背景技术
目前，儿童在乘坐汽车时，必须坐在根据他们的体重专门设计的安全座椅内。

本发明的汽车用安全婴儿座椅包括该座椅自身的座椅安全带，所述座椅安全带在前部限定了两条肩带，所述肩带在其使用位置用以束缚座椅使用者，该座椅的特征在于：每条所述肩带包括一个弹性部件，该弹性部件在休息位置(rest position)使相应的肩带从该座椅向外移动。
由于这个特征，使得儿童可自己或在成人的帮助下更容易进入和离开座椅。也使得当儿童在座椅上就座后更容易放置座椅安全带。
根据一个优选的实施方案，每个弹性部件与座椅安全带的每条肩带的导向部件相关联，每个导向部件可克服相应弹性部件的作用、绕旋转轴在打开位置和使用位置之间旋转。在本发明的座椅不被使用时，该导向部件还可使肩带处于其打开位置。
有利地是，每个弹性部件绕可旋转导向部件的每个旋转轴放置，该弹性部件优选地是螺旋弹簧。

因此，在本发明的座椅不被使用时，该座椅安全带的肩带2a、2b自动地处于如图2所示的休息或打开位置。从而，当儿童坐在座椅1上时，他/她将不会坐在肩带2a、2b上，从而便于肩带2a、2b的放置。
为了将肩带2a、2b放置在其使用位置，必须克服螺旋弹簧的作用，将肩带2a、2b拉至座椅1的中心，并且使它们当被带扣4固定时保持在使用位置。显然的是，当松开带扣4时，肩带2a、2b将自动地回到其打开位置，以允许儿童更舒适地离开本发明的婴儿座椅。

每条所述肩带(2a、2b)包括一个弹性部件，所述弹性部件在休息位置使相应的肩带(2a、2b)从所述座椅向外移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的婴儿座椅，其中每个弹性部件与所述座椅安全带的每条肩带(2a、2b)的导向部件(5a、5b)相关联，每个导向部件(5a、5b)可克服相应弹性部件的作用、绕旋转轴(6a、6b)在打开位置和使用位置之间旋转。
3.根据权利要求2所述的婴儿座椅，其中每个弹性部件绕可旋转导向部件(5a、5b)的每个旋转轴(6a、6b)放置。
4.根据前述权利要求之任一项所述的婴儿座椅，其中所述弹性部件是螺旋弹簧。
