本实用新型涉及LED灯具技术领域,具体的讲是一种可调配光角度的LED路灯。
背景技术
目前,大功率LED路灯、隧道灯和投光灯的结构,大多采用平板形或弧形结构。采用平板形或弧形结构的灯具,由多颗大功率LED组成,固定在平板形或弧形散热器上,LED发光角度都朝向一个方向,很难达到照明所需要的配光要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单的可调配光角度的LED路灯。
其技术方案是:由LED发光模组通过螺栓固定在支撑架上,其特征是:所述支撑架两侧的固定挡板上设有弧形滑动槽和固定孔,LED发光模组侧面的一端与弧形滑动槽、垫片和螺栓依次相连接,并在弧形滑动槽内任意位置上固定,LED发光模组侧面的另一端通过螺栓固定在固定挡板上的固定孔内。
其中,所述LED发光模组以散热翅片和大功率LED组构成一体,其排列为并行排列。
本实用新型与现有技术相比较具有结构简单、调整方便及价格低廉的优点。

具体实施方式
参照图1-图3,一种可调配光角度的LED路灯,由LED发光模组通过螺栓固定在支撑架上。所述支撑架两侧的固定挡板1上设有弧形滑动槽6和固定孔8,LED发光模组4侧面的一端与弧形滑动槽6、垫片3和螺栓2依次相连接,并在弧形滑动槽6内任意位置上固定,LED发光模组4侧面的另一端通过螺栓2固定在固定挡板1上的固定孔8内。所述LED发光模组4以散热翅片5和大功率LED组7构成一体,其排列为并行排列。
使用本实用新型时,松开固定螺栓2,扳动LED发光模组4调节其角度至所需位置,固定固定螺栓2即可。

1.一种可调配光角度的LED路灯,由LED发光模组通过螺栓固定在支撑架上,其特征是:所述支撑架两侧的固定挡板上设有弧形滑动槽和固定孔,LED发光模组侧面侧面的一端与弧形滑动槽、垫片和螺栓依次相连接,并在弧形滑动槽内任意位置上固定,LED发光模组侧面的另一端通过螺栓固定在固定挡板上的固定孔内。
