[0002] LED被称为新一代绿色照明光源,具有节能、环保、寿命长、体积小等特点,可以广泛应用于各种指示、显示、装饰、背光源、普通照明和城市夜景等领域。目前LED照明灯由外壳、固定在该外壳中的铝基板、驱动电源、分布在该铝基板底面的若干LED灯珠构成,铝基板的厚度通常小于或等于1mm,散热效果不理想。随着器件的工作时间延长,工作温度逐渐升高,荧光粉的激发强度和发光效率将大幅降低,色温出现漂移,甚至会极大的缩短LED灯珠使用寿命。因此散热能力对于整个LED灯具热量的导出和寿命的提升起着至关重要的作用。为此部分厂家以在铝基板的表面增加散热器的方式来提高散热效率,但存在结构复杂、生产成本高、质量重等缺陷。因此,为了获得更好的散热效果,必须对现有的LED灯散热结构做出改进。

Claims (10)
1.一种LED灯,其特征在于,包括: 壳体,所述壳体包括互相连接的反光杯和底座; 透镜,所述透镜固定于反光杯的杯口且与所述壳体围成一腔体; 设置于腔体内的LED光源组件,所述LED光源组件包括铝基板和设置于铝基板上的LED芯片,所述招基板的厚度大于lmm; 设置于腔体内的电源驱动,所述电源驱动和LED光源组件电气连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述铝基板的厚度大于Imm而小于5mm ο
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述铝基板的厚度为2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述LED芯片的数量为多个,LED芯片在铝基板上呈圆环形阵列分布。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述多个LED芯片分布成多个圆环,所有圆环的圆心重合而半径大小不同,或所有圆环的半径大小相同而圆心不重合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯设有导热胶,所述导热胶将铝基板和壳体粘连。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述透镜朝向腔体的外表面为磨砂面。
8.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述透镜朝向腔体的外表面设有反光膜。
9.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述反光杯的内表面为磨砂面。
10.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述反光杯的内表面设有反光膜。
