Abstract

本发明提供一种生物质热风炉供风机构,包括炉体及设置在炉体一侧的换热箱,所述换热箱的上下端分别设有烟气通道,上下端烟气通道之间分布设有进行烟气输送的换热管,所述换热箱的一侧设有进气口,另一侧设有出气口,进气口通过风管外接有风机。当需要提高风温时,驱动电机带动螺杆旋转,螺杆通过螺筒带动第三挡板移动,使挡风组件展开,挡住换热箱部分区域,风机向换热箱内吹风,风流经过挡风组件限制,以S形路线前进,从而增加风流与换热管的接触时间和接触面积,提高热交换效率,从而提高风温,当需要降低风温时,可以收起第三挡板,风流从进风口导入出风口,降低与换热管的接触时间,实现对风温的快速调节。
