Abstract

本发明涉及一种导风板，特别是一种燃气热风炉导风板。热风炉的进口处设有燃烧机，出口处设有离心风机，所述热风炉进、出口处分别固接有倾斜设置的第二导风板；所述燃烧机和离心风机之间的炉体内壁两侧相对设置有多个第一导风板。与现有技术相比，本发明所述的导风板能够加快热空气的流动速度，使热空气在导风板的引导下定向、起伏流动，使空气与交换器充分接触，避免局部温度过高，减少内衬板的更换次数，提高热交换率，减少资金投入。

本发明涉及一种导风板，特别是一种燃气热风炉导风板。
背景技术
现有的燃气热风炉，它的燃烧室内的热气大多都聚集在燃烧室附近，很难到达它对面的部分区域，使得燃烧室对面的内衬板由于长时间处于高温环境下，很容易被氧化、烧坏，需要经常更换新内衬板，不仅费时费力，降低了热交换率，还增大资金投入，给使用厂家带来麻烦。
发明内容
本发明是针对现有热风炉的不足，提供一种结构简单、热交换率高、热量流动快的燃气热风炉导风板。
实现上述发明目的采用的技术方案是一种燃气热风炉导风板，热风炉的进口处设有燃烧机，出口处设有离心风机，所述热风炉进、出口处分别固接有倾斜设置的第二导风板；所述燃烧机和离心风机之间的炉体内壁两侧相对设置有多个第一导风板；所述第一导风板为三角结构，且该三角结构两边之间的夹角为125-145°；所述第一导风板和第二导风板的厚度为1-2mm；由燃烧机向离心风机方向的第一导风板的板体长度不相同。
与现有技术相比，本发明所述的导风板能够加快热空气的流动速度，使热空气在导风板的引导下定向、起伏流动，使空气与交换器充分接触，避免局部温度过高，减少内衬板的更换次数，提高热交换率，减少资金投入。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步介绍。
参见附图1-2，本实施例中，这种燃气热风炉导风板的热风炉4的进口处装有燃烧机1，热风炉4的出口处装有离心风机3，所述热风炉4的进、出口处的两侧分别焊接有倾斜设置的第二导风板5。燃烧机1和离心风机3之间的炉体内壁两侧相对设置有多个第一导风板2。
第一导风板2是用一块板，通过折弯机的加工后，弯曲成三角结构，且该三角结构两边之间的夹角一般范围为125-145°，第一导风板2和第二导风板5的厚度一般为1-2mm，本实施例中使用的第一导风板2和第二导风板5的厚度为1.5mm。
由燃烧机1向离心风机3方向设置的第一导风板2的板体长度不相同，本实施例中，位于燃烧机1一侧的相对应的一组第一导风板2的板长总长为730mm，被弯折之后的三角结构的两边分别为290mm和440mm，其两边的夹角为130°，其两边与炉体内壁焊接在一起；而其余的三组第一导风板2的板体总长度为355mm，弯折之后的两边分别为135mm和220mm，其夹角为140°，其两边亦焊接在炉体内壁上，故导风板的高度不一致，使得在热空气在第一导风板2的引导下定向、起伏流动，流动速度快，分散均匀。

1.一种燃气热风炉导风板，热风炉的进口处设有燃烧机，出口处设有离心风机，其特征在于，所述热风炉进、出口处分别固接有倾斜设置的第二导风板；所述燃烧机和离心风机之间的炉体内壁两侧相对设置有多个第一导风板；所述第一导风板为三角结构，且该三角结构两边之间的夹角为125-145°；所述第一导风板和第二导风板的厚度为1-2mm；由燃烧机向离心风机方向的第一导风板的板体长度不相同。
