现有的户外营地灯,其结构大致由灯泡、灯罩和灯座组成,一般只具有单一照明功能,而不具有音响功能,以及不具有氛围灯光效果。其中,两两构件之间大多采用螺丝锁固,构件之间还需要设置防水件,结构较为复杂,组装比较麻烦,灯具整体外观厚实且略显笨重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能营地灯,其集照明和附加功能(如音响或氛围灯)于一体,增加营地灯的功能用途。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种多功能营地灯,在主体上安装主灯,在主灯的顶部安装中盖,在中盖上形成容纳腔,在容纳腔中安装副灯或者音响,主灯、副灯或者音响与主体中的控制电路板连接,在容纳腔的顶部安装上盖。

本发明进一步可以在所述容纳腔31的顶部设有倒锥体7,容纳腔31的顶部腔壁上形成第一螺纹半槽32,倒锥体7的顶部具有外环 圈71,外环圈71上对应第一螺纹半槽32形成螺钉孔72,倒锥体7的侧壁上对应螺钉孔72还形成第二螺纹半槽73,第二螺纹半槽73与第一螺纹半槽32组合在一起形成螺纹孔,螺钉100穿过螺钉孔72后,与螺纹孔的第一螺纹半槽32与第二螺纹半槽73形成螺纹配合,使倒锥体7固定在容纳腔31的顶部。由于本发明将螺纹孔分为第一螺纹半槽32与第二螺纹半槽73两部分,并将两部分分别形成在容纳腔31的顶部腔壁和倒锥体7的侧壁,而不必在每个构件上都形成完整的螺纹孔,所以,容纳腔31的顶部腔壁和倒锥体7的侧壁都可以设计的更薄,不仅可以保证构件之间组装的牢固性,而且,灯具整体外观更精致。上盖6扣在倒锥体7的顶部,具体可以采用卡扣方式,如图所示但不限于图示结构,在所述倒锥体7的顶部形成上凸垣74,上盖6的下面形成下凸垣61,上凸垣74和下凸垣61之间形成相互配合的卡扣结构,借助卡扣结构使上盖6固定扣合在倒锥体7上。为了方便提携,本发明的上盖6上还安装了提手62。
为了快速、准确地组装,使第一螺纹半槽32与第二螺纹半槽73配合到位,本实用新型在所述倒锥体7的外环圈71对应螺钉孔72的位置向上拱起,在外环圈71的上表面形成上凸台75,而在外环圈71的下表面形成下插槽76,螺钉孔72开设在上凸台75上,第二螺纹半槽73形成在位于下插槽76中的外侧壁上;相应地,容纳腔31的顶部对应第一螺纹半槽32的位置向上凸起形成上插片34,第一螺纹半槽32形成在上插片34的内侧壁上。进一步,在所述倒锥体7的外环圈71底部形成一圈下凹槽77。当倒锥体7和容纳腔31套接在一起时,容纳腔31的顶部插在外环圈71的下凹槽77中,上插片34插置在下插槽76中,使第二螺纹半槽73与第一螺纹半槽32快速、准确地组合在一起。
本发明的音响4具体结构可以如图所示但不限于图示结构,图示所述音响4包括喇叭41和音网42,喇叭41固定在容纳腔31中,喇叭41与控制电路板5连接,音网42罩在喇叭41上,倒锥体7为导音锥,喇叭41的声音通过倒锥体7进行360度侧向扩散,再经音网42扩散出去,提升出声均匀性和效果。
本发明的主灯2较佳设计是,所述主灯2包括主光源板21、内泡22、外泡23和反光杯24。主光源板21设置在主体1上。内泡22罩在主光源板21的LED灯211上,内泡22的底部压在主光源板21上,并且内泡22的底部通过螺钉400锁固在主体1上,同时,将主光源板21一并锁固在主体1上。反光杯24通过螺钉300紧固在内泡22的顶部,反光杯24可以使LED灯211的光线得到充分利用。外泡23罩在内泡22的外面,且外泡23的底部和顶部分别抵在主体1和反光杯24上,外泡23和内泡22组合而成的双泡结构,可以使刺眼 的光线变得柔和,较佳设计是外泡23采用带条纹的透明罩,内泡22采用磨砂或乳白色半透明罩。音响4的喇叭41通过螺钉200锁定在反光杯24的顶部。中盖3被夹在反光杯24和喇叭41之间,使中盖3固定安装在主灯2的顶部。铁框25罩在外泡23的外面,并且,铁框25不需要另外锁固,而只需要将铁框25的底部和顶部分别抵在主体1和中盖3上即可固定。进一步,所述反光杯24具有中空管241,中空管241插置在内泡22中,中空管241的底部穿过主光源板21,然后插置在主体1的中心孔11上,通过中空管241将音响4的音道连通至主体1,再进一步,所述主体1的底部通过螺钉500固定设有下盖12,下盖12的设计可以方便主体1中的构件组装和更换,下盖12上开设音孔121,音孔121上通过螺钉600固定安装被动板122,以增加音响4的低频效果。
本发明进一步还在所述主体1和中盖3上分别设有包胶层13和包胶层33,这样,本发明可以省去密封圈,而直接利用包胶层13和包胶层33实现主体1和中盖3与其它构件之间的密封效果,使结构更简化,组装更方便,密封效果更好。比如,主体1与下盖11之间、主体1与内泡22的底部之间、主体1与外泡23的底部之间可以通过包胶层13实现密封效果,中盖3与反光杯24之间、中盖3与喇叭41之间可以通过包胶层33实现密封效果。
另外,本发明可以在所述主体1中安装散热器18、充电板14和电池15等等,主体1上还可以安装USB接口16、开关17和指示灯等等,散热器18、充电板14、电池15、USB接口16、开关17、指示灯与控制电路板5连接。散热器18可以起到散热作用,保证营地灯整体的正常工作,延长使用寿命。充电板14和电池15可以向营地灯供电,或者通过USB接口16外接电源向营地灯供电。开关17可以调节灯的亮度或调节音量大小等等。USB接口16和指示灯可以设在主体1的竖直面上,一方面可以防积水,另一方面指示灯不会显得突兀。
本发明的音响4替换成副灯时,所述副灯可以包括副光源板和泡壳。将喇叭41替换成副光源板,副光源板固定在容纳腔31中,副光源板与控制电路板5连接,具体地,副灯的副光源板可以通过螺钉200锁定在反光杯24的顶部,中盖3被夹在反光杯24和副光源板之间。将音网42替换成泡壳,泡壳罩在副光源板的LED灯上。相应地,倒锥体7为反光锥,副光源板上的LED灯发出的灯光一部分直接从泡壳射出,而另一部分通过倒锥体发射后从泡壳射出。这样,副灯就可以实现色彩丰富的氛围灯效果。
本发明一方面利用包胶结构代替传统密封圈,使组装方便快速,另一方面主要借助螺钉100、B、C、D、E的五组锁定,进一步实现整灯的快速组装,而针对带音响4的营地灯,螺钉600用于被动板122 的锁定。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施示例,并非对本发明保护范围的限制。应当指出,本领域的技术人员在阅读完本说明书后,依本案的设计思路所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种多功能营地灯,其特征在于:在主体上安装主灯,在主灯的顶部安装中盖,在中盖上形成容纳腔,在容纳腔中安装副灯或者音响,主灯、副灯或者音响与主体中的控制电路板连接,在容纳腔的顶部安装上盖。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种多功能营地灯,其特征在于:所述容纳腔的顶部腔壁上形成第一螺纹半槽;容纳腔的顶部设有倒锥体,倒锥体的顶部具有外环圈,外环圈上对应第一螺纹半槽形成螺钉孔,倒锥体的侧壁上对应螺钉孔形成第二螺纹半槽;第二螺纹半槽与第一螺纹半槽组合在一起形成螺纹孔,螺钉穿过螺钉孔后与螺纹孔配合,使倒锥体固定在容纳腔的顶部;上盖扣在倒锥体的顶部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种套接构件组装定位结构,其特征在于:所述倒锥体的外环圈对应螺钉孔的位置向上拱起形成上凸台和下插槽,螺钉孔开设在上凸台上,第二螺纹半槽形成在位于下插槽中的外侧壁上;相应地,容纳腔的顶部对应第一螺纹半槽的位置向上凸起形成上插片,第一螺纹半槽形成在上插片的内侧壁上;倒锥体和容纳腔套接在一起时,上插片插置在下插槽中,使第二螺纹半槽与第一螺纹半槽组合在一起。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的一种套接构件组装定位结构,其特征在于:所述倒锥体的外环圈底部形成一圈下凹槽,倒锥体和容纳腔套接在一起时,容纳腔的顶部插在外环圈的下凹槽中。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种多功能营地灯,其特征在于:所述倒锥体的顶部形成上凸垣,上盖的下面形成下凸垣,上凸垣和下凸垣之间形成相互配合的卡扣结构,借助卡扣结构使上盖扣合在倒锥体上。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的一种多功能营地灯,其特征在于:所述副灯包括副光源板和泡壳,副光源板固定在容纳腔中,副光源板与控制电路板连接,泡壳罩在副光源板的LED灯上,倒锥体为反光锥,副光源板上的LED灯发出的灯光一部分直接从泡壳射出而另一部分通过倒锥体发射后从泡壳射出。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的一种多功能营地灯,其特征在于:所述音响包括喇叭和音网,喇叭固定在容纳腔中,喇叭与控制电路板连接,音网罩在喇叭上,倒锥体为导音锥,喇叭的声音通过倒锥体进行360度侧向扩散后再经音网扩散出去。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的一种多功能营地灯,其特征在于:所述主灯包括主光源板、内泡、外泡和反光杯;主光源板设置在主体上;内泡罩在主光源板的LED灯上,内泡的底部压在主光源板上并且 内泡的底部通过螺钉锁固在主体上;反光杯通过螺钉紧固在内泡的顶部;外泡罩在内泡的外面,且外泡的底部和顶部分别抵在主体和反光杯上;副灯的副光源板或者音响的喇叭通过螺钉锁定在反光杯的顶部;中盖被夹在反光杯和副光源板之间或者中盖被夹在反光杯和喇叭之间;在外泡的外面还罩设有铁框,且铁框的底部和顶部分别抵在主体和中盖上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种多功能营地灯,其特征在于:所述反光杯具有中空管,中空管插置在内泡中,中空管的底部穿过主光源板后插置在主体的中心孔上。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种多功能营地灯,其特征在于:所述主体的底部设有下盖,下盖上开设音孔,音孔上安装被动板。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的一种多功能营地灯,其特征在于:所述主体和中盖上设有包胶层;主体和中盖分别通过包胶层与相邻构件之间实现密封。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的一种多功能营地灯,其特征在于:所述主体中安装散热器、充电板和电池,主体上还安装USB接口、指示灯和开关,散热器、充电板、电池、USB接口、指示灯和开关与控制电路板连接。
