一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架及收容于所述灯架内的若干光源模组,所述灯架包括一本体及自所述本体相对两侧倾斜向上延伸的二侧壁,所述灯架的二侧壁的下端分别与本体形成有二相对的收容槽,所述每一收容槽沿所述本体的长度方向延伸,所述二侧壁的顶端形成有二相对设置的承载部,一连接板的相对两侧收容于所述二收容槽中,且可沿收容槽的延伸方向滑动,所述光源模组贴设于所述连接板远离本体的一侧,一灯盖固定于二承载部上,且与光源模组间隔设置,该灯架上还设有一螺管,所述螺管穿过灯架的本体并固定于本体上,所述螺管用于穿设与光源模组电性连接的电线,该连接板的一端开设有一U形开口,所述连接板的开口的边缘抵顶螺管。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种高效的发光源,具有环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点已经被广泛的运用于各种领域。
传统的发光二极管灯具包括一灯架、固定于灯架上的若干发光二极管模组、罩设这些发光二极管模组的一导光板及安装于灯架且位于导光板上方的一灯罩。该导光板用螺丝锁固于灯架上。该灯罩用胶水粘结在灯架上。维修灯具时,必须将灯罩拆卸后,才能将导光板从灯架上卸下,从而对灯具进行维修。如此,灯具的拆、装不便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种拆、装方便的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架及收容于所述灯架内的若干光源模组,所述灯架包括一本体及自所述本体相对两侧倾斜向上延伸的二侧壁,所述灯架的二侧壁的下端分别与本体形成有二相对的收容槽,所述每一收容槽沿所述本体的长度方向延伸,所述二侧壁的顶端形成有二相对设置的承载部,一连接板的相对两侧收容于所述二收容槽中,且可沿收容槽的延伸方向滑动,所述光源模组贴设于所述连接板远离本体的一侧,一灯盖固定于二承载部上,且与光源模组间隔设置,该灯架上还设有一螺管,所述螺管穿过灯架的本体并固定于本体上,所述螺管用于穿设与光源模组电性连接的电线,该连接板的一端开设有一U形开口,所述连接板的开口的边缘抵顶螺管。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具的光源模组通过与之连接的连接板自灯架的一端滑行至相对另一端,即可完成拆、装,操作便捷;又因光源模组与灯盖间隔设置,拆、装光源模组时,无需拆卸灯盖,节约工时。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明一实施例的发光二极管灯具包括一灯架20、收容于灯架20内的一连接板30、贴设于连接板30一侧的三电路板40、贴设于电路板40上的若干发光二极管模组50、罩设这些发光二极管模组50且固定于电路板40上的三导光罩60及贴设于灯架20上方的一纵长的透明灯盖70。一驱动电路模组10固定于灯架20一侧且与发光二极管模组50电性连接,从而驱动这些发光二极管模组50。
请同时参阅图3及图5,该灯架20由铝材一体挤压成型且大致呈U形。该灯架20包括一纵长的本体21、自本体21相对两侧倾斜向外、向上延伸的二弧形的侧壁23及位于本体21相对两端且与二侧壁23固定连接的二安装板27。该本体21的下表面向下凸伸有若干间隔设置的散热片212,用以向外散发热量。二侧壁23均为外凸的弧形结构,其底端相向凸伸有二抵压部232。每一抵压部232为一凸条,其长度与灯架20的长度相等。该二抵压部232分别与本体21的上表面的两相对边缘弯曲连接,如此,每一抵压部232与本体21的上表面之间形成有一收容槽234,用以收容连接板30。每一侧壁23的顶端延伸出一长度与灯架20相等的、倒U形的过渡部236。该过渡部236包括二平行的侧臂以及连接该二侧臂的弯曲部。所述过渡部236的开口朝向本体21,且其一侧臂连接于侧壁23,另一侧臂垂直本体21向下延伸形成一纵长的承载部238。二侧壁23上的二承载部238相向设置,且位于过渡部236的弯曲部顶端的下方。每一过渡部236与与其相连的一承载部238共同组成L形的收容部,用以收容灯罩70的一纵长端,这样,灯罩70的二相对的纵长端分别嵌设于二过渡部236与二承载部238所形成的二L形的收容部。本实施例中,灯罩70为一透明平板,其二相对的纵长端嵌设于二过渡部236与二承载部238所形成的二L形的收容部后,该灯罩70从整体上嵌设于灯架20,即,灯罩70相对本体21的高度未超出二侧壁23相对本体21的高度。
每一安装板27为一弯折的金属片体,呈L形设置,其包括一挡板271及自挡板271底端向外延伸的固定板273。二安装板27的二挡板271与灯架20的相对两端连接,这样,二安装板27、本体21以及二侧壁23围合形成一上端开口的半包围结构,用以容置连接板30、三电路板40、贴设于电路板40上的若干发光二极管模组50、罩设这些发光二极管模组50且固定于电路板40上的三导光罩60。灯罩70嵌设于二过渡部236与二承载部238所形成的二L形的收容部后,将所述半包围结构的开口封闭,从而所述连接板30、电路板40、发光二极管模组50及导光罩60全部容置并封闭于二安装板27、本体21、二侧壁23及灯罩70形成的腔体中。二安装板27的二固定板273固定在待设置的位置上,从而将发光二极管灯具固定在待设置的位置处。
二大致呈矩形的防水垫片25夹设于灯架20的侧壁23与安装板27的二挡板271之间,用于防止水气进入发光二极管灯具内部。
该连接板30为一金属板体,其相对两侧的下表面向外凸伸有二结合片31。该二结合片31的长度与连接板30的长度相等。该二结合片31的上表面平行于连接板30的上表面且位于连接板30上表面的下方。每一结合片31与连接板30共同形成一台阶结构。该二结合片31用以收容于灯架20的收容槽234中。每一结合片31的厚度与收容槽234的深度相当,二结合片31之间的宽度与二收容槽234之间的距离相当,从而连接板30的二结合片31恰好收容于二收容槽234中,同时连接板30恰好卡设于灯架20的二侧壁23的底端之间。该连接板30的一端开设有一U形开口33。
三电路板40沿连接板30的长度方向排列。三电路板40的总体长度较连接板30的短,当三电路板40安装于连接板30时,开口33位于三电路板40的外侧。
每一导光罩60罩设一电路板40。导光罩60上开设有若干导光孔61,用以收容电路板40上的发光二极管模组50。
组装时,先将电路板40及导光罩60安装在连接板30上,将驱动电路模组10固定于灯架20的本体21的下端,同时使一螺管90穿过灯架20的本体21,并固定于本体21上。使连接板30的结合片31正对灯架20的收容槽234。自连接板30的一端推动连接板30,使其沿收容槽234的长度方向运动,直至连接板30的开口33的边缘抵顶螺管90。此时,结合片31完全收容于收容槽234中,连接板30通过二结合片31卡设于灯架20的二侧壁23之间,灯架20的二抵压部232的顶端分别抵顶连接板30的相对两侧,连接板30的下表面与灯架20的本体21的上表面紧密贴设,螺管90位于导光罩60的一侧下方,灯架20的二承载部238抵顶导光罩60顶端的相对两侧。将驱动电路模组10的电线穿过螺管90并与发光二极管模组50电性连接。将灯盖70粘贴在灯架20的二承载部238上,灯盖70的下表面与导光罩60的顶表面间隔设置。将二防水垫片25安装在灯架20的二侧壁23的相对两侧,并将安装板27安装在挡板25的外侧。如此,发光二极管灯具安装完成。
拆卸时,将灯架20靠近螺管90的一侧的防水垫片25及安装板27拆下,并将驱动电路模组10的电线自电路板40上拆除,然后沿着灯架20的收容槽234的长度方向向外拉连接板30,便使电路板40、发光二极管模组50及导光罩60与灯架20分离。操作过程简单,且无需拆卸灯盖70。
可以理解的,贴设在电路板40上的发光二极管模组50的数量及排列方式可以根据需要改变。三电路板40也可为一纵长的电路板,三导光罩60可为一相应的导光罩。

Claims (11)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架及收容于所述灯架内的若干光源模组,所述灯架包括一本体及自所述本体相对两侧倾斜向上延伸的二侧壁,其特征在于:所述灯架的二侧壁的下端分别与本体形成有二相对的收容槽,每一收容槽沿所述本体的长度方向延伸,所述二侧壁的顶端形成有二相对设置的承载部,一连接板的相对两侧收容于所述二收容槽中,且可沿收容槽的延伸方向滑动,所述光源模组贴置于所述连接板远离本体的一侧,一灯盖固定于二承载部上,且与光源模组间隔设置,该灯架上还设有一螺管,所述螺管穿过灯架的本体并固定于本体上,所述螺管用于穿设与光源模组电性连接的电线,该连接板的一端开设有一U形开口,所述连接板的开口的边缘抵顶螺管。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述连接板为一纵长板体,其相对两侧的下表面分别向外凸伸有一结合片,所述二结合片分别收容于所述灯架的二收容槽中。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架的二侧壁的底端相向凸伸有二抵压部,所述二抵压部分别与本体的上表面的两相对边缘弯曲连接而形成所述二收容槽。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述二抵压部的顶端分别抵顶所述连接板的相对两侧。
5.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述连接板的下表面与所述灯架本体的上表面紧密贴设。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架的本体为一纵长板体,其下表面向下凸伸有若干散热片。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架的二承载部为纵长的板体且抵顶光源模组顶端的相对两侧。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架的每一承载部位于对应的侧壁顶端的下方,与所述侧壁形成一L形的收容部,所述灯盖的相对两侧分别容置于所述灯架的二收容部内。
9.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架二侧壁的相对两侧端分别装设一安装板。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:二防水垫片分别夹设于灯架的侧壁与安装板之间。
11.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述光源模组包括贴设于连接板上的电路板、固定于电路板上的若干发光二极管模组及罩设发光二极管模组的导光罩。
