Abstract

一种通信设备,包括壳体和天线。壳体包括多个侧壁、至少一个固持座及至少一个收容部,至少一个固持座凸设于其中一个侧壁的一个端部。固持座包括轴、通孔、凸缘和多个凸块。通孔贯穿轴,凸缘呈环状并从轴的圆周面凸起,凸块分别从凸缘的圆周面凸起,至少一个收容部位于其中一个侧壁的另一个端部。天线转动地安装于固持座,其包括本体和从本体的一个端部凸设的卡钩部。卡钩部的截面呈圆环状并包括多个卡钩和多个容置槽,容置槽和卡钩间隔设计。凸块在卡钩部中沿圆周方向移动,以使天线相对壳体转动;凸块分别收容于容置槽中以将天线固定于固持座。因天线可自由转动及定位,从而能随时调整至最佳的收发角度,以增强通信设备收发信号的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种通信设备,尤指一种具有旋转式天线的通信设备。
背景技术
通信设备如移动电话、存取装置(Access Point)等,其基于电磁波传输信号实现远程通信。
在通信设备中,用于发射和接收射频信号的天线为关键元器件之一,现有的通信设备常设计多组固定天线以收发信号,若其中一组天线产生收发信号作用,则其余天线就不会起作用,但此种固定式天线,因需装设多组天线,造成成本偏高,且难免会存在信号收发死角问题,效果仍嫌不佳。
发明内容
有鉴于此,需提供一种具有旋转式天线的通信设备。
一种通信设备,包括壳体和天线。壳体包括多个侧壁、至少一个固持座及至少一个收容部,所述至少一个固持座凸设于所述其中一个侧壁的一个端部。所述固持座包括轴、通孔、凸缘和多个凸块。所述通孔贯穿所述轴,所述凸缘呈环状并从所述轴的圆周面凸起,所述凸块分别从所述凸缘的圆周面凸起,所述至少一个收容部位于所述其中一个侧壁的另一个端部。天线转动地安装于所述固持座,其包括本体和从所述本体的一个端部凸设的卡钩部。所述卡钩部的截面呈圆环状并包括多个卡钩和多个容置槽,所述容置槽和所述卡钩间隔设计。其中,所述凸块在所述卡钩部中沿圆周方向移动,以使所述天线相对所述壳体转动;所述凸块分别收容于所述容置槽中以将所述天线固定于所述固持座。
因天线可在任意选定的角度内自由转动及定位,从而天线能随时调整至最佳的收发角度,以增强通信设备收发信号的质量。

具体实施方式
图1本发明的通信设备100的立体分解图。本发明的通信设备100包括壳体20和天线40。
壳体20为内空的长方体,其内可以容纳电子组件,如电路板和电连接器。壳体20包括多个侧壁22、一对固持座26和一对收容部24,所述固持座26和所述收容部24分别凸设于其中一对相对的侧壁22。所述固持座26分别位于所述侧壁26的一个端部220,所述收容部24分别位于所述侧壁26的另一个端部222。
每个收容部24包括一个收容槽240,用于收容天线40的一个端部41。
请同时参照图2,每个固持座26包括轴262、通孔264、凸缘266及多个凸块268,通孔264贯穿轴262。凸缘266呈环状并从轴262的圆周面凸起。所述凸块268分别从凸缘266的圆周面凸起并均匀分布于凸缘266的圆周面。每个凸块268的截面呈梯形。
天线40包括本体42、连接器44及卡钩部46。天线模块(未图示)被组装于所述本体42内,用于收发信号。连接器44及卡钩部46分别从本体42的另一个端部43的内表面凸起。
卡钩部46呈圆环状,其包括多个卡钩462和多个容置槽464。所述卡钩462和所述容置槽464间隔设计,即每两个相邻的卡钩462之间设有一个容置槽464,从而每个卡钩462具有一定的弹性。每个卡钩462大致为L型,其末端设有倒钩466,组装后,倒钩466扣住凸缘266的端面265(请参照图6)。
连接器44被围在卡钩部46中央,组装后,其与壳体20的电连接器电性连接,用于电性连接天线模块和壳体20内的电路板。
在本实施方式中,卡钩部46的截面呈齿轮状。卡钩462和容置槽464的数量分别为8个,两相邻卡钩462之间的中心夹角为45度。
在其它实施方式中,卡钩462和容置槽464的数量可以为12个、16个、32个等,即卡钩462和容置槽464的数量可以根据需要改变。
在本实施方式中,凸块268的数量等于容置槽464的数量。
请同时参照图3至图5,组装时,连接器44插入通孔264中并与壳体20内的电路板电性连接,所述凸块268分别收容于所述容置槽464中,且所述倒钩466分别钩住凸缘266的端面265。同时,天线40的端部41固定于收容部24的收容槽240中,从而天线40和壳体20便组装为一体。
图3中其中一个天线40所在的垂直位置为天线40的初始位置,在初始位置天线40已被调整为当时环境下的最佳状态。从图5中可以看出,凸块268的斜面与容置槽464的内壁接触,从而在天线40旋转过程中,凸块268容易从容置槽464中脱离。
使用时,使用者可依照信号的强弱去调整天线40的位置,此时使用者给天线40施加一定的外力使所述凸块268在卡钩部46中移动,而使天线40逆时针旋转,并可透过所述凸块268收容于容置槽464中来定位天线40,从而可以达到调节天线40目的,以寻找最佳信号方位。
因天线40可在任意选定的角度内自由转动及定位,从而天线40能随时调整至最佳的接收角度,以增强通信设备100收发信号的质量。
因天线40被收容部24的收容槽240固定在垂直位置,从而不会因为天线40重力的关系,而使天线40移位造成收信不良的后果。
因天线40被固定在初始位置,在运输和使用过程中,天线40不会被意外转动而造成损伤和变形。同时,降低了天线40的连接器44的磨损,提高了天线40的使用寿命。
因天线40的卡钩462的倒钩466分别钩住凸缘266的端面265,从而在使用过程中,天线40不会因意外外力而脱离固持座26,防止了天线40的意外脱落。
因所述卡钩462均具有一定的弹性,从而在旋转的过程中,所述卡钩462略向外张开以使所述凸块268分别脱离所述容置槽464,而使天线40旋转。

Claims (6)

1.一种通信设备,其特征在于,包括:
壳体,包括多个侧壁、至少一个固持座及至少一个收容部,所述至少一个固持座凸设于所述其中一个侧壁的一个端部,所述固持座包括轴、通孔、凸缘和多个凸块,所述通孔贯穿所述轴,所述凸缘呈环状并从所述轴的圆周面凸起,所述凸块分别从所述凸缘的圆周面凸起,所述至少一个收容部位于所述其中一个侧壁的另一个端部;及
天线,转动地安装于所述固持座,所述天线包括本体和从所述本体的一个端部凸设的卡钩部,所述卡钩部的截面呈圆环状并包括多个卡钩和多个容置槽,所述容置槽和所述卡钩间隔设计;
其中,所述凸块在所述卡钩部中沿圆周方向移动,以使所述天线相对所述壳体转动;所述凸块分别收容于所述容置槽中以将所述天线固定于所述固持座。
2.如权利要求1所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述至少一个收容部包括收容槽,所述天线本体的另一个端部收容于所述收容槽中。
3.如权利要求2所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述凸块均匀分布于所述凸缘的圆周面。
4.如权利要求3所述的通信设备,其特征在于,每个凸块的截面呈梯形。
5.如权利要求1所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述天线还包括被所述卡钩部环绕的连接器。
6.如权利要求1所述的通信设备,其特征在于,每个卡钩呈L型,其末端设有倒钩。
