一种可调对翼LED路灯,包括LED模块1,LED模块1上扣有聚光罩2,LED模块1直接装在翼型散热器3的面板上,翼型散热器3上设置有散热片12和圆轴9,固定架4的两侧上设置有圆槽8和活动齿扣件5,圆槽8内插有圆轴9,翼型散热器3靠近固定架4的散热片上设置有扣齿悬臂10,活动齿扣件5与扣齿悬臂10啮合,通过紧定螺钉6固定,固定架4上下两端的固定扣件11上设置有六方螺钉7,由于本实用新型的LED模块1直接装在翼型散热器3的面板上,LED模块1的热量直接通过翼型散热器3导出;由于活动齿扣件5与扣齿悬臂10啮合,使得固定架4两侧的LED模块1形成的角度可调,使得照射范围增大。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及路灯,特别涉及一种可调对翼LED路灯。
背景技术
市场现有LED路灯种类繁多,样式各异。现有LED路灯,有的用单棵1W或3W的LED为主光源,排成点阵式,每只LED加一个小反光罩,那么用这种小反光罩把数颗LED的光聚成面光源,从技术角度讲是可以实现的,但这样做会损失大量LED光源的光通量,照射面积和照射角度也难达到路灯的标准,并且灯头外形尺寸很大,而且工艺相当繁琐。
还有一种是用集成式LED做光源外加反光罩。这种路灯工艺比较简单,但是它的光斑太小,使灯的垂直照度很高,而周围照度较暗,从技术角度讲此种方法的照度均匀性和照射面积很难达到路灯的标准要求,同时采用集成式LED光源它自身的散热问题比较难以解决。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种一种可调对翼LED路灯,使得照射范围增大,弥补传统LED路灯照度不均匀的缺陷,并且散热问题得到了很好的解决,提高了使用寿命和发光效率。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现:一种可调对翼LED路灯,包括LED模块1,LED模块1上扣有聚光罩2,其特征在于,LED模块1直接装在翼型散热器3的面板上,翼型散热器3上设置有散热片12和圆轴9,固定架4的两侧上设置有圆槽8和活动齿扣件5,圆槽8内插有圆轴9,翼型散热器3靠近固定架4的散热片上设置有扣齿悬臂10,活动齿扣件5与扣齿悬臂10啮合,通过紧定螺钉6固定,固定架4上下两端的固定扣件11上设置有六方螺钉7。
由于本实用新型的LED模块1直接装在翼型散热器3的面板上,LED模块1的热量直接通过翼型散热器3导出;由于活动齿扣件5与扣齿悬臂10啮合,使得固定架4两侧的LED模块1形成的角度可调,使得照射范围增大。

参照附图,一种可调对翼LED路灯,包括LED模块1,LED模块1上扣有聚光罩2,其特征在于,LED模块1直接装在翼型散热器3的面板上,翼型散热器3上设置有散热片12和圆轴9,固定架4的两侧上设置有圆槽8和活动齿扣件5,圆槽8内插有圆轴9,翼型散热器3靠近固定架4的散热片上设置有扣齿悬臂10,活动齿扣件5与扣齿悬臂10啮合,通过紧定螺钉6固定,固定架4上下两端的固定扣件11上设置有六方螺钉7.
本实用新型的工作原理为:根据实际情况,调整好固定架4两侧的LED模块1所需形成的角度,将扣齿悬臂10嵌入活动齿扣件5,通过紧定螺钉6固定,与散热器3上的悬臂齿扣齿合,以达到调节定位目的,使翼型散热器3、活动齿扣件5和固定架4为一整体,固定架4上下两端的固定扣件11上设置有六方螺钉7,可使固定扣件11直径放大缩小,将本实用新型固定在路边的灯杆上。
