技术领域
本发明涉及一种由呼吸器和呼吸软管系统构成的组合装置和一种用于与呼吸软管系统连接的呼吸器。
背景技术
在监护病房人工呼吸的病人所得到的呼吸空气在温度和湿度方面要满足病人的生理要求。为此使用主动式的湿润器,这些湿润器为呼吸气体加热和加湿。在湿润器中设有装有水的容器,呼入气体穿过该容器并富含水汽。为了防止水汽在呼吸软管系统中冷凝,这些呼吸软管通常设有软管加热机构。
例如由US 5,357,948已知一种呼吸软管,其带有螺旋线状地设在外侧面上的加热丝。它设有一个或两个加热丝,所述加热丝螺旋状地在呼吸软管的外侧面上伸展。另外在外侧面上设有单独的不可加热的用于回路的导体。这些加热丝可以串联连接,或者并联连接,其中通过软管端部电接触加热丝。
这种已知的呼吸软管的缺点是,在加热丝的绝缘受到损坏时会在去路和回路上出现短路,这可能与软管局部温度过高有关。由此会损坏软管,有时在这种部位还会出现不密封,呼吸气体会经由所述不密封部位泄漏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,对具有呼吸器和呼吸软管系统的装置加以改进,从而在加热软管时避免局部温度上升。
该目的的解决方案可由权利要求1的特征得到。
该目的还通过权利要求2的特征得以实现。
本发明的有利的改型可由从属权利要求得到。
根据本发明规定,在呼吸软管上的加热丝作为单引线从呼入软管伸展至呼出软管,且在呼入接头和呼出接头的区域被电接触。为了实现电接触,特别优选对呼入软管和呼出软管的接管进行如下设计,即除了气体连接外还可以产生与加热丝的电连接。这些呼吸软管通常通过Y形管接头相互连接,其中通过Y形管接头给病人供应呼吸气体。Y形管接头在此如下设计,即在呼入软管和呼出软管之间存在电连接。特别优选的是,加热丝呈螺旋线状地在呼入软管或呼出软管上伸展。为了在呼入软管或呼出软管区域产生不同的加热功率,可以在呼入软管或呼出软管上设有具有不同的线圈密度的加热丝。在此特别优选的是,呼出软管的受热程度大于呼入软管,因为呼出的气体具有饱和的呼吸气体水汽,且在那里会形成严重的冷凝。
特别优选的是,作为呼吸软管使用挤压成型的环形呼吸软管,其设有给定断开部位,从而可以将软管分成呼入软管和呼出软管,同时不会使得加热丝在Y形管接头区域中断。使用挤压成型的环形呼吸软管还有如下优点,即这些呼吸软管可以单独设计和满足病人需求。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地示出呼吸系统1,其由具有呼入接头3的呼吸器2、呼入软管4、在呼入软管4上的湿润器5、呼出接头6、呼出软管7和在呼入软管4和呼出软管7之间的Y形管接头8构成。呼入软管4和呼出软管7具有螺旋形地固定在外侧面上的加热丝9、10形式的软管加热机构。加热丝9、10以串联形式相互连接,并通过单极的电插接头11、12与呼入接头3和呼出接头6接触。于是电流流经第一插接头11、加热丝9、湿润器5、Y形管接头8、加热丝10和第二插接头12。
图2示例性地示出连接管13与呼入软管4的机械的和电的接触。图2的上部为呼入软管4的侧视图,而下部为沿着剖切线A-A的纵剖视图。线圈状向下的气体接头14插入到未详细示出的藕联部件中。带有加热丝9的呼入软管4垂直于气体接头14伸展。加热丝9与连接管13中的连接针脚15连接,其中通过连接针脚15来电接触加热丝9。相应的连接管13设在呼入接头3和呼出接头6上,其中在此气体接头14和连接针脚15相互平行地伸展。在湿润器5和Y形管接头8上也设有连接管13。
图3中示出一种有利的设计方案,其中呼入软管4带有加热丝9,呼出软管7带有加热丝10。为了调节在呼入软管4和呼出软管7中的不同的加热功率,加热丝9、10具有不同的线圈密度,它们在图3中针对呼入软管标有W1,针对呼出软管7标有W2。为了避免湿气冷凝,呼出软管7的受热程度要大于呼入软管4。呼出软管7每单位长度所含有的加热线圈多于呼入软管4,由此在呼入软管4上的两个线圈W1的间隔大于在呼出软管7上的线圈间隔W2。图3上部分别为呼入软管4和呼出软管7的侧视图,而下部为相应的剖视图。
图4中示出一种有利的设计方案,其中环形软管16带有加热螺旋线17和给定断开部位18。给定断开部位18如下设计,即在裁切软管16时不会伤及加热螺旋线17,如图5中示意性地示出。
图6示出与Y形管接头19组合的环形软管16的给定断开部位18的区域。通过在给定断开部位18区域对加热螺旋线17的弯折,可以使得Y形管接头19直接插入到软管端部20、21中,而不必电接触加热螺旋线17。图6左部为环形软管16的右侧视图。

Claims (5)

1.一种由呼吸器和呼吸软管系统构成的组合装置,其中呼吸器(2)包括用于输出呼入气体的呼入接头(3)和用于接收呼出气体的呼出接头(6),呼吸软管系统包括在所述呼入接头(3)上的呼入软管(4)和在所述呼出接头(6)上的呼出软管(7),无论所述呼入软管(4)还是所述呼出软管(7)都设有软管加热机构,从而加热丝(9、10)以串联连接的形式接在一起,并在所述呼入接头(3)和所述呼出接头(6)的区域中被接触。
2.一种呼吸器,具有用于连接呼入软管(4)的呼入接头(3)和用于连接呼出软管(7)的呼出接头(6),其中所述呼入软管(4)和所述呼出软管(7)都设有串联地接在一起的加热丝(9、10)形式的软管加热机构,并在所述呼入接头(3)和所述呼出接头(6)上设有用于连接所述加热丝(9、10)的电的插接头(11、12)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述加热丝(9、10)呈螺旋线状地在所述呼入软管(4)和所述呼出软管(7)上伸展。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述加热丝(9、10)在所述呼入软管(4)或所述呼出软管(7)的区域具有不同的线圈密度。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述呼吸软管系统作为设有加热螺旋线(17)的环形软管(16)在病人接头区域具有给定断开部位(18)。
