Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚会用气球。
本发明的文本中,术语“聚会用气球”表示的是一种仅用于装饰或者游戏目的的气球。这种气球通常被充入空气或者氦气或者它们两者的混合气体。当被充入空气时,这些气球可以直接利用呼出的气体,或者连接到气球颈部的气泵或者临时连接到装有压缩空气的罐进行充气,然后通过打结或者其它紧固装置以各种已知的方式进行密封。当被充入氦气时,气球的颈部被连接到相应的压缩气体或者混合气的气源上一段时间直到膨胀到所需的尺寸,然后断开连接并扎紧气球。氦气逐渐被普遍地应用到以装饰目的的气球中,这些气球能在空气中漂起并且能通过拴系较小的重物而被保持,或者能允许上升到屋顶的高度。
背景技术
关于安装有照明装置的气球的申请之前已经有人提出,例如在US2002/0164919,US2004/0127138以及US2005/103557中已经有所公开。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种生产成本较低,同时在制造时装配特别简单并且使用特别简单的气球。
本发明提供一种聚会用气球,包括具有在充气时允许气体进入的进气口的可膨胀膜和安装在可膨胀膜上的照明装置,其特征在于,照明装置具有突起,通过从气球外部固定到突起上的夹子或者O形环,使照明装置在气球内附接到可膨胀膜上。
优选地,所述照明装置包括由至少一个电池供电的发光二极管(LED),并且绝缘材料在初始时放置在电池与LED之间,所述材料能够从电池与LED之间延伸中退出,以点亮LED和气球。
在本发明的优选实施例中,绝缘材料带初始时被放置在电池和LED之间,然后在气球充气之前或充气过程中,所述带从电池和LED之间延伸中退出。
在本发明的范围内的可选择的实施例中,可膨胀膜的区域在初始时被设置在电池和LED之间,这样在气球充气的过程中,所述区域被自动地从在所述电池和LED之间的延伸中抽出。这样并不是很有利,因为位于在LED接触点之间的膜的区域的位置在制造过程中存在损坏膜的风险。
照明装置被设置在气球内部是出于安全的考虑,尤其是为了减小照明装置的脱离和故障,同时还是出于人机工程和美观上的考虑。
在优选实施例中,绝缘材料带适宜地延伸以便于在进气口能够碰触到,或者延伸通过进气口,以便它能很容易地被抓住并且从电池与LED之间的延伸抽出,以点亮LED和气球。优选的是,带在它的保持在气球进气口(颈部)外部的外端具有扩大宽度的区域并且具有能很容易地用手抓住的突出部。然而,为了防止在运输和使用前操作未充气的气球时中无意将带拉出气球外,所述带优选的具有距离所述第一区域一定间隔的具有扩大的宽度的第二区域,所述第二区域的宽度被这样选择,使得它易于被保持在气球的进气口(颈部)内,并且气球可膨胀膜的边缘被容纳在各个扩大宽度的区域之间,除非施加有效的力将带拉出气球外。

具体实施方式
如图所示,照明装置以小型LED单元50的形式设置在气球10内部,其可以是任何传统类型和材料,用于点亮气球以起到装饰目的。单元50包括安装在壳体56中的三个钮扣电池54和高强度LED 52。壳体56形成有珠状突起58,其能够使壳体56通过从气球10外部固定在珠58上的O形环59而附接在气球10内部。O形环59可以仅仅是一个小的弹性带。如图所示,附着的位置优选的在一个远离并且与颈部15相对的位置,在充气时气体通过颈部15进入气球10。
在图1到3所示的第一个实施例中,珠58大体上具有部分球面。在图4所示的一个改进的实施例中,珠58采用扁平按钮的形式。这样减少了在气球装配过程或者后面的运输过程中O形环59脱落的风险。
关于LED单元50,设置了绝缘材料带53,绝缘材料带53初始时在LED 52和电池组54的接触点之间突出,以切断电路。带53的外端也被卡在气球10的颈部15中并且在所述外端具有箭头状的扩大部57,该扩大部无法轻松地通过颈部开口。相应地,当气球10充气时,如附图2所示,通过在气球10的颈部15外侧能碰触到的扩大部57上的拉动,带53可以轻松地从接触点之间抽出。当然,如果带53没有被手动的或者通过机械装置移出,则随着气球膨胀,带53会被自动地抽出。一旦带53被抽出,在电池54和LED 52之间的电路接通,LED 52即被点亮。可选择地,可以包括适当的使LED52间歇照明的电路装置,以此极大地延长电池可能的寿命。
一个柔软的塑料包覆物(未示出)可以被添加到发光单元50上,使得气球在破裂时减少伤害的可能性。
图5和6示出了绝缘材料带53的具体的形式。在外端距离箭头状扩大部57一小段间距设置有第二扩大区域67,这样在这些扩大部57,67之间形成一个凹口65。第二扩大部67具有这样的宽度,即:使得其易于被保持在气球10的颈部15内,并且气球可膨胀膜变厚的边缘12被容纳在凹口65中,直到施加一个有效的力将带53拉出气球外为止。这样可以避免在运输过程和使用前操作未充气的气球时中无意将带53拉出气球外。
上面的内容仅仅是描述性的,并不是对发明的保护范围的限定,并且在其它实施例中细节可以变化。具体地,绝缘材料带可以采用比图5,6和7所示的更简单的、不包括任何一个宽度扩大区域的形式。同样,照明装置的形式也可以不同于所示的实施例。珠58可以被其它形状的突起替换,并且O形环59也可以被夹子替换。

Claims (3)

1.一种聚会用气球,包括具有在充气时允许气体进入的进气口的可膨胀膜和安装在所述可膨胀膜上的照明装置,所述照明装置具有突起,由此,通过从所述气球外部固定到所述突起上的夹子或者O形环,使所述照明装置在所述气球内附接到所述可膨胀膜上,
其特征在于,
所述照明装置包括由至少一个电池供电的发光二极管,并且设置在初始时被放置在所述电池与所述发光二极管之间的绝缘材料带,在所述电池与所述发光二极管之间延伸的所述绝缘材料带能够退出,以点亮所述发光二极管和所述气球,并且,所述绝缘材料带还延伸通过所述进气口到具有扩大的宽度的外端区域,并且具有距离所述扩大的宽度的外端区域一定间距的具有扩大的宽度的第二区域,所述第二区域的宽度被这样选择,即:使得它易于保持在所述气球的所述进气口内,并且气球可膨胀膜的边缘被容纳在所述扩大的宽度的外端区域和所述扩大的宽度的第二区域之间,除非施加有效的力将所述带拉出所述气球外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚会用气球,其中所述绝缘材料带的具有扩大的宽度的外端区域呈箭头状的扩大部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚会用气球,其中所述突起的形状为大体上具有部分球面的珠状或者扁平按钮状。
