Abstract

本发明涉及一种车用双活塞电子真空泵,包括一号活塞缸(1)、二号活塞缸(2)、电机(3)、偏心驱动轴(4)、一号活塞(5)和二号活塞(6),所述的电机(3)位于活塞缸体内中心位置,且通过偏心驱动轴(4)连接带动左右对称的一号活塞(5)和二号活塞(6),所述的一号活塞(5)和二号活塞(6)分别位于一号活塞缸(1)和二号活塞缸(2)内腔内;所述的排气口(9)位于活塞缸体中部且连接消声器(10);所述的活塞缸体两端通过气体管路连通;所述的抽气口(8)位于气体管路中间段。本发明双活塞式真空泵首次应用于车辆,将单向阀相反布置后,可用作充气泵,也可应用于车辆快速补胎工具中的充气泵,抽排气运动原理的独特,采用偏心驱动轴驱动活塞运动,活塞集成单向阀,将新型材料应用于消声器。

车用双活塞电子真空泵
技术领域
本实用新型属真空泵领域,特别是涉及一种车用双活塞电子真空泵。
背景技术
现有技术中的乘用汽车制动技术均采用液力制动方式,驾驶员通过在制动踏板上施加制动力,通过推杆推动主缸内活塞进行液压传动,使得四个车轮上的分泵进行制动,由于人脚部施加的制动力比较有限,无法满足整车制动情况下四个分泵的制动压力要求,故需要真空助力器对踏板增加助力,真空助力器在内部存在真空,通过阀门控制大气进出真空助力器,使其内部产生气压差,最终通过推杆对主缸造成助力。真空助力器的真空源一般来自两个方面,传统汽油乘用车依靠发动机进气畸管提供真空源,而柴油车通过安装在发动机皮带轮附近的机械真空泵提供真空源。
由于汽车排放标准越来越提高,汽油机提供给真空助力器的真空度将越来越低,务必给制动力造成很大影响,且随着混合动力及纯电动车的发展,制动系统已经无法获得正常的传统真空源,因此,电子真空泵的出现,就是对目前现状的一种快速解决方案。
市场需要一种性能更加完善,抽气速度快,真空度提高的真空泵来弥补上述的缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种车用双活塞电子真空泵,为汽柴油车、混合动力车、纯电动车或特种车辆,提供独立或者辅助真空源,用于实现制动系统或传动系统功能。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种车用双活塞电子真空泵,包括一号活塞缸、二号活塞缸、电机、偏心驱动轴、一号活塞和二号活塞,所述的电机位于活塞缸体内中心位置,且通过偏心驱动轴连接带动左右对称的一号活塞和二号活塞,所述的一号活塞和二号活塞分别位于一号活塞缸和二号活塞缸内腔内;所述的活塞缸体中部设有排气口;所述的排气口与消声器相连;所述的活塞缸体两端通过气体管路连通;所述的气体管路中间段设有抽气口。
所述的一号活塞和活塞端相对面各有一个单向阀,所述的二号活塞和活塞端相对面各有一个单向阀。
所述的一号活塞缸和二号活塞缸上分别有空气流动通道。
有益效果
本实用新型双活塞式真空泵首次应用于车辆,抽排气运动原理的独特,采用偏心驱动轴驱动活塞运动,活塞集成单向阀,且将新型材料的应用于消声器。

实施例1
一种车用双活塞电子真空泵,包括一号活塞缸1、二号活塞缸2、电机3、偏心驱动轴4、一号活塞5和二号活塞6,电机3位于活塞缸体内中心位置,且通过偏心驱动轴4连接带动左右对称的一号活塞5和二号活塞6,一号活塞5和二号活塞6分别位于一号活塞缸1和二号活塞缸2内腔内;所述的活塞缸体中部设有排气口9;所述的排气口9与消声器10相连;活塞缸体两端通过气体管路连通;所述的气体管路中间段设有抽气口8。
一号活塞5和活塞端相对面各有一个单向阀7,二号活塞6和活塞端相对面各有一个单向阀7。
一号活塞缸1和二号活塞缸2上分别有空气流动通道。
当电机3运转时,偏心驱动轴4驱动活塞进行运动,两个活塞在各自活塞缸中进行往返运动,由于活塞中存在单向阀7和空气管道,当活塞缸内气压由于活塞运动存在压力差时,往驱动轴方向运动的一侧活塞,由于缸内容积变大,气压下降,单向阀7另一侧产生气压差,气体由于压差,将单向阀7顶开进入活塞缸内,完成一次抽真空工况;与此同时,在另外一侧远离驱动轴方向的活塞由于排挤空气,缸内容积变小,气体受压后完成将头部的单向阀7顶开,将气体引入活塞内管路,随后排出到驱动轴腔,完成一次排气工况;
当驱动轴转动180度,两个活塞实现功能互换,因此在驱动轴转动360度过程中,两个活塞完成两次抽排气工况,实现抽真空功能;
为解决噪音问题,在排气口9增加消声器10。

Claims (3)

1.一种车用双活塞电子真空泵,包括一号活塞缸(1)、二号活塞缸(2)、电机(3)、偏心驱动轴(4)、一号活塞(5)和二号活塞(6),其特征是:所述的电机(3)位于活塞缸体内中心位置,且通过偏心驱动轴(4)连接带动左右对称的一号活塞(5)和二号活塞(6),所述的一号活塞(5)和二号活塞(6)分别位于一号活塞缸(1)和二号活塞缸(2)内腔内;所述的活塞缸体中部设有排气口(9);所述的排气口(9)与消声器(10)相连;所述的活塞缸体两端通过气体管路连通;所述的气体管路中间段设有抽气口(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用双活塞电子真空泵,其特征是:所述的一号活塞(5)和活塞端相对面各有一个单向阀(7),所述的二号活塞(6)和活塞端相对面各有一个单向阀(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用双活塞电子真空泵,其特征是:所述的一号活塞缸(1)和二号活塞缸(2)上分别有空气流动通道。
