Abstract

可调气压预应力装置,系结构工程中对结构施加预应力的装置,它是由一气阀顶座,一升温顶座,及一放置在预留孔道内的可伸缩波纹管构成的密闭容器,工作时,从高压气体对结构施加预拉应力,并可通过温度变化来调节预应力大小,对结构物施加更合理的预应力,减轻结构物自重。

Description

本发明是一种结构工程中对结构施加预应力的装置。
在林同炎与NED    H.BURNS    合著的《Design    of    Prestressed    Concrete    Structures》的1981年第三版译文中,公开了以高强钢筋对混凝土受拉区施加压应力的预应力技术。在《国外桥梁》83年第一期第1至8页上公开了Hans    Reiffenstuhl发明的由预压粗钢棒对结构物受压区施加拉力的技术,该技术因粗钢棒的摩擦阻力影响了预施拉力的作用效果。
本发明的目的是改进预压粗钢棒技术,提高预施拉力的利用率。
本发明由气阀顶座,升温顶座和由纵向可伸缩波纹管道通过胶合剂连接气阀顶座及升温顶座而成的纵向可伸缩的密闭管道容器所形成;其中气阀顶座由一带孔顶座和弹性活塞组成,起进气及密闭作用;升温顶座由设有电热器的顶座构成,可通过外部电源和该升温顶座对该装置内气体加热;可伸缩波纹管由抗拉材料制成。
依本发明制作的可调气压预应力装置,具有如下优点,它充分利用密闭于该装置内的高压气体的压力对结构物的受压区施加拉力,提高预施拉力的利用率,使结构物得到更合理的预应力,从而减小梁高,减轻梁重,增强跨越能力。
图1是本发明应用于简支梁的示意图,图2是合乎本发明装置的示意图,图3是图2中A-A剖面图,图4是图2中B-B剖面图,图5是图2中C-C剖面图。
把本发明制作的可调气压预应力装置设置在简支梁的受压区的预定孔道内(如图1)。工作时,把高压气体压入装置内,弹性活塞2开启(如图2),当装置内气体达到工作压力时,停止加压,装置内高压气体自动将弹性活塞2顶紧压密,这样该装置形成一充满高压气体的密闭管道容器,由于波纹管5纵向有伸缩性,装置内高压气体压力全部作用于简支梁的受压区,与分布在简支梁受拉区的高强钢筋提供的预压力共同构成上下预应力,并可通过设于顶座3的电热器4对装置内气体温度稍作调节来调整预拉力的大小。

Claims (1)

1、一种对结构物受压区施加拉力的可调气压预应力装置,它通过密闭于该装置内的高压气体对结构物受压区施加拉力,其特征在于该装置由气阀顶座,升温顶座和由纵向可伸缩波纹管道通过胶合剂连接气阀顶座及升温顶座而成的纵向可伸缩的密闭管道容器所形成;其中气阀顶座由一带孔顶座1和弹性活塞2组成,起进气及密闭作用;升温顶座由设有电热器4的顶座3构成,可通过外部电源和该升温顶座对该装置内气体加热;可伸缩波纹管5由抗拉材料制成。
