本发明涉及橡塑复合弹性体电缆的制备方法,其特征是:将7-8重量份的丁氰胶、11-12重量份的氯丁胶、48-54重量份的PVC塑料、2-4重量份的防老剂、3-5重量份的抗老化剂1010、19-23重量份的碳酸钙和1-3重量份的天然胶一起投入到缸内,均匀搅拌混合25-35分钟后,放到温°控制在170-180°的挤出器中挤出,产品挤出来后,进行成圈即得成品。本发明的有益效果是:使用寿命长、成本低、耐油、耐磨、耐热、耐寒性能高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生产电缆的制备方法,尤其涉及橡塑复合弹性体电缆的制备方法,属于化工领域。
背景技术
目前,橡胶电缆制备工艺的塑料多、制备工艺复杂,需要进行混合、炼胶、挤出、硫化和成圈等多个工艺步骤,生产成本居高不下,而且现有的制备工艺制造出来的橡胶电缆耐油、耐磨、耐热和耐寒性能差,导致使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明提供的是一种使用寿命长、成本低、耐油、耐磨、耐热、耐寒的橡塑复合弹性体电缆的制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
橡塑复合弹性体电缆的制备方法,将7-8重量份的丁氰胶、11-12重量份的氯丁胶、48-54重量份的PVC塑料、2-4重量份的防老剂、3-5重量份的抗老化剂1010、19-23重量份的碳酸钙和1-3重量份的天然胶一起投入到缸内,均匀搅拌混合25-35分钟后,放到温度控制在170-180°的挤出器中挤出,产品挤出来后,进行成圈即得成品。
本发明采用的防老剂为防老剂BLE-75,即9,10-二氢9,9-二甲基吖啶,分子式:C15H15N,其易溶于丙酮、苯、氯仿、乙醇,微溶于汽油,不溶于水;外观呈棕色粉末,水份小于等于4%,BLE有效含量大于等于75%。防老剂BLE-75是一种通用型橡胶防老剂,对热、氧、曲挠、疲劳老化有良好防护效能。防老剂BLE-75主要用于天然及氯丁、顺丁、丁晴、丁苯等各种合成橡胶,以及聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚烯烃等塑料。防老剂BLE-75用于制造轮胎、胶管、胶带等其他工业橡胶制品,对提高橡胶与金属粘合力有独特效果。
本发明的有益效果是:使用寿命长、成本低、耐油、耐磨、耐热、耐寒性能高。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将7重量份的丁氰胶、11重量份的氯丁胶、48重量份的PVC塑料、2重量份的防老剂、3重量份的抗老化剂1010、19重量份的碳酸钙和1重量份的天然胶一起投入到缸内,均匀搅拌混合25分钟后,放到温度控制在170°的挤出器中挤出,产品挤出来后,进行成圈即得成品。
实施例2
将7.2重量份的丁氰胶、11.7重量份的氯丁胶、51重量份的PVC塑料、3重量份的防老剂、4重量份的抗老化剂1010、21重量份的碳酸钙和2重量份的天然胶一起投入到缸内,均匀搅拌混合30分钟后,放到温度控制在175°的挤出器中挤出,产品挤出来后,进行成圈即得成品。
实施例3
将8重量份的丁氰胶、12重量份的氯丁胶、54重量份的PVC塑料、4重量份的防老剂、5重量份的抗老化剂1010、23重量份的碳酸钙和3重量份的天然胶一起投入到缸内,均匀搅拌混合35分钟后,放到温度控制在180°的挤出器中挤出,产品挤出来后,进行成圈即得成品。

1.橡塑复合弹性体电缆的制备方法,其特征是:将7-8重量份的丁氰胶、11-12重量份的氯丁胶、48-54重量份的PVC塑料、2-4重量份的防老剂、3-5重量份的抗老化剂1010、19-23重量份的碳酸钙和1-3重量份的天然胶一起投入到缸内,均匀搅拌混合25-35分钟后,放到温度控制在170-180°的挤出器中挤出,产品挤出来后,进行成圈即得成品。
