Abstract
一种精密点胶阀由气缸、浇注头、进料口、出料口、阀芯、调整螺丝和浇注嘴而成，气缸与阀芯之间设置了调整螺丝。当气缸杆带动阀芯打开时，调整螺丝可以控制阀芯打开的距离，从而达到控制胶水的流量和速度的目的；一种精密点胶阀还可以是在出料口处连接一个浇注嘴，减少和防止注胶过程的浇水喷射和外溢。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种点胶阀，尤其是一种精密点胶阀。
背景技术
目前，公知的点胶阀构造是由气缸、浇注头、进料口、出料口、阀芯而成。将气缸杆与阀芯连接在一起，压缩空气推动气缸打开时，气缸杆带动阀芯打开，胶水从进料口注入经出料口流出；压缩空气推动气缸关闭时，气缸杆带动阀芯关闭，胶水不能从进料口注入经出料口流出。现有的点胶阀仅能控制点胶阀的打开与关闭，不能控制胶水的流量和速度。
发明内容
为了克服现有的点胶阀不能控制胶水的流量和速度的不足，本发明提供一种精密点胶阀，该精密点胶阀不仅能控制点胶阀的打开与关闭，而且能控制胶水的流量和速度。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种精密点胶阀由气缸、浇注头、进料口、出料口、阀芯、调整螺丝和浇注嘴而成，其特征是：气缸与阀芯之间设置了调整螺丝。当气缸杆带动阀芯打开时，调整螺丝可以控制阀芯打开的距离，从而达到控制胶水的流量和速度的目的；一种精密点胶阀还可以是在出料口处连接一个浇注嘴，减少和防止注胶过程的浇水喷射和外溢。
本发明的有益效果是，一种精密点胶阀可以在控制点胶阀的打开与关闭的同时，方便地控制胶水的流量和速度，结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图1中，气缸的气缸杆为双向出头，气缸杆的一端与阀芯相连另一端与调整螺丝相连，进料口和出料口固定在浇注头上。将浇水管路与进料口连接，当气缸的的下口进气时，压缩空气推动气缸打开时，气缸杆带动阀芯打开，胶水从进料口注入经出料口流出；压缩空气推动气缸关闭时，气缸杆带动阀芯关闭，胶水不能从进料口注入经出料口流出。通过调整螺丝的距离，调控气缸打开时的距离和间隙，阀芯打开的距离大胶水流动的阻力小，胶水的流量大、速度快，反之阀芯打开的距离小胶水流动的阻力大，胶水的流量小、速度慢。从而达到控制胶水的流量和速度的目的。
在图2所示为7.浇注嘴，在本实施例中，一种精密点胶阀的出料口处连接一个浇注嘴，其浇注嘴的大小及形状可以根据浇注工件的形状大小来设计。浇注嘴可以有效减少和防止注胶过程的浇水喷射和外溢，保持工件的清洁干净。
Claims (2)
1.一种精密点胶阀由气缸、浇注头、进料口、出料口、阀芯、调整螺丝和浇注嘴而成，其特征是：气缸与阀芯之间设置了调整螺丝。当气缸杆带动阀芯打开时，调整螺丝可以控制阀芯打开的距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种精密点胶阀，其特征是：出料口处连接一个浇注嘴，减少和防止注胶过程的浇水喷射和外溢。
