Abstract

一种导光柱固定装置,包括一电子设备的壳体,该壳体相向设有一对卡勾,固定导光柱时,相向按压该导光柱使其卡合于该对卡勾内而将导光柱固定于壳体。当导光柱损坏时,经卡勾的拆卸可容易置换导光柱。

导光柱固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种导光柱固定装置。
背景技术
导光柱一般为条形或柱形体,其具有较低的传输损失及重量比起其它光源传导装置具有更加轻巧的特性,因此目前被广泛应用在家电、电器及各类3C产品中。但因为导光柱重量较轻,安装于各式产品的机壳后容易产生晃动,为防止由于晃动而影响信号的传递效果,通常将其藉由黏着剂固定在产品的机壳,以致导光柱损坏后不便替换。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种便于拆卸的导光柱固定装置。
一种导光柱固定装置,包括一电子设备的壳体,该壳体相向设有一对卡勾,每一卡勾呈L形,其包括一垂直于所述壳体的卡扣部及一平行于所述壳体的挡止部,所述导光柱包括若干条形或柱形横向间隔排列的导光管及一沿纵向连接这些导光管的连接体,所述导光柱最外侧的两导光管上分别设有间隔对称的一对卡块,该对卡块之间形成一卡合所述卡勾的卡槽,固定导光柱时,相向按压该导光柱两侧的导光管,导光管具有一定挠度故可使导光管略微向内侧弯曲变形以使其卡合于该对卡勾内,卡扣部卡合于对应的卡槽内,挡止部挡止于对应导光管的远离壳体的一侧,进而将导光柱固定于壳体。
相向按压所述固定装置的导光柱使其变形而卡合或脱离机壳的卡勾,可轻易拆卸或安装导光柱。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明导光柱固定装置的较佳实施方式包括一导光柱10及一电子设备的壳体30。
所述导光柱10包括若干条形或柱形横向间隔排列的导光管11及一沿纵向连接这些导光管11的连接体12。导光柱10两外侧的导光管11上分别设有间隔对称的一对卡块20。该对卡块20之间形成一卡槽21,每一卡块20的外侧面相对于导光管11水平方向是一斜面,每一卡块20的内侧面相对于导光管11水平方向是一垂直面。
所述壳体30设置有一对相对的卡勾31,每一卡勾31是自壳体30向内冲设形成,每一卡勾31呈L形,并于壳体30上形成两个对称的凹字形缺口,每一卡勾31包括一垂直于壳体30的卡扣部32及一位于卡扣部32末端且平行于壳体30的挡止部33。
请同时参照图2及图3,组装时,于靠近卡块20或卡槽21处,相向按压导光柱10两侧的导光管11,因导光管11具有一定挠度故可使导光管11略微向内侧弯曲变形,以将壳体30的卡勾31的卡扣部32卡入导光管11的卡槽21中,当外力去除后,导光管11恢复变形,卡勾31的挡止部33亦会卡挡导光管11的外壁面34。
当卡勾31卡合于导光管11的卡槽21后可限制导光柱10相对壳体30所产生的滑动,不仅可达到较好的固定效果又方便导光柱10的拆卸与安装。
拆卸时,相向按压导光柱10两侧的导光管11使其略微向内侧弯曲变形,以使导光柱10脱离壳体30的卡勾31。

Claims (2)

1.一种导光柱固定装置,包括一电子设备的壳体,该壳体相向设有一对卡勾,每一卡勾呈L形,其包括一垂直于所述壳体的卡扣部及一平行于所述壳体的挡止部,所述导光柱包括若干条形或柱形横向间隔排列的导光管及一沿纵向连接这些导光管的连接体,所述导光柱最外侧的两导光管上分别设有间隔对称的一对卡块,该对卡块之间形成一卡合所述卡勾的卡槽,固定导光柱时,相向按压该导光柱两侧的导光管,导光管具有一定挠度故可使导光管略微向内侧弯曲变形以使其卡合于该对卡勾内,卡扣部卡合于对应的卡槽内,挡止部挡止于对应导光管的远离壳体的一侧,进而将导光柱固定于壳体。
2.如权利要求1所述的导光柱固定装置,其特征在于:所述两卡勾是自壳体向内冲设形成并于该壳体形成两个对称的凹字形缺口。
