Abstract
本实用新型关于一种充气式灯具,它包括相结合的气囊和发光装置。气囊包括第一袋体、连接于第一袋体的袋口的第二袋体、设置在第一袋体的气嘴及设置在第二袋体之袋口上的挡缘。第一袋体与第二袋体共同形成一囊袋,并经由该气嘴来充放气。发光装置设置在第二袋体与该挡缘所共同形成的卡槽内。如此,当该囊袋充气时,发光装置被卡槽夹紧。本实用新型更关于一种用于水上的灯具,它包括气囊、重力传感器和发光装置。气囊具有一气嘴。重力传感器设于气囊,用以在感测到气囊之一加速度时发出一信号。发光装置设于该气囊且包括一光源及一控制模块;其中,控制模块系根据重力传感器传来之信号决定光源之亮度或颜色。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种灯具,尤指一种充气式灯具。本实用新型关于一种气囊,尤指一种结合一发光装置而能发光的气囊。本实用新型还涉及了一种用于水上的灯具。
背景技术
传统灯具多以压克力或玻璃等透光材料作为其灯罩,来提供照明。然而,这类型灯具通常因灯罩本身体积或重量相对庞大而不便于携带。
台湾第69670号专利揭露一种便于携带或收藏的充气式花灯,其除了具有可充气的花灯本体外,更于该花灯本体底侧适当位置融固一个自该花灯本体凹入的承筒,以固接一附设灯泡之电池组。然而,该电池组主要系透过融固在该承筒的筒口上之一嵌置板而固接于该花灯本体,因此该花灯之组装或拆卸均相当不便。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种气囊,其可方便组装及拆卸。
本实用新型提供了一种使用该气囊的充气式灯具,其发光装置可轻易地完全脱离气囊。
具体而言,本实用新型提供了一种气囊,气囊包括一第一袋体、一第二袋体、一气嘴。第二袋体系连接于该第一袋体之袋口,且与所述第一袋体共同形成一可充放气的囊袋。该气嘴设置在所述第一袋体上以供该囊袋充放气。此外,设置在所述第二袋体的袋口且面对所述第二袋体,以使所述第二袋体在所述囊袋充气时会朝该挡缘推挤。
本实用新型还提供了一种充气式灯具,它包括气囊和一发光装置,所述发光装置设置在一由所述第二袋体与所述挡缘所共同形成卡槽内。如此,当该发光装置(或一对象)设置在所述第二袋体与该挡缘之间的卡槽时,该发光装置(或该对象)就可以当该囊袋充气时,发光装置被卡槽夹紧,且在该囊袋泄气时发光装置能够被轻易地从该卡槽取出。
如上所述,该气囊主要借由其本身的内外压差使得其在充气状态下还能用以夹紧该发光装置,并在该气囊泄气时,允许该发光装置轻易地被取下,以达到灵活拆解之目的。
此外,该发光装置包括一光源、一控制模块及一重力传感器。其中,该重力传感器设置在该气囊上,用以在侦测到该气囊的加速度时发出一信号,而该控制模块则根据该重力传感器传来的信号控制该光源的亮度或颜色。换言之,使用者可借由拍击该气囊使之产生晃动来控制光源的亮度或颜色,故使用上相当地方便;或者,当气囊遇到震动而产生剧烈摇晃时,该光源将会自动地对应变化颜色或亮度,提供视觉效果或警示效果。较佳地,该气囊的第一袋体的内壁、外壁或两者形成有凹凸细纹,以帮助光线进行散射,以投射出较柔和的光线。
本实用新型提供了一种气囊,其可方便组装及拆卸。
本实用新型提供了一种使用该气囊的充气式灯具,其发光装置可轻易地完全脱离气囊。

具体实施方式
第一至三图显示了本实用新型的充气式灯具100的第一较佳实施例,它包括一气囊3及设置在该气囊3上的发光装置6及一重力传感器(未显示)。本实用新型的充气式灯具也可以是一种应用于水上的灯具,例如可当作水上浮标使用的灯具,或者当作水上救生浮具使用的灯具。
如第二图所示,该气囊3包括第一袋体(外袋体)31、连接于该第一袋体31袋口310的第二袋体(内袋体)32及一气嘴33。该第一袋体31与该第二袋体32共同形成一可充放气之囊袋(31+32)。该气嘴33设置在该第一袋体31上,供该囊袋充放气。此外,该气囊3还包括一挡缘34,环设于该第二袋体32的袋口320。该挡缘34面对该第二袋体32,以使该第二袋体32在该囊袋充气时会朝该挡缘34推挤。
在本例中,该第二袋体32以袋口对袋口的方式与该第一袋体31相接,并共同形成该囊袋(31+32)。但不限于此,在另一例子中,如第四图所示,气囊4的第二袋体42也可以是以其侧缘连接于第一袋体41的袋口410,也就是借由其顶壁420与该第一袋体41共构形成一囊袋(41+420)。此外,该气囊4同样具有供该囊袋充放气一气嘴43,以及横向延伸自该第二袋体41的周壁421的一挡缘44,以与该第二袋体41共同形成的卡槽45,供容置一对象(未显示),并在囊袋充满气时夹紧该物件。
参阅第一图,该发光装置6设置在气囊3的第二袋体32与挡缘34所共同形成的卡槽35。如第二图所示,该第二袋体32位于该第一袋体31内;换言之,该卡槽35凹陷于该气囊3内。这样的优点除了是考虑灯具100之整体美观性外,更是为了让该发光装置6的顶面及四侧面均可受该第二袋体31之压迫而被夹得更紧。
参阅第一及三图,该发光装置6包括一壳体60及设在该壳体60内的一光源61、一控制模块62及提供该光源用电之复数电池63。该壳体60是由一上壳601及一下盖602所组成。该光源61是由四颗LED灯610构成,且每一颗LED灯内嵌三颗晶粒,分别可发出红色、绿色及蓝色。换言之,每一LED灯610均可发出三种色光。该控制模块62系用来控制该些LED灯610之亮度或颜色。特别的是,该壳体60是透光材质,且该光源61的LED灯610所发出的光朝向该囊袋内部投射。较佳地,该壳体60之上壳601于对应该些LED灯610的出光位置分别一体成型有四个透镜603,以使该些LED灯610发出的光再经由二次光学均匀地导入该囊袋。更佳地,该上壳601之四透镜以外的区域做了雾面处理,以使光线较不会集中于该壳体本身60。此外,该气囊3的第一袋体31的内壁、外壁或两者更可形成有增加散射效果之凹凸细纹,以使囊袋投射出的光线变得较柔和。
该重力传感器(未显示)用以在感测到该气囊3受碰撞或产生加速度时发出一信号,而该控制模块62将根据该重力传感器传来的信号,控制该些LED灯610的亮度或颜色。进一步而言,该控制模块62系被安排在接收该重力传感器传来的第一信号时,令该光源61依序发出不同颜色或亮度之光,并在接受到该重力传感器传来的一第二信号时,令该光源61发出当下颜色或亮度的光。举例来说,该控制模块62首先会根据该重力传感器先前传来的第一信号而使该光源61依序发出不同颜色的光,供使用者选择,当使用者欲让特定颜色的光(例如红光)停住时,只要拍一下该气囊,该重力传感器就会感测到该气囊3的一加速度故而发出第二信号,而该控制模块62将根据该第二信号令该光源61发出当下红色的色光,也就是使该使用者选定之红光停住。因此,使用者可藉由拍击该气囊来决定灯光的颜色。同样地,这样的光选定模式也可应用到不同光亮度之选择,例如全亮、微亮或是全暗。
第五图显示本新型充气式灯具200的另一实施例,其与上述实施例最大的差别在于该发光装置6之反置而使其直接朝该气囊3外部投射光线,而非进入气囊内,此配置可应用于水灯或作为水族箱照明之用。
无论如何,任何人都可以从上述例子的说明获得足够教导,并据而了解本新型内容确实不同于先前技术,且具有产业上之利用性,及足具进步性。是本新型确已符合专利要件,爰依法提出申请。
Claims (10)
1.一种气囊,其特征在于,它包括:
一第一袋体;
一第二袋体,连接于所述第一袋体的袋口且与所述第一袋体共同形成一可充放气的囊袋;
一气嘴,设置在所述第一袋体上以供该囊袋充放气;及
一挡缘,设置在所述第二袋体的袋口且面对所述第二袋体,以使所述第二袋体在所述囊袋充气时会朝该挡缘推挤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气囊,其特征在于:所述第一袋体的内壁和/或外壁形成有凹凸细纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气囊,其特征在于:所述第二袋体位于所述第一袋体内。
4.一种使用了如权利要求1-3之一的气囊的充气式灯具,其特征在于:它包括气囊和一发光装置,所述发光装置设置在一由所述第二袋体与所述挡缘所共同形成卡槽内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的充气式灯具,其特征在于:所述发光装置包括一壳体和一设置在该壳体内的光源,所述光源的光朝向所述囊袋内投射。
6.根据权利要求5所述的充气式灯具,其特征在于:所述壳体在所述光源的出光位置形成有一透镜。
7.根据权利要求4所述的充气式灯具,其特征在于:所述发光装置包括一光源以及一用于该光源的亮度或颜色的控制模块。
8.根据权利要求7所述的充气式灯具,其特征在于:它还包括一与所述控制模块相电连的重力传感器,所述重力传感器用于在感测到该气囊的加速度时向所述控制模块发出一信号,所述控制模块根据重力传感器发出的信号控制所述光源的亮度或颜色。
9.根据权利要求4所述的充气式灯具,其特征在于:所述发光装置包括一壳体和一设置在该壳体内的光源,所述光源的光朝向與所述囊袋相反方向投射。
10.一种用于水上的灯具,包括:
一气囊,具有一气嘴;
一重力传感器,设于该气囊,用以在感测到该气囊之一加速度时发出一信号;及
一发光装置,设于该气囊,且包括一光源及一控制模块;其中,该控制模块系根据该重力传感器传来之信号决定该光源之亮度或颜色。
