Abstract
一种电感器,包括一电感线圈、一铁芯及一铁芯座,所述电感线圈由一长条形带状扁平导体重叠卷绕至少一圈而成,且其中心留有一用于插入所述铁芯的通孔,所述铁芯插入所述电感线圈的通孔内,所述电感线圈通过所述铁芯设置于所述铁芯座的内部,所述电感线圈的两末端从所述铁芯座内伸出以连接外围电路。本发明电感器可有效降低自身体积,以满足目前电器产品轻、薄、短、小的设计要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电感器及其上的电感线圈。
背景技术
电感器是电气产品中经常使用的被动组件之一,在追求电器产品轻、薄、短、小的努力中,欲缩小电感器的体积同时兼顾其电器特性却一直是个难以解决的问题。例如,虽然缩小了电感器的体积但是其直流电阻值却增加了。
如图1所示,为一个现有电感器10的结构示意图,其包括一铁芯20、一电感线圈30及一铁芯座40,所述电感线圈30使以铜线从上至下卷绕于铁芯20外表面的方式形成的,然后再设置于所述铁芯座40的内部,所述电感线圈30的两末端32可从所述铁芯座40内伸出以便连接外围电路。由于电感线圈30使用的铜线为圆形截面且以卷绕方式设于铁芯20外表面的,因此所述铁芯20的长度需适应电感线圈30卷绕的圈数,此种方式所需的铁芯座40的长度L较长,很难满足目前电器产品轻、薄、短、小的设计要求。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种具有较小长度结构的电感器。
还有必要提供一种应用于上述电感器上的电感线圈。
一种电感器,包括一电感线圈、一铁芯及一铁芯座,所述电感线圈由一长条形带状扁平导体重叠卷绕至少一圈而成,且其中心留有一用于插入所述铁芯的通孔,所述铁芯插入所述电感线圈的通孔内,所述电感线圈通过所述铁芯设置于所述铁芯座的内部,所述电感线圈的两末端从所述铁芯座内伸出以连接外围电路。
一种电感线圈,其由一扁平导体重叠卷绕至少一圈而成,且其中心留有用于插入一铁芯的通孔。
相较现有技术,所述电感器的电感线圈是由一扁平导体重叠卷绕至少一圈而成,故而可减小所述铁芯座的长度,适应于目前电器产品轻、薄、短、小的设计要求。

具体实施方式
请参考图2,本发明电感器100的较佳实施方式包括一铁芯200、一电感线圈300及一铁芯座400。
请继续参考图3,所述电感线圈300由一均匀地披覆着绝缘层的长条形带状扁平导体(如铜)重叠卷绕至少一圈而成(本实施方式中为六圈),且其中心留有一用于插入所述铁芯200的通孔。组装时,将所述铁芯200插入所述电感线圈300的通孔内,然后再设置于所述铁芯座400的内部即可,所述电感线圈300的两末端320可从所述铁芯座400内伸出以便连接外围电路。
本发明电感器100中的电感线圈300由于采用长条形带状扁平导体重叠卷绕的方式进行设计,所以其所使用的铁芯座400的长度M相较图1中现有技术的铁芯座40的长度L要小很多,从而满足了目前电器产品轻、薄、短、小的设计要求。
其次,根据现有理论可知,直流电阻值(Direct Current Resistor,DCR)的计算公式为:导电体电阻值=导电体长度/(导电体截面积*电导系数)。因为所述电感线圈300的截面积大于所述电感线圈30的截面积,因此在导电体长度及电导系数均相同的前提下,本发明电感器100的直流电阻值要小于图1现有技术的电感器10的直流电阻值,又因能量损耗(PowerLoss)与直流电阻值成正比关系,故而本发明电感器100的能量损耗要小于图1现有技术的电感器10的能量损耗,即本发明电感器100的效率要高于图1现有技术的电感器10的效率。
另外,由于本发明电感器100中的电感线圈300是采用长条形带状扁平导体重叠卷绕的方式进行设计,且所述扁平导体披覆着一层绝缘层,为降低涡流损耗(Eddy Current Loss),可根据需要减少所述扁平导体的厚度(即减小截面积),以进一步降低涡流损耗。
Claims (9)
1.一种电感器,包括一电感线圈、一铁芯及一铁芯座,其特征在于:所述电感线圈由一长条形带状扁平导体重叠卷绕至少一圈而成,且其中心留有一用于插入所述铁芯的通孔,所述铁芯插入所述电感线圈的通孔内,所述电感线圈通过所述铁芯设置于所述铁芯座的内部,所述电感线圈的两末端从所述铁芯座内伸出以连接外围电路。
2.如权利要求1所述的电感器,其特征在于:所述扁平导体的材料为铜。
3.如权利要求1所述的电感器,其特征在于:所述扁平导体重叠卷绕的圈数为六圈。
4.如权利要求1所述的电感器,其特征在于:所述扁平导体表面披覆一层绝缘材料。
5.一种电感线圈,其由一扁平导体重叠卷绕至少一圈而成,且其中心留有用于插入一铁芯的通孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的电感线圈,其特征在于:所述扁平导体为长条形带状。
7.如权利要求5所述的电感线圈,其特征在于:所述扁平导体的材料为铜。
8.如权利要求5所述的电感线圈,其特征在于:所述扁平导体重叠卷绕的圈数为六圈。
9.如权利要求5所述的电感线圈,其特征在于:所述扁平导体表面披覆一层绝缘材料。
