压和抗化学污染物毒性作用的食用植物有效成份姜酚添加到鸡精中。使普遍使用的鸡精不但有调味作用,而且具有一定的预防高血压和解毒作用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种含有姜酚的保健鸡精及其制作方法,不但具有预防高血压作用,还能还有效消除重金属污染的对人体的损伤。
技术方案:该含有姜酚的保健鸡精是按以下方案进行调制的:在鸡精生产过程中的最后工序,即消毒后进行包装前,将姜酚晶体与鸡精按1∶1000-1∶800的质量比进行充分混匀,使成品鸡精中的姜酚晶体含量达到0.10%-0.12%。
实施例一:姜酚晶体1份与消毒后鸡精1000份充分混合,再进行包装,则鸡精中姜酚晶体的含量为0.10%。
实施例二:姜酚晶体1份与消毒后鸡精800份充分混合,再进行包装,则鸡精中姜酚晶体的含量为0.12%;
本发明的有益效果是:一种含有姜酚的保健鸡精及其制作方法,以从生姜中提取的姜酚晶体作为添加剂,加入普通鸡精中,使该鸡精同时具有预防高血压和消除重金属污染食品对人体危害的功能,同时姜酚的独特香味使鸡精具有新的风味。

1.一种含有姜酚的保健鸡精及其制作方法,其特征在于,该方法按下列步骤进行:在鸡精生产过程中的最后工序,即消毒后进行包装前,将姜酚晶体与鸡精按1∶1000-1∶800的质量比进行充分混匀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有姜酚的保健鸡精及其制作方法,其特征在于成品鸡精中的姜酚晶体含量达到0.10%-0.12%。
