Abstract

本发明是一种橡胶颗粒,其特征在于,它是由以下重量配比的原料制成:乙丙橡胶18-22、碳酸钙50-60、交联剂2-4、过氧化物硫化剂2-4、石腊油18-22。本发明还公开了一种橡胶颗粒的制备方法。本发明橡胶颗粒原料配方简单合理,具有高耐天然老化性能,产品无腐蚀性,物理性能好。本发明制备方法简单合理,它是一种无硫硫化工艺,能有效地保证橡胶颗粒的质量,通过分级造粒可以得到0.1-10mm粒径的不同规格、颜色的橡胶颗粒。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶材料,特别是一种橡胶颗粒;本发明还涉及该种橡胶颗粒的制备方法。
背景技术
橡胶颗粒可以适用于各种体育馆所、室内外塑胶跑道和室内外道路、景观、场地的铺设。现有生产橡胶颗粒的技术流程复杂,能耗较高,所生产出来的橡胶颗粒物理性能较低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种原料配方更为合理、性能优良的一种橡胶颗粒。
本发明所要解决的另一个技术问题是提供了上述橡胶颗粒的一种制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案来实现的。本发明是一种橡胶颗粒,其特点是,它是由以下重量配比的原料制成:
乙丙橡胶    18-22    碳酸钙            50-60
交联剂      2-4      过氧化物硫化剂    2-4
石腊油      18-22。
本发明所要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下的技术方案来进一步实现。以上所述的一种橡胶颗粒,其特点是,它是由以下重量配比的原料制成:

本发明所述的各种原料可以为现有技术中公开的任何一种方法所制备的原料。其中,所述的交联剂、过氧化物硫化剂和颜料可以为本技术领域常规的促进剂、过氧化物硫化剂和颜料。
本发明橡胶颗粒可以采用可适用的常规方法制备,优选采用以下方法制备。
本发明所要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下的技术方案来进一步实现。本发明还公开了一种如以上任何一项技术方案所述的橡胶颗粒的制备方法,其特点是,其步骤如下:
(1)按所述重量配比取各原料混合后投入密炼机混炼,混炼混度为115-125℃、时间为14-16分钟;混炼后再投入开炼机进行精炼,精炼混度为58-62℃、时间为8-12分钟,得精炼混合物;
(2)将精炼混合物投入剂出机连续挤出片材,挤出时挤出机内混度为115-125℃;然后投入硫化罐进行硫化,硫化时间为28-32分钟、温度为155-165℃、压力为6-8公斤;硫化后出罐,室温冷却11-13小时后造粒分级得成品。
本发明所要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下的技术方案来进一步实现。以上所述的一种橡胶颗粒的制备方法,其特点是,其步骤如下:
(1)按所述重量配比取各原料混合后投入密炼机混炼,混炼混度为120℃、时间为15分钟;混炼后再投入开炼机进行精炼,精炼混度为60℃、时间为10分钟,得精炼混合物;
(2)将精炼混合物投入剂出机连续挤出片材,挤出时挤出机内混度为120℃;然后投入硫化罐进行硫化,硫化时间为30分钟、温度为160℃、压力为7公斤;硫化后出罐,室温冷却12小时后造粒分级得成品。
本发明橡胶颗粒原料配方简单合理,具有高耐天然老化性能,产品无腐蚀性,物理性能好。本发明制备方法简单合理,能耗低,它是一种无硫硫化工艺,能有效地保证橡胶颗粒的质量,通过分级造粒可以得到0.1-10mm粒径的不同规格、颜色的橡胶颗粒。本发明橡胶颗粒可以适用于各种体育馆所、室内外塑胶跑道和室内外道路、景观、场地的铺设。

以下进一步描述本发明的具体技术方案,以便于本领域的技术人员进一步地理解本发明,而不构成对其权利的限制。
实施例1。一种橡胶颗粒,它是由以下重量配比的原料制成:
乙丙橡胶    20    碳酸钙            54
交联剂      3     过氧化物硫化剂    3
石腊油      20;
其制备方法步骤如下:
(1)按所述重量配比取各原料混合后投入密炼机混炼,混炼混度为120℃、时间为15分钟;混炼后再投入开炼机进行精炼,精炼混度为60℃、时间为10分钟,得精炼混合物;
(2)将精炼混合物投入剂出机连续挤出片材,挤出时挤出机内混度为120℃;然后投入硫化罐进行硫化,硫化时间为30分钟、温度为160℃、压力为7公斤;硫化后出罐,室温冷却12小时后造粒分级得成品。
按常规方法对本实施例所制得的橡胶颗粒的各项性能指标进行试验检测,其结果如下:
一、硬度(邵氏A):65度;
二、回弹率:25%;
三、压缩复原率:98%;
四、拉伸强度:3Mpa;
五、扯断伸长率:150%;
六、紫外线光照(波长400)120小时,结果不变色。
实施例2。一种橡胶颗粒,它是由以下重量配比的原料制成:
乙丙橡胶    18    碳酸钙            50
交联剂      2     过氧化物硫化剂    2
石腊油      18。
按常规方法制成橡胶颗粒。
实施例3。一种橡胶颗粒,它是由以下重量配比的原料制成:
乙丙橡胶    22    碳酸钙            60
交联剂      4     过氧化物硫化剂    4
石腊油      22;
其制备方法如下:
(1)按所述重量配比取各原料混合后投入密炼机混炼,混炼混度为115℃、时间为14分钟;混炼后再投入开炼机进行精炼,精炼混度为58℃、时间为8分钟,得精炼混合物;
(2)将精炼混合物投入剂出机连续挤出片材,挤出时挤出机内混度为115℃;然后投入硫化罐进行硫化,硫化时间为28分钟、温度为155℃、压力为6公斤;硫化后出罐,室温冷却11小时后造粒分级得成品。
实施例4。一种橡胶颗粒,它是由以下重量配比的原料制成:
乙丙橡胶    22    碳酸钙            60
交联剂      4     过氧化物硫化剂    4
石腊油      22;
其制备方法步骤如下:
(1)按所述重量配比取各原料混合后投入密炼机混炼,混炼混度为125℃、时间为16分钟;混炼后再投入开炼机进行精炼,精炼混度为62℃、时间为12分钟,得精炼混合物;
(2)将精炼混合物投入剂出机连续挤出片材,挤出时挤出机内混度为125℃;然后投入硫化罐进行硫化,硫化时间为32分钟、温度为165℃、压力为8公斤;硫化后出罐,室温冷却13小时后造粒分级得成品。
实施例5。一种橡胶颗粒,它是由以下重量配比的原料制成:
乙丙橡胶    21     碳酸钙            58
交联剂      2.5    过氧化物硫化剂    3.5
石腊油      19;
其制备方法如下:
(1)按所述重量配比取各原料混合后投入密炼机混炼,混炼混度为118℃、时间为15分钟;混炼后再投入开炼机进行精炼,精炼混度为61℃、时间为9分钟,得精炼混合物;
(2)将精炼混合物投入剂出机连续挤出片材,挤出时挤出机内混度为118℃;然后投入硫化罐进行硫化,硫化时间为29分钟、温度为158℃、压力为6.5公斤;硫化后出罐,室温冷却11.5小时后造粒分级得成品。
实施例6。实施例1所述的一种橡胶颗粒中,它还含有颜料,所述的颜料的重量配比为2。
实施例7。实施例2或3所述的一种橡胶颗粒中,它还含有颜料,所述的颜料的重量配比为0.3。
实施例8。实施例4或5所述的一种橡胶颗粒中,它还含有颜料,所述的颜料的重量配比为4。

1.一种橡胶颗粒,其特征在于,它是由以下重量配比的原料制成:
乙丙橡胶  18-22      碳酸钙            50-60
交联剂    2-4        过氧化物硫化剂    2-4
石腊油    18-22
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶颗粒,其特征在于,它是由以下重量配比的原料制成:
乙丙橡胶  20         碳酸钙            54
交联剂    3          过氧化物硫化剂    3
石腊油    20
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶颗粒,其特征在于,它还含有颜料,所述的颜料的重量配比为0.3-4。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任何一项所述的橡胶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,其步骤如下:
(1)按所述重量配比取各原料混合后投入密炼机混炼,混炼混度为115-125℃、时间为14-16分钟;混炼后再投入开炼机进行精炼,精炼混度为58-62℃、时间为8-12分钟,得精炼混合物;
(2)将精炼混合物投入剂出机连续挤出片材,挤出时挤出机内混度为115-125℃;然后投入硫化罐进行硫化,硫化时间为28-32分钟、温度为155-165℃、压力为6-8公斤;硫化后出罐,室温冷却11-13小时后造粒分级得成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的橡胶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,其步骤如下:
(1)按所述重量配比取各原料混合后投入密炼机混炼,混炼混度为120℃、时间为15分钟;混炼后再投入开炼机进行精炼,精炼混度为60℃、时间为10分钟,得精炼混合物;
(2)将精炼混合物投入剂出机连续挤出片材,挤出时挤出机内混度为120℃;然后投入硫化罐进行硫化,硫化时间为30分钟、温度为160℃、压力为7公斤;硫化后出罐,室温冷却12小时后造粒分级得成品。
