Abstract
本发明公开了一种图像传感器,具体说是一种能够对紫外光、可见光及红外光的图像信息都能进行读取识别的全光谱识别图像传感器,其包括传感器基板,传感器基板上设置有排列成直线的感光部,传感器基板的上部设有透镜,透镜的旁边设有光源,以及能容纳上述传感器基板、透镜、光源的框架。框架的上部设有搭载原稿的透光板,其特征为光源是能够发出包括紫外光、可见光及红外光的全光谱光源,传感器基板上的感光部由两部分组成,一部分为反射光感光部,用于接收光源照到原稿上产生的反射光信息,另一部分为激励光感光部,用于接收光源照到原稿上产生的激励光信息。本发明的图像传感器不仅可以识别普通的色彩图像,而且同时可以识别各种特殊用途的防伪图像,大大提高了图像传感器的功能和使用领域。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种图像传感器,具体说是一种能够对紫外光、可见光及红外光的图像信息都能进行读取识别的全光谱识别图像传感器。
背景技术:
图7是现有图像读取装置的断面图,图中1是发光光源,2是透镜,3是接收透镜2所汇聚光的感光部(光敏集成电路),4是搭载排列成直线的光敏集成电路3的传感器基板,6是容纳光源1、透镜2、传感器基板4的框架,5是设置在框架6上的搭载原稿的透光板,10为原稿。
在上述图像读取装置中,光源1发出的光,透过透光板5,照射到外面的原稿10上,原稿10上的文字黑色区域光被吸收,而在原稿其它的白色底色区域,光几乎100%被反射,这些反射光再穿过玻璃板5,被透镜2收集,照射到传感器基板4上的感光部3。感光部3是由许多感光像素以及能将照射到各感光像素上的光进行光电转换,并将信号输出的驱动电路组成。接收的光转换成电信后经过驱动电路输出,作为图像(文字)信息向外输出。原稿不断移动,其上所记载的图像信息(文字)就会被连续读取下来。
上述图像读取装置存在以下问题:当需要读取原稿的反射光信息时,需要将光源及感光部都配置成适合于反射光读取的状态,这时就无法对原稿中的激励光的信息进行读取。当需要对激励光的信息进行读取时,就需要将光源及感光部配置成适合于激励光读取的状态,这时就无法对反射光信息进行读取。当反射光信息和激励光信息都需要进行读取识别进,需要使用多个不同类型的传感器,不仅成本高、体积大,而且其数据的后续处理部分也十分复杂,严重影响了图像传感器的使用领域,限制了产品的发展。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种既能读取反射光信息,也能读取激励光信息的全光谱识别图像传感器。
本发明可以通过如下措施达到:
一种全光谱识别图像传感器,包括传感器基板,传感器基板上设置有排列成直线的感光部,传感器基板的上部设有透镜,透镜的旁边设有光源,以及能容纳上述传感器基板、透镜、光源的框架,框架的上部设有搭载原稿的透光板,其特征在于光源为能够发出包括紫外光、可见光及红外光的全光谱光源,传感器基板上的感光部由两部分组成,一部分为用于接收光源照到原稿上产生的反射光信息的反射光感光部,另一部分为用于接收光源照到原稿上产生的激励光信息的激励光感光部。
本发明中的全光谱光源中的可见光可以白光,也可以是单一波长的可见光,也可以是多种不同波长的可见光,全光谱光源中的每一种波长的光都设有单独的控制电极,通过对该波长的光所对应的控制电极施加一定的电压就可对该波长的光进行单独的发光控制。
反射光感光部接收可见光或红外光照射原稿时得到的反射图像信息,激励光感光部接收紫外光照射原稿时得到的激励光图像信息。
本发明为了获得清晰的激励光图像信息,在激励光感光部表面涂有紫外光滤光膜。
本发明的效果是,使用一个传感器既能对原稿的反射光信息进行读取,也能对原稿的激励光信息进行读取,大大提高了传感器的功能,从而使图像传感器在防伪检测领域能够得到更好的发展和应用。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1:图1是本发明实施例1的断面结构图,图2是图1的内部结构示意图。图中1是可以发出紫外光、可见光及红外光的全光谱光源,2是透镜,3a是接收透镜2所汇聚光的反射光感光部,3b是接收透镜2所汇聚光的激励光感光部,4是搭载排列成直线的光敏集成电路3a和3b的传感器基板,6是容纳光源1、透镜2、传感器基板4的框架,5是设置在框架6上的搭载原稿的透光板,8是涂在3b上的紫外光滤光膜,10为原稿。
在上述图像读取装置中,光源1为可以发出紫外光204、可见光200及红外光205的全光谱光源,其中可见光为三基色可见光(红光201、绿光202、篮光203),其结构如图3所示,其中100为光源的公共电极,101为紫外光控制电极,102为蓝光控制电极,103为绿光控制电极,104为红光控制电极,105为红外光控制电极。即每一波长的光都可以进行单独的发光控制,上述与现有技术相同,此不赘述,通过对光源1的不同的发光电极加入一定的电压就可以使光原1发出不同的波长的光,这些光透过透光板5,照射到外面的原稿10上。当光源中的可见光200(红光201、绿光202或篮光203)被点亮时,同时也将反射光感光部开启,原稿10的表面反射光穿过透镜进入反射光感光部,并被转换成电信号向外传输;当光源中的红外光205被点亮时,同时也将反射光感光部开启,原稿10的内部反射光穿过透镜也进入反射光感光部,并被转换成电信号向外传输;当光源中的紫外光204被点亮时,这时将激励光感光部开启,原稿10被紫外光204照射产生的激励光穿过透镜进入到激励光感光部,并被转换成电信号向外传输,图4是光源中不同颜色的光被点亮时所对应的输出信号的示意图,每开启一种光,输出信号300中就会产生与这种光相对应的光电换信号。如此,原稿的表面图像信息、内部图像信息以及所包含的激励光的信息都能使用同一个传感器进行读取。
因为紫外光204照射原稿时除了产生激励光之外,同时也会产生一些紫外光204的反射光,这些反射光也有可能经过透镜到达激励光感光部对激励光信号造成干扰,所以要将紫外光204的反射光去掉。本实施例中采用的方法是在激励光感光部表面涂有紫外光滤光膜,这种滤光膜可以滤掉紫外光,而不影响成份是可见光的激励光通过,滤光膜的结构及加工方法与本公司2008202390350号专利相同,其特性如图5所示,X轴为波长,Y轴为透过率,使用这种滤光膜之后,激励光感光部就可以获得清晰的激励光图像信息。
实施例2
本实施例是将全光谱光源在结构上分成两部分,其结构断面图如图6所示。在本实施例中,光源由1a和1b构成。1a为紫外光发光部分,1b为可见光及红外光的发光部分,其工作原理与前述相同。
实施例3
上述实施例中是在激励光感光部表面涂有紫外光滤光膜,也可以在激励光感光部与原稿反射光之间的光路的其它位置上,使用性质类似的滤光膜或滤光板。
Claims (2)
1.一种全光谱识别图像传感器,包括传感器基板,传感器基本上设置有排列成直线的感光部,传感器基板的上部设有透镜,透镜的旁边设有光源,以及能容纳上述传感器基板、透镜、光源的框架,框架的上部设有搭载原稿的透光板,其特征在于光源为能够发出包括紫外光、可见光及红外光的全光谱光源,传感器基板上的感光部由两部分组成,一部分为用于接收光源照到原稿上产生的反射光信息的反射光感光部,另一部分为用于接收光源照到原稿上产生的激励光信息的激励光感光部,反射光感光部和激励光感光部使用共同的透镜单元接收图像信息,反射光感光部和激励光感光部将接收到的原稿信息分时向外输出,可见光和红外光照射原稿产生的反射光信息由反射光感光部接收,紫外光照射原稿产生的激励光信息由激励光感光部接收,激励光感光部表面涂有紫外光滤光膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全光谱识别图像传感器,其特征在于全光谱光源中的每一种波长的光都可以进行单独的发光控制。
