14.一种过滤器介质和衬垫褶皱块,包括:一层过滤器介质和网筛衬垫,所述过滤器介质和所述网筛衬垫沿轴向延伸的褶皱状弯折线打褶并绕闭合环卷绕成匹配褶皱,且所述过滤器介质在所述匹配褶皱处具有熔化部分,以形成闭合环形式结合的所述过滤器介质和衬垫褶皱块。
15.根据权利要求14所述的过滤器介质和衬垫褶皱块,其中,所述过滤器介质的所述熔化部分嵌入并再凝固在所述网筛衬垫中,使得所述匹配褶皱中的一个处的所述过滤器介质在所述网筛衬垫中具有熔化和再凝固部分,所述熔化和再凝固部分与所述匹配褶皱中的另一个在所述网筛衬垫中的熔化和再凝固的过滤器介质部分结合。
16.根据权利要求14所述的过滤介质和衬垫褶皱块,其中,所述闭合环限定了一中空内部,所述网筛衬垫是位于所述闭合环的内部且面向所述中空内部的内部衬垫,并且所述过滤器介质位于所述闭合环的外部上。
17.根据权利要求14所述的过滤器介质和衬垫褶皱块,其中,所述过滤器介质在所述熔化和再凝固部分处通过所述网筛衬垫超声波焊接到其自身上。
18.根据权利要求14所述的过滤器介质和衬垫褶皱块,其中,所述过滤器介质是与金属的所述网筛衬垫结合的聚酯。
19.根据权利要求15所述的过滤器介质和衬垫褶皱块,其中,所述褶皱块在嵌入到第一轴向端帽和第二轴向端帽中的第一轴向端和第二轴向端之间沿所述轴向延伸的褶皱状弯折线轴向地延伸,以提供过滤器元件。
20.根据权利要求15所述的过滤器介质和衬垫褶皱块,在所述匹配褶皱之间包括至少一层所述网筛衬垫。
21.根据权利要求15所述的过滤器介质和衬垫褶皱块,在所述匹配褶皱之间包括两层所述网筛衬垫,即,沿所述匹配褶皱中的所述一个的第一层所述网筛衬垫,和沿所述匹配褶皱中的所述另一个的第二层所述网筛衬垫。
22.根据权利要求21所述的过滤器介质和衬垫褶皱块,在所述第一层网筛衬垫与第二层网筛衬垫之间包括一层额外的材料条,所述额外的材料条熔化和结合到所述匹配褶皱中的所述一个和所述另一个的所述过滤器介质,使得所述匹配褶皱中的所述一个的所述过滤器介质与所述匹配褶皱中的所述另一个的所述过滤器介质通过所述第一层和第二层网筛衬垫之间的所述额外的材料条相结合。
23.根据权利要求22所述的过滤介质和衬垫褶皱块,其中,所述额外的材料条是额外的过滤器介质条。
24.通过权利要求2所述方法生产的过滤器介质和衬垫褶皱块,所述过滤器介质和衬垫褶皱块包括一层过滤器介质和网筛衬垫,所述过滤器介质和所述网筛衬垫沿轴向延伸的褶皱状弯折线打褶并绕闭合环卷绕成匹配褶皱,所述过滤器介质在所述匹配褶皱处具有熔化部分,以形成闭合环形式结合的所述过滤器介质和衬垫褶皱块。
