Abstract
本發明關於一種充氣式燈具,其包括相結合之一氣囊及一發光裝置。該氣囊包括一第一袋體、連接於該第一袋體之袋口的一第二袋體、設於該第一袋體上之一氣嘴及設於該第二袋體之袋口之一擋緣。其中,該第一與第二袋體共構形成一囊袋,並經由該氣嘴來充放氣。該發光裝置容置於該第二袋體與該擋緣所共同界定之一卡槽。如此,當該囊袋充氣時,該發光裝置將可被夾緊於該卡槽。
Description
從一角度觀之,本發明係關於一種燈具,尤指一種充氣式燈具;從另一角度觀之,本發明係關於一種氣囊,尤指一種結合一發光裝置而能發光之氣囊。
傳統燈具多以壓克力或玻璃等透光材料作為其燈罩,來提供照明。然而,這類型燈具通常因燈罩本身體積或重量相對龐大而不便於攜帶。
台灣第69670號專利揭露一種便於攜帶或收藏的充氣式花燈,其除了具有可充氣的花燈本體外,更於該花燈本體底側適當位置融固一個自該花燈本體凹入的承筒,以固接一附設燈泡之電池組。然而,該電池組主要係透過融固在該承筒的筒口上之一嵌置板而固接於該花燈本體,因此該花燈之組裝或拆卸均相當不便。
本發明提供一種充氣式燈具,其除了方便組裝及拆卸外,其發光裝置可輕易地完全脫離氣囊。
具體而言,本發明之充氣式燈具包括一氣囊及一發光裝置。該氣囊包括一第一袋體、一第二袋體及一氣嘴。該第二袋體係連接於該第一袋體之袋口,且與該第一袋體共構形成一囊袋。該氣嘴設於該第一袋體,以供該囊袋充放氣。此外,該氣囊更包括一擋緣,設於該第二袋體之袋口,且面對該第二袋體,以使該第二袋體在該囊袋充氣時會朝該擋緣推擠。如此,當該發光裝置(或一物件)置於該第二袋體與該擋緣之間的一卡槽時,該發光裝置(或該物件)就可以在囊袋充氣時被夾緊於該卡槽,且在該囊袋洩氣時輕易地從該卡槽取出。
如上所述,該氣囊主要係藉由其本身的內外壓差使得其在充氣狀態下還能用以夾緊該發光裝置,並在該氣囊洩氣時,允許該發光裝置輕易地被取下,以達到靈活拆解之目的。
此外,該發光裝置包括一光源、一控制模組及一重力感測器。其中,該重力感測器係設於該氣囊上,用以在偵測到該氣囊之一加速度時發出一信號,而該控制模組則根據該重力感測器傳來之信號控制該光源之亮度或顏色。換言之,使用者可藉由拍擊該氣囊使之產生晃動來控制光源之亮度或顏色,故使用上相當地方便;或者,當氣囊遇到震動而產生劇烈搖晃時,該光源將會自動地對應變化顏色或亮度,提供視覺效果或警示效果。較佳地,該氣囊之第一袋體的內壁、外壁或兩者形成有凹凸細紋,以幫助光線進行散射,以投射出較柔和的光線。
至於本發明的其它發明內容與更詳細的技術及功能說明,將揭露於隨後的說明。
第一至三圖係顯示本發明之充氣式燈具(或稱:會發光之浮具)100的一第一較佳實施例,其包括一氣囊3及設於該氣囊3上之一發光裝置6及一重力感測器(未顯示)。
如第二圖所示,該氣囊3包括一第一袋體(外袋體)31、連接於該第一袋體31之袋口310的一第二袋體(內袋體)32及一氣嘴33。該第一袋體31與該第二袋體32共構形成一可充放氣之囊袋(31+32)。該氣嘴33係設於該第一袋體31,供該囊袋充放氣。此外,該氣囊3更包括一擋緣34,環設於該第二袋體32之袋口320。該擋緣34係面對該第二袋體32,以使該第二袋體32在該囊袋充氣時會朝該擋緣34推擠。
在本例中,該第二袋體32係以袋口對袋口的方式與該第一袋體31相接,並共構形成該囊袋(31+32)。但不限於此,在另一例子中,如第四圖所示,氣囊4的第二袋體42亦可以是以其側緣連接於第一袋體41之袋口410,也就是藉由其頂壁420與該第一袋體41共構形成一囊袋(41+420)。此外,該氣囊4同樣具有供該囊袋充放氣一氣嘴43,以及橫向延伸自該第二袋體41的周壁421的一擋緣44,以與該第二袋體41共同界定一卡槽45,供容置一物件(未顯示),並在囊袋充滿氣時夾緊該物件。
參閱第一圖,該發光裝置6係容置於該氣囊3之第二袋體32與該擋緣34所共同界定之一卡槽35。如第二圖所示,該第二袋體31係位於該第一袋體31內;換言之,該卡槽35凹陷於該氣囊3內。這樣的優點除了是考量燈具100之整體美觀性外,更是為了讓該發光裝置6的頂面及四側面均可受該第二袋體31之壓迫而被夾得更緊。
參閱第一及三圖,該發光裝置6包括一殼體60及設在該殼體60內的一光源61、一控制模組62及提供該光源用電之複數電池63。該殼體60是由一上殼601及一下蓋602所組成。該光源61是由四顆LED燈610構成,且每一顆LED燈內嵌三顆晶粒,分別可發出紅色、綠色及藍色。換言之,每一LED燈610均可發出三種色光。該控制模組62係用來控制該些LED燈610之亮度或顏色。特別的是,該殼體60是透光材質,且該光源61的LED燈610所發出的光係朝該囊袋內部投射進去。較佳地,該殼體60之上殼601於對應該些LED燈610的出光位置分別一體成型有四個透鏡603,以使該些LED燈610發出的光再經由二次光學均勻地導入該囊袋。更佳地,該上殼601之四透鏡以外的區域做了霧面處理,以使光線較不會集中於該殼體本身60。此外,該氣囊3之第一袋體31的內壁、外壁或兩者更可形成有增加散射效果之凹凸細紋,以使囊袋投射出的光線變得較柔和。
該重力感測器(未顯示)係用以在感測到該氣囊3受碰撞或產生加速度時發出一信號,而該控制模組62將根據該重力感測器傳來之信號,控制該些LED燈610之亮度或顏色。進一步而言,該控制模組62係被安排在接收該重力感測器傳來的一第一信號時,令該光源61依序發出不同顏色或亮度之光,並在接受到該重力感測器傳來的一第二信號時,令該光源61發出當下顏色或亮度的光。舉例來說,該控制模組62首先會根據該重力感測器先前傳來的一第一信號而使該光源61依序發出不同顏色的光,供使用者選擇,當使用者欲讓特定顏色的光(例如紅光)停住時,只要拍一下該氣囊,該重力感測器就會感測到該氣囊3的一加速度故而發出一第二信號,而該控制模組62將根據該第二信號令該光源61發出當下紅色的色光,也就是使該使用者選定之紅光停住。因此,使用者可藉由拍擊該氣囊來決定燈光的顏色。同樣地,這樣的光選定模式也可應用到不同光亮度之選擇,例如全亮、微亮或是全暗。
第五圖顯示本發明充氣式燈具300之另一實施例,其與上述實施例最大的差別在於該發光裝置6之反置而使其直接朝該氣囊3外部投射光線,而非進入氣囊內,此配置可應用於水燈或作為水族箱照明之用。
無論如何,任何人都可以從上述例子的說明獲得足夠教導,並據而了解本發明內容確實不同於先前技術,且具有產業上之利用性,及足具進步性。是本發明確已符合專利要件,爰依法提出申請。

Claims (10)
- 一種氣囊,包括:一第一袋體;一第二袋體,連接於該第一袋體之袋口,且與該第一袋體共構形成一可充放氣之囊袋;一氣嘴,設於該第一袋體,以供該囊袋充放氣;及一擋緣,設於該第二袋體之袋口,且面對該第二袋體,以使該第二袋體在該囊袋充氣時會朝該擋緣推擠。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之氣囊,其中該第一袋體的內壁、外壁或兩者形成有凹凸細紋。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之氣囊,其中在該第二袋體係位於該第一袋體內。
- 一種燈具,包括如申請專利範圍第1至3項任一項所述之氣囊及一發光裝置,其中該發光裝置容置於該第二袋體與該擋緣所共同界定之一卡槽。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之燈具,其中該發光裝置包括一殼體及設在該殼體內的一光源;且該光源的光係朝該囊袋內投射進去。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之燈具,其中該殼體於對應該光源之出光位置形成有一透鏡。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之燈具,其中該發光裝置包括一光源及一控制模組;該控制模組控制該光源之亮度或顏色。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之燈具,更包括一重力感測器,其中該重力感測器係用以在感測到該氣囊之一加速度時發出一信號;且該控制模組係根據該重力感測器傳來之信號控制該光源之亮度或顏色。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之燈具,其中該控制模組係被安排在接收該重力感測器傳來的一第一信號時,令該光源依序發出不同顏色或亮度之光,並在接受到該重力感測器傳來的一第二信號時,令該光源發出當下顏色或亮度的光。
- 一種浮具,包括:一氣囊,具有一氣嘴;一重力感測器,設於該氣囊,用以在感測到該氣囊之一加速度時發出一信號;及一發光裝置,設於該氣囊,且包括一光源及一控制模組;其中,該控制模組係根據該重力感測器傳來之信號決定該光源之亮度或顏色。
