本发明大体上涉及一种照明设备,尤其涉及一种使用LED光源阵列的照明设备。
背景技术
具有自动化并可远程控制功能的照明设备在娱乐以及建筑的灯饰市场是众所周知的。这样的产品通常用在电影院、电视演播室、音乐会、主题公园、夜店以及其它场所。许多产品控制多个参数,例如:光强、颜色、聚焦、光束大小、光束形状以及光束图案。此外,在这样的照明设备中使用大功率LED作为光源正普及起来,而且,为了控制颜色,使用不同颜色的LED阵列是常见的。例如,常见配置是使用红色、绿色以及蓝色LED的混合。这种配置允许用户通过将这三种颜色混合到适当的水平而设计出他们想要的颜色。例如,点亮红色LED和绿色LED同时熄灭蓝色LED会呈现出黄色的输出。相似地,红色和蓝色产生洋红色,蓝色和绿色产生蓝绿色。通过合理控制LED,用户可以在阵列中的LED设置的色域内实现想要的任何颜色。同样,还可以使用多于三种颜色,而且众所周知的是,将琥珀色或者白色LED添加到红色、绿色以及蓝色LED阵列能够增加颜色混合并且改进可用色域。由罗布照明(Robe Lighting)生产的产品——例如REDWash3·192——是此项技术的典型代表。
在现有技术的照明设备中,LED阵列的结构和形状在生产时通常是固定好的。因此,需要不同的照明设备以提供线性阵列或者方形阵列,在线性阵列中多个LED呈直线安装,在方形阵列中多个LED呈正方形或长方形安装。然而,存在如下情况:在事态发展过程中使用这样的照明设备时,如果用户或者设计人在使用时可以决定阵列的结构和形状,这将是有利的。
对LED照明设备有如下需求:用户可以改变LED阵列的结构和形状以适应使用照明设备的特别事件的需要。

具体实施方式
在附图中阐述了本申请优选的实施例,使用相同的标记指示多个附图中相同和相应的部件。
本申请大体上涉及一种照明设备,尤其涉及一种使用LED光源阵列的照明设备。图1示出了公开的LED照明设备10一个实施例的后视图。每个LED模块4,5,6,7均可以包括LED阵列。这样的LED阵列可以是单色或者多色,并且可以被配置成单个控制或者联合控制。在这个结构中,示出的LED模块4,5,6,7连接在一起以形成排列成直线的线性结构。完整的组装件安装在LED支撑盒2上,LED支撑盒2通过连线1和3接收电能和数据,LED支撑盒2可以包括电源和控制部件(未示出)。为了电能和/或数据连接,不同实施例的照明设备10可以串联地或者并联地或者以其它结构电连接到其它照明设备。
图9示出了使用多个照明设备的典型系统。通常,这些系统包括多个照明设备10,11,12。每个照明设备10,11,12均可以被配置成如图所示的不同结构,或者所有照明设备可以被配置成相同结构。除了经由电源连接件16,17,18直接连接到主电源或者通过电源分配系统(未示出)连接到主电源以外,每个照明设备串联或者并联到数据连接件14,并且连接到一个或多个控制台15。通常,照明设备系统由操作员通过控制台15进行控制。
图2示出了LED模块之间的可配置连接系统的细节。例如,LED模块4和5通过金属带(strap)16及留挂螺栓(retaining bolts)14和15连接在一起。留挂螺栓14和15可以穿入在LED模块4和5后方轨道里移动的滑动螺母片。当松开留挂螺栓14和15时,每个模块均可以围绕各自的留挂螺栓旋转,旋转点可以沿着具有螺母片的轨道滑行。可以将每个模块调整到期望的角度,然后将留挂螺栓14和15重新紧固到金属带16上。电缆端点12和18之间的电缆提供模块到模块的用于电源和数据的连接。留挂螺栓、滑动螺母片、连接金属带以及连接电缆这种结构可以根据需要尽可能多地重复,以可重新配置的方式将多个LED模块连接在一起。
在本申请的附图中,示出了四个LED模块,然而本发明不限于此,可以以相同方式将任何数量的LED模块连接在一起。为了满足设计人的愿望,模块可以以线性的、星形的、放射状的或者其它连接模式相互连接。
图3示出了LED照明设备10的实施例,其中,留挂螺栓、滑动螺母片、连接金属带以及连接电缆已被调整并重新配置,以形成长方形样式的多个LED模块。
图4示出了LED照明设备10的实施例,其中,留挂螺栓、滑动螺母片、连接金属带以及连接电缆已被调整并重新配置,以形成‘L’形样式的多个LED模块。
图5示出了LED照明设备10的实施例,其中,留挂螺栓、滑动螺母片、连接金属带以及连接电缆已被调整并重新配置,以形成‘U’形样式的多个LED模块。
图6示出了公开的LED照明设备10的实施例,其中,留挂螺栓、滑动螺母片、连接金属带以及连接电缆已被调整并重新配置,以形成有角度的样式的多个LED模块。这个实施例阐述了LED模块的调整不限于90度角。在这个实施例中,LED模块已被配置成在模块之间设置135度角。
图7示出了LED照明设备10的实施例,其中,留挂螺栓、滑动螺母片、连接金属带以及连接电缆已被调整并被重新配置,以形成线性样式的多个LED模块。

1.一种具有多个可固定模块的照明设备,其特征在于,所述多个可固定模块能够配置并固定成一种结构,以及能够重新配置并固定成多种不同的结构。
