Abstract

海绵钛、海绵锆熔炼真空加热炉,由炉壳(1)、炉膛和电炉控制系统,炉膛的内衬为纤维模块(4),其特征在于:沿着纤维模块(4)的圆周上用陶钉(5)锚固件固定有高温电阻带(8),并在每层电阻带之间有陶钉固定帽檐(10),防止反应器脱落的铁皮掉在电阻带上。采用本发明结构,保温隔热效果好,加热升温快,断电降温快,大大降低了炉外壁的温度。更能适应冶炼海绵钛和海绵锆的生产工艺。达到精确控温,有效控制功率,节能达20%以上。

海绵钛、海绵锆熔炼真空加热炉
技术领域
本发明涉及熔炼设备,尤其是关于海绵钛、海绵锆熔炼真空加热炉。
背景技术
己知的海绵钛、海绵锆熔炼真空加热炉中加热元件采用螺旋状电阻丝,此加热元件功率大,表面负荷大、使用寿命短,维修麻烦、维护成本高;采用的炉衬是粘土质隔热耐火砖,此炉衬的份量重、蓄热多、保温性能差、易破损、维修麻烦等影响了熔炼工艺;电炉的控制系统采用的是真空接触器和固态继电器,在生产过程中易损坏,需频繁更换,严重的影响了生产工艺,而且使用寿命短,维护成本高。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种熔炼真空加热炉,是加热元件采用蛇形式高温电阻、耐高温纤维模块作为熔炼真空加热炉的内衬、电炉控制系统中采用智能自整定调功仪表控制可控硅来实现海绵钛、海绵锆的熔炼。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:海绵钛、海绵锆熔炼真空加热炉,由炉壳、炉膛和电炉控制系统,在炉膛的内衬为纤维模块,其特征在于:沿着纤维模块的圆周上用陶钉锚固件固定有高温电阻带,并用陶钉固定帽檐,保护电阻带。
所述的高温电阻带为蛇形式高温电阻带,高温电阻带的两端分别与导电棒通过氩弧焊焊接。
所述的耐高温纤维模块为白色的耐高温纤维模块,模块通过挤压,制做成中空圆柱体状炉衬,炉衬固定在由槽钢和扁铁焊接成的炉架上,用锚固件焊接固定好。
所述的电炉控制系统采用智能调功自整定仪表控制可控硅,包括旋钮开关、触发器和可控硅。
采用本发明结构,保温隔热效果好,加热升温快,断电降温快,大大降低了炉外壁的温度。更能适应冶炼海绵钛和海绵锆的生产工艺。达到精确控温,有效控制功率,节能达20%以上。

具体实施方式
由图1知,是本实施例的立体图,由炉壳1、炉膛和电炉控制系统组成,在炉膛的内衬为纤维模块4,沿着纤维模块4的圆周上有用陶钉5锚固件固定的高温电阻带8,有陶钉5固定帽檐10,防止反应器铁皮脱落后,掉在电阻带上。
由图2知,是本发明的剖视图。耐高温纤维模块4为白色的耐高温纤维模块,模块通过挤压,制做成中空圆柱体状炉衬,炉衬固定在由槽钢6和扁铁3焊接成的炉架上,用锚固件焊接固定好。导电棒7接出炉体外,炉壳1的底部有耐火砖9。
由图3知,是本发明电阻带的排列图。高温电阻带8为蛇形式高温电阻带,高温电阻带8的两端分别与导电棒7通过氩弧焊焊接。电炉控制系统采用智能调功自整定仪表控制可控硅。
由图4知,是电炉控制系统调节方框图。当旋钮开关旋向自动,热电偶发出信号给智能温控仪表,智能温控仪表给触发器信号,触发器发出信号控制可控硅,负载常工作。当旋钮开关旋向停止,温控仪表电源切断,可控硅不导通,负载停止工作。当旋钮开关旋向手动,开关电源接通,提供触发电压到触发器直接使可控硅安全导通,负载正常工作。
另有可控硅过热保护线路,当热敏开关温度超过80℃时,蜂鸣器报警,检查线路排除可控硅发热原因。

Claims (4)

1、海绵钛、海绵锆熔炼真空加热炉,由炉壳(1)、炉膛和电炉控制系统,炉膛的内衬为纤维模块(4),其特征在于:沿着纤维模块(4)的圆周上用陶钉(5)锚固件固定有高温电阻带(8),并在每层电阻带之间有陶钉固定帽檐(10),防止反应器脱落的铁皮掉在电阻带上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的海绵钛、海绵锆熔炼真空加热炉,其特征在于:所述的高温电阻带(8)为蛇形式高温电阻带,高温电阻带的两端分别与导电棒(7)通过氩弧焊焊接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的海绵钛、海绵锆熔炼真空加热炉,其特征在于:所述的纤维模块(4)为白色的耐高温纤维模块,模块通过挤压,制做成中空圆柱体状炉衬,炉衬固定在由槽钢(6)和扁铁(3)焊接成的炉架上,用锚固件焊接固定好。
4、根据权利要求1所述的海绵钛、海绵锆熔炼真空加热炉,其特征在于:所述的电炉控制系统采用智能调功自整定仪表控制可控硅,包括旋钮开关、触发器和可控硅。
