Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,其包括若干灯体及一连接这些灯体的框体,每一灯体包括若干彼此独立的灯体模块,每一灯体模块包括一散热体及贴设于散热体上的一发光二极管模组,每一灯体还包括至少一支架,同一灯体的至少一支架将该灯体的灯体模块连接在一起而使被连接的灯体模块排列出不同的形状。与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具通过支架对灯体模块进行连接,使灯体模块可根据需求排列出不同的形状,以满足多种出光形式的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管灯具,特别是指一种可灵活变换出光形式的发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种能产生大功率、高亮度的新兴的第三代光源,具有节能、环保、长寿命等优点,符合现今节能环保的主题,在照明科技领域得到广泛应用和迅猛发展,并有取代白炽灯、荧光灯等传统光源的趋势。
传统的发光二极管灯具包括一板状的散热器及贴置于散热器一侧的一发光二极管模组,当发光二极管模组处于工作状态时,其产生的灯光直接照射到外面,其产生的热量可通过散热器散发掉。但是,由于这种发光二极管灯具通常是一体化的构造,光源被扣件锁死在散热器的相应位置上,导致整个灯具的光源无法按需要变更排列,使灯具的出光形式过于单一化,无法适应多种不同场合的需求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可灵活变换出光形式的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,其包括若干灯体及一连接这些灯体的框体,每一灯体包括若干彼此独立的灯体模块,每一灯体模块包括一散热体及贴设于散热体上的一发光二极管模组,每一灯体还包括至少一支架,同一灯体的至少一支架将该灯体的灯体模块连接在一起而使被连接的灯体模块排列出不同的形状。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具通过支架对灯体模块进行连接,使灯体模块可根据需求排列出不同的形状,以满足多种出光形式的要求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明第一实施例的发光二极管灯具包括一定位柱10、一与定位柱10连接的框体20及四位于框体20底部且与框体20连接的灯体30。
请同时参照图2,所述定位柱10为一空心的圆柱状金属棒,其底端穿设并固定在框体20上,其顶端连接至建筑物顶篷上而将发光二极管灯具定位。
所述框体20包括一底板22、分别自底板22的近四周缘处垂直向上延伸而成的四侧壁24、分别自底板22的四周缘水平向外延伸形成的四矩形凸缘26及设置在四侧壁24顶缘上的一盖板28。所述底板22与四侧壁24围设出一容腔(图未标),以容置一整流装置23。每一凸缘26位于底板22周缘中央,相对的二凸缘26关于底板22对称。每一凸缘26于靠近其相对的二端缘位置处开设两排通孔260,以供螺钉(图未示)穿过。该两排通孔260进一步延伸至容腔内,以供导线(图未示)穿过。盖板28中央具有一圆形通孔280,所述定位柱10穿过该通孔280而与容置于容腔内的一螺母12螺合,以与盖板28相固定。
每一灯体30具有一口字形结构,所述四灯体30大致排成一田字形。每一灯体30包括四相互连接的灯体模块32、容置于相邻的灯体模块32内并将四灯体模块32连接在一起的四支架34及一封盖在四灯体模块32顶部的顶板36。
请同时参照图3,四灯体模块32拼接成该口字形结构的灯体30,每一灯体模块32包括一散热体322、贴设于且容置于散热体322内的一发光二极管模组324及容置于散热体322内且罩设发光二极管模组324的一透镜326。该散热体322由铜、铝等导热性能良好的材料制成,用来散发发光二极管模组324产生的热量。如图2,该散热体322呈梯形,其包括一基板3222及若干自基板3222两侧(即上下)表面垂直延伸形成的凸板3224,基板3222与凸板3224围设成若干空间(图未标),其中,基板3222顶面向上延伸出四相互间隔的凸板3224,基板3222底面端缘向下延伸出二相互间隔的凸板3224。基板3222顶部左侧的一对凸板3224的中部向内水平延伸形成二相对的肋板3226,从而将凸板3224与基板3222形成的上部空间分隔成两层空间3221、3223,底层的空间3221用于收容支架34的一端,顶层的空间3223则用于收容顶板36的一侧。所述二相对的肋板3226的间距小于支架34一端和顶板36一侧的宽度,以将支架34和顶板36隔开。基板3222顶部右侧的二凸板3224用于增大散热体32的散热面积,以加快散热。此外,该位于基板3222顶部右侧的二凸板3224间还形成有一容置空间3229,其用于与穿过框体20凸缘26的螺钉干涉配合,以将灯体30固定在框体20上。基板3222底部的一对凸板3224的中部及底端向内水平延伸形成两对肋板3226,从而将凸板3224与基板3222形成的下部空间分隔成两层空间3225、3227,顶层空间3225用于收容发光二极管模组324,底层空间3227则用以收容透镜326。所述每对肋板3226的水平间距小于透镜326的宽度,从而将透镜326定位在两对肋板3226之间。
每一发光二极管模组324包括一矩形电路板3242及三等间隔设置在电路板3242上的发光二极管3244,该每一发光二极管模组324贴设在散热体322基板3222的底面上并收容于顶层空间3225内。每一透镜326由透光的材料制成,该透镜326为梯形板状,其容置在散热体322的底层空间3227内,以密封灯体模块32底部。
请同时参照图2,所述每一支架34由一板体一体形成,其两端相互垂直,用以分别伸入相邻散热体322的相应空间3221内,以连接两个相邻的灯体模块32。支架34上开设若干通孔340,用以供螺钉穿过将支架34固定在散热体322上。
所述顶板36由一板体一体形成,其具有一口字形结构,与整个灯体30的结构相一致。顶板36的每一侧容置在灯体模块32散热体322的相应空间3223内,用以密封灯体30的顶部。顶板36的相邻两侧在靠近其连接处的位置分别开设二穿孔360,用以供导线穿设。
组装该发光二极管灯具时,首先将发光二极管模组324放入散热体322的空间3225内,将发光二极管模组324的电路板3242贴设在散热体322的基板3222上,将透镜326放入基板3222下面的两对肋板3226形成的空间3227内,从而完成灯体模块32的组装。然后将每一支架34相互垂直的两端分别伸入相邻散热体322的相应空间3221内,通过螺钉将支架34固定在灯体模块32上,以将四灯体模块32预接在一起。再将顶板36设置在连接在一起的灯体模块32的空间3223内,从而完成灯体30的组装。同时将定位柱10底端穿过框体20的盖板28的通孔280与螺母12相螺合,从而将定位柱10固定在盖板28上。再将整流装置23置入框体20的容腔内,并将盖板28设置在框体20四侧壁24的顶缘上,从而完成框体20的组装。然后将完成组装的四口字形灯体30排列成一田字形,使框体20凸缘26的每排通孔260对准灯体30的散热体322的相应的容置空间3229将螺钉穿过凸缘26的通孔260并缩入散热体322的空间3229内,以将框体20固定在灯体30上,完成整个发光二极管灯具的组装。
本发明发光二极管灯具的散热体322形成有多层空间,通过将透镜326定位在散热体322底部的二对相对肋板3226之间的空间3227内,以使发光二极管模组324密封在散热体322内,从而防止水汽和灰尘侵蚀和污染发光二极管模组324,并可有效避免发光二极管灯具内的发光二极管模组324受碰撞而损坏的情况发生。
图4所示为本发明第二实施例的发光二极管灯具,第二实施例与第一实施例的不同之处在于,二支架34连接三灯体模块32形成的灯体30呈“ㄩ”形,然后再通过框体20将四灯体30连接成一整体,使这些灯体模块32共同排列成一“王”字形。
图5所示为本发明第三实施例的发光二极管灯具,第三实施例与第一实施例的不同之处在于,二支架34连接三灯体模块32形成一“ㄩ”形的第一灯体30,一支架34连接二灯体模块32形成一“L”形的第二灯体30,然后通过框体20将二“ㄩ”形的第一灯体30与二“L”形的第二灯体30交替连接成一整体,使这些灯体模块32共同排列出另一种形状。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具可通过其支架34连接相应的灯体模块32,从而使灯体模块32排列出不同的形状,以适应不同出光形式的需求。

Claims (13)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,其包括若干灯体及一连接这些灯体的框体,每一灯体包括若干彼此独立的灯体模块,每一灯体模块包括一散热体及贴设于散热体上的一发光二极管模组,其特征在于:每一灯体还包括至少一支架,同一灯体的至少一支架将该灯体的灯体模块连接在一起而使被连接的灯体模块排列出不同的形状。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:被支架连接的二相邻的灯体模块彼此垂直。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一灯体包括三灯体模块及二支架,这些灯体通过框体连接而使灯体模块共同排列成一“王”字形。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:这些灯体包括若干第一灯体及第二灯体,每一第一灯体包括三灯体模块及二支架,每一第二灯体包括二灯体模块及一支架,这些第一灯体及第二灯体通过框体交替地连接成一体。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一灯体包括四灯体模块及四支架,这些灯体通过框体共同连接而使灯体模块排列成一“田”字形。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该散热体包括一基板及两对分别自该基板上下表面反向延伸出的凸板,该发光二极管模组贴置于该基板的下表面。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该散热体还包括两对自位于基板下表面的一对凸板的内侧延伸出的肋板,该发光二极管模组位于其中一对肋板与基板之间。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一灯体模组还包括夹设于该两对肋板之间的一透镜。
9.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该散热体还包括自位于基板上表面的一对凸板的内侧相向延伸出的二肋板,每一支架的一端收容于该二肋板与基板之间。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一灯体还包括一固定于该二肋板上并盖住支架的顶板。
11.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该散热体还包括形成于基板上表面的另一对凸板,一螺钉穿过框体并锁入该另一对凸板之间而将灯体与框体固定。
12.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该框体包括一底板、分别自底板的近周缘处向上延伸而成的若干侧壁、分别自底板的周缘处向外延伸形成的若干凸缘及设置在所述若干侧壁上的一盖板,所述框体的每一凸缘与二相邻灯体的二灯体模块相固定。
13.如权利要求12所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述发光二极管灯具还包括一定位柱,该定位柱穿过框体的盖板并通过螺母与盖板相固定。
