本发明涉及玻璃加工技术领域,具体是一种玻璃镂空工艺。
背景技术
镂空是一种雕刻技术,外面看起来是完整的图案,但里面是空的或者里面又镶嵌小的镂空物件。镂空这种雕刻技术被广泛应用于石雕、玉雕、木雕、象牙雕、玻璃制品领域。玻璃镂空技术是玻璃制品工艺中较难掌握的复杂工序,因此,寻找一种工艺简单,操作方便的镂空工艺一直是业内人事共同追求的目标。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种玻璃镂空工艺,该工艺的工序简单,制作出来的玻璃工艺品造型美观。
本发明解决技术问题所采取的技术方案:
一种玻璃镂空工艺,玻璃吹制成型工艺如下述步骤,(a)吹出小泡,在小泡上蘸料成雏形;(b)顶泵开口;(c)打孔;(d)成型,所述打孔是在开口端打孔,然后加热开口处并使其闭合,同时扩孔。

具体实施方式
下面结合玻璃镂空工艺的实施例对本发明给予详细说明。
实施例1
将配好的料在窑炉内熔制成玻璃液,熔融温度是1480~1520℃,然后取料吹出小泡,继续蘸料吹出雏形。用金属杆顶泵在另一端开口,在开口一端用圆头钳子在小泡壁上打孔,然后加热使其软化到便于加工。将开口处粘合,用剪子剪掉多余部分,然后加热使其平整光滑,最后通过甩、拉、压、扭等动作将孔扩大同时做出理想的形状,形成富于美观的工艺品。
实施例2
将配好的料在窑炉内熔制成玻璃液,熔融温度是1480~1520℃,然后取料吹出小泡,继续蘸料吹出雏形。用金属杆顶泵在另一端开口,另取一块料压成饼状,然后粘在小泡开口处,但不全将开口封死,在两侧留两个孔,用圆头钳子一撇伸进孔内,然后在饼状料上打孔,加热使其软化便于加工,最后通过甩、拉、压、扭等动作将孔扩大同时做出理想的形状,形成富于美观的工艺品。

1.一种玻璃镂空工艺,其特征在于:玻璃吹制成型工艺如下述步骤,(a)吹出小泡,在小泡上蘸料成雏形;(b)顶泵开口;(c)在开口端打孔,然后加热使其软化,将开口处粘合,然后剪掉多余部分使其平整光滑;(d)扩孔同时成型。
2.一种玻璃镂空工艺,其特征在于:玻璃吹制成型工艺如下述步骤,(a)吹出小泡,在小泡上蘸料成雏形;(b)顶泵开口;(c)另取一块明料压成饼状,然后粘在小泡开口处,两侧留两个孔;(d)用圆头钳子一撇伸进孔内,然后在饼状明料上打孔,然后加热使其软化;(e)扩孔同时成型。
