Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一散热器、容置于该散热器内的一发光二极管模组及套设于散热器上端部并将发光二极管模组罩于其内的一灯罩,还包括一扣线,所述扣线具有若干卡置部,所述散热器周缘设置有若干卡置槽,所述卡置部穿过所述灯罩而对应卡置于所述卡置槽内,而将灯罩锁固到散热器上。与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具通过扣线将所述散热器与灯罩相固定安装,拆卸及安装该散热器只需手动操作所述扣线即可,不需使用相关工具,安装及拆卸便捷,从而简化了更换流程,提高了工作效率。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
相比于传统的发光源,发光二极管具有重量轻、体积小、污染低、寿命长高等优点,其作为一种新型的发光源,已经被越来越多地应用到各领域当中,如路灯、交通灯、信号灯、射灯及装饰灯等等。
在一些专业用途如作为户内外照明设备时,发光二极管模组在工作时会产生大量的热量,如若这些热量不能得到及时地散发,将容易导致发光二极管过热,使其发光效率降低,甚至于直接烧坏而无法继续工作。现有的发光二极管灯具往往通过在照明设备内设置与发光二极管模组相固定接触的散热器以对发光二极管模组进行散热。然而,此类散热器通常与罩置发光二极管模组的灯罩以锁螺钉的方式相固定,当需要更换发光二极管模组时,需要使用相关的专业工具将散热器与灯罩相拆卸、安装,更换流程较复杂。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种安装及拆卸散热器便捷的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一散热器、容置于该散热器内的一发光二极管模组及套设于散热器上端部并将发光二极管模组罩于其内的的一灯罩,还包括一扣线,所述扣线具有若干卡置部,所述散热器周缘设置有若干卡置槽,所述卡置部穿过所述灯罩而对应卡置于所述卡置槽内,而将灯罩锁固到散热器上。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具通过扣线将所述散热器与灯罩相固定安装,拆卸及安装该散热器只需手动操作所述扣线即可,不需使用相关工具,安装及拆卸便捷,从而简化了更换流程,提高了工作效率。
下面参照附图,结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,为本发明一优选实施例的发光二极管灯具,其包括一散热器10、容置于该散热器10内的一发光二极管模组20、盖置于散热器10之上并对应罩置于所述发光二极管模组20上的一灯罩30及将所述灯罩30固定到所述散热器10上的一扣线40。
请同时参阅图2,上述散热器10整体上呈圆柱状,可由导热性能良好的金属材料如铝、铜等一体制成,其包括一圆柱状导热体12及自该导热体12延伸而出的若干散热鳍片14。所述导热体12的上端部为中空体,其内形成一圆柱状容置部120,用以对应容置所述发光二极管模组20。所述容置部120的底面形成有一垂直贯通所述导热体的通孔122,用于供导电连接所述发光二极管模组20的电线通过。所述散热鳍片14自导热体12的外周面呈放射状同向弯曲延伸而出,相互均匀间隔设置。若干相邻的散热鳍片14于靠近顶端处边缘上均开设有缺口(未标示),这些缺口相连形成一卡置槽140,所述卡置槽140沿散热器10的周向延伸。在不同的实施例中,卡置槽140的数量可以不同,在本实施例中,所述卡置槽140的数量为三,该三卡置槽140相间隔设置并处于与散热器10顶面平行的同一平面上,对应卡置所述扣线40。若干相邻的散热鳍片14于靠近中部处边缘上均开设有缺口(未标示),这些缺口相连形成一安装槽142,所述安装槽142与卡置槽140相平行延伸。在本实施例中,所述安装槽142的数量为二,该二安装槽142分别设置于散热器10的相对两侧,用于固定安装所述发光二极管灯具。
上述发光二极管模组20包括一大致呈正六边形的电路板22及一安装在该电路板22顶面中央的一发光二极管24。该电路板22的六个角边缘处分别向内凹陷形成六半圆形的配合孔220,用于固定安装所述发光二极管模组20。
上述灯罩30整体上为一圆形板体,其盖置于所述散热器10之上。所述灯罩30包括一环形罩体32及设置于该罩体32中央的一圆形透镜34。所述罩体32的周缘向下延伸出一环形折边320,便于安装所述发光二极管灯具。该罩体32的底面靠近折边320处向下凸伸出一围绕所述透镜34的圆环状凸起部36,该凸起部36的内径与所述散热器10的外径对应一致,以使凸起部36对应套设在该散热器10的顶端部。所述凸起部36的侧壁上间隔开设有三贯通该凸起部的长条形通口360。所述三通口360在位置上与所述散热器10上的三卡置槽140相对应,以供所述扣线40穿过通口360后卡置于卡置槽140内,从而将所述散热器10与灯罩30相固定连接。所述凸起部36的底面向下凸伸出二相正对的凸耳38。每一凸耳38上均开设有一工字形卡槽380,所述卡槽380在位置上与所述散热器10的安装槽142相对应,用于固定安装所述发光二极管灯具。所述透镜34由透明材料如有机玻璃、树脂等制成,并对应盖置于容置于散热器10的容置部120内的发光二极管模组20的正上方。
上述扣线40由一弹性金属线一体弯折而成,为一具有一开口42的圆形圈体。该扣线40的内径等于或略小于所述灯罩30的凸起部36的外径,以使扣线40可紧密套置于该凸起部36的外侧壁上。所述扣线40间隔向内凸伸出三圆弧形卡置部44。该三卡置部44相互间的间距与所述凸起部36上的三通口360之间的间距相对应,以使所述扣线40套设于凸起部36外侧壁时,该三卡置部44分别对应穿过三通口360而卡置于所述散热器10的三卡置槽140内。
请一并参阅图3,组装上述发光二极管灯具时,先将发光二极管模组20装置于所述散热器10的容置部120内;然后将所述灯罩30对应罩置于所述散热器10之上,该灯罩30的凸起部36环绕散热器10顶端部的外周缘;最后,将所述扣线40沿其开口42向外拉开,对应套置于所述凸起部36的外侧壁上,其中该扣线40的三卡置部44分别穿过灯罩30的凸起部36上的三通口360而卡置于所述散热器10的散热鳍片14上的三卡置槽140内,从而将散热器10与灯罩30固定安装到一起。拆卸上述散热器10时,只需直接用手将所述扣线40沿其开口42向外拉开,使三卡置部44随之向外移动直至从卡置槽140内脱离而出,此时即可将装设有发光二极管模组20的散热器10取下。再次安装散热器10时,只需反向操作上述流程即可。
综上所述,本发明之发光二极管灯具的发光二极管模组20装设于所述散热器10内,扣线40将所述散热器10与灯罩30相固定安装,拆卸及安装该散热器10只需手动操作所述扣线40即可,不需使用相关工具,安装及拆卸便捷,从而简化了更换流程,提高了工作效率。同时,本发明之发光二极管灯具将发光二极管模组20收容于散热器10的容置部120内,可以使发光二极管24产生的热量快速地传导至散热器10,且散热器10整个外周缘表面形成有若干呈放射状的散热鳍片14,有利于散热器10与外部环境的热交换作用,以有限的体积获得较佳的散热效果。本发明之发光二极管灯具可配合使用在目前常用的各类灯具上做灯泡用,也可单独作为装饰灯具使用,如射灯、天花灯等。

Claims (10)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一散热器、容置于该散热器内的一发光二极管模组及套设于散热器上端部并将发光二极管模组罩于其内的的一灯罩,其特征在于:还包括一扣线,所述扣线具有若干卡置部,所述散热器周缘设置有若干卡置槽,所述卡置部穿过所述灯罩而对应卡置于所述卡置槽内,而将灯罩锁固到散热器上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩的底面向下延伸出一套设在散热器的顶端部外周缘的凸起部,该凸起部上开设有若干通口供所述卡置部穿过。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述凸起部呈环状,所述通口沿该凸起部的周向延伸。
4.根据权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一容置所述发光二极管模组的导热体及自该导热体外周面向外延伸而出的若干散热鳍片
5.根据权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述导热体呈圆柱状,所述散热鳍片沿该导热体径向同向弯曲延伸而出。
6.根据权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热鳍片于靠近顶端处边缘上间隔开设所述卡置槽,所述卡置槽在位置上与所述通口相对应。
7.根据权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述卡置槽沿所述散热器的周向延伸。
8.根据权利要求2至7中任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述扣线为一具有一开口的圈体,其对应套设于所述灯罩的凸起部的外侧壁上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述扣线间隔向内凸伸形成若干所述卡置部,所述卡置部对应穿过所述灯罩的通口而卡置于所述散热器的卡置槽内。
10.根据权利要求9所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述扣线的卡置部呈圆弧形。
