Description

本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的、用于多组分混合料(Mehrkomponentenmassen)、尤其是牙科模塑材料(Dentalabformmassen)的混合和排出的桌面设备(Tischgeraet)。

在关上罩盖5之后,罩盖5的排出侧端部可用作按键。在按压罩盖时所作用的力线在图2A中通过箭头而示出。通过操纵罩盖5,压杆28a,28b与通过弹簧29a,29b而实现的力加载(箭头II)相反地被向下按压(箭头I)。这又导致了操纵杆27a,27b的向下的摆动运动,这里,尤其地通过右操纵杆27b,开关24a被操纵以用于激活驱动马达24。同时,自由轮26的自由轮齿轮26a执行相应的旋转运动(箭头III)。后者同步地导致了耦接在其处的开关套管32的、与旋转方向D相反的大约3°至15°的运动(箭头IV),从而使得绕卷弹簧34被引回到其紧密地缠绕的原始位置中并达成与主轴14的力配合式的连接。由此,主轴14被耦联到驱动侧31中。
通过驱动马达24,经由齿带23,传动心轴22以例如约400转/分钟的转速被驱动。其一方面经由齿轮22a,25a而驱动混合器4的混合器心轴25。
传动机构齿轮18位于传动机构输出端处,该传动机构齿轮18的转矩通过绕卷弹簧联接器30传递到主轴14上。主轴14的转矩通过引导链10a,10b经由线性牵引运动而传递到滑块9上,从而使得排出推杆8a,8b被加载,以便将单独组分带入到该动态式混合器4中,这些单独组分在该处被混合且接着被排出。
在多组分混合料的所期望的量的被排出之后,罩盖被放开,由此,通过弹簧29a,29b,压杆28a,28b和操纵杆27a,27b向上被引回到到其初始位置(Ausgangsposition)中。由此,绕卷弹簧联接器30上的开关套管32被引回到其在旋转方向D上转过3°至15°的位置中且传动驱动装置与主轴14脱开耦合。同时通过开关24a的卸载(通过操纵杆27b)实现了驱动马达24的关断。
由于驱动装置24的快速的脱开耦合,发生了滑块9或排出推杆8a,8b的立即的卸载,其使得料筒6的立即的松弛(通过料筒活塞)成为可能并由此尽可能地防止了混合的组分的出自该动态混合器4的追随流(Nachfliessen)。
在更换混合器4后,设备为下一次的排出作好准备。
因为在每次排出过程后发生驱动装置24的自动的脱开耦合,所以在任何时候借助于手轮3a,3b而将滑块9手动地缩回到初始位中都是可行的。这允许了在打开罩盖5之后将部分或全部排空的料筒6去除。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于多组分混合料的混合和排出的桌面设备,其带有:排出推杆(8a,8b);用于所述排出推杆(8a,8b)的马达驱动装置(24);用于将所述排出推杆(8a,8b)耦接到所述马达驱动装置(24)中或使所述排出推杆(8a,8b)与所述马达驱动装置(24)脱耦的可控的联接器(30);以及,在所述排出推杆(8a,8b)的脱耦状态中用于所述排出推杆(8a,8b)的可手动实施的移位的至少一个手柄(3a,3b);其特征在于,所述可控的联接器(30)具有用于所述联接器的驱动侧(31)与输出侧(14)的可松开的力配合式的连接的绕卷弹簧(34),其中,设置有用于所述马达驱动装置的耦接或脱耦的、周向地可旋转地绕着所述绕卷弹簧(34)而支承的开关元件(32),且其中,设置有所述开关元件(32)在所述绕卷弹簧(34)的输出侧端部(34a)处的固定(32a)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桌面设备,其特征在于,在所述输出侧上所述绕卷弹簧(34)的力配合式的连接可松开以用于所述排出推杆(8a,8b)与所述马达驱动装置(24)的脱耦。
3.根据权利要求1所述的桌面设备,其特征在于依赖于旋转方向而用于所述排出推杆(8a,8b)的耦接或脱耦的、可限定在3°和15°之间的范围中的所述开关元件(32)的旋转角。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的桌面设备,其特征在于所述输出侧(14)与所述手柄(3a,3b)的机械耦合(17a,16a,15a,17b、16b、15b)。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的桌面设备,其特征在于用于在所述排出推杆(8a,8b)建立耦接时同时激活所述马达驱动装置(24)的开关(24a)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的桌面设备,其特征在于,所述可控的联接器(30)通过至少一个可手动操纵的压杆(28a,28b)而可控,其中,所述压杆(28a,28b)与所述可控的联接器(30)的绕卷弹簧(34)操作性地相连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的桌面设备,其特征在于用于所述压杆(28a,28b)的这样的力加载的弹簧(29a,29b),即,无需所述压杆(28a,28b)的额外的手动操纵而松开所述绕卷弹簧(34)在所述输出侧(14)上的力配合式的连接。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的桌面设备,其特征在于用于打开用于容纳所述多组分混合料所用的料筒(6)的空间的可翻转的罩盖(5),所述罩盖(5)额外地设计作为用于操纵所述压杆(28a,28b)的按键。
9.根据权利要求6或7所述的桌面设备,其特征在于,在所述压杆(28a,28b)和所述绕卷弹簧(34)之间通过旋转操纵杆(27a,27b)接有至少一个与旋转方向相关的自由轮(26)。
10.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的桌面设备,其特征在于,所述排出推杆(8a,8b)布置在滑块(9)中,该滑块(9)可通过所述可控的联接器(30)而耦接到所述马达驱动装置(24)处或与所述马达驱动装置(24)脱耦。
11.根据权利要求10所述的桌面设备,其特征在于,沿着所述滑块(9)的相对地布置的两个侧面分别地设置有至少一个引导槽(9a,9b)以用于所述滑块(9)在所述排出推杆(8a,8b)的移位方向上的引导。
12.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的桌面设备,其特征在于,所述马达驱动装置(24)通过中间轴(22)驱动动态式混合器(4)。
13.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的桌面设备,其特征在于,所述多组分混合料是牙科模塑材料。
