沉积在连接管道和管状元件的壁上的烟草的量逐渐增加，尤其是在烟草的含湿量超过某些限制时，会危害机器的正确运行。
为了去除积聚在连接管道和管状元件内部的烟草，必须停机，由此必须将这些部件拆除从而能够用手来去除沉积在其内表面上的烟草。
这些操作是维护成本高的原因，并会降低生产量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于制造无烟烟草的单个小袋的机器，其不受与现有技术的机器相关的上述缺点的影响，且因此能够确保高生产率，同时避免形成上述连接管道和管状件内部的烟草沉积物。

现将借助于附图以示例的方式来详细描述本发明，图1示出根据本发明的机器，其以正视图示意性地示出。
具体实施方式
参见图1，附图标记1标示用于制造小袋2的机器，该小袋2包含无粘聚性材料，特别是无烟的烟草制品。
机器1包括充装有所述材料并构成烟草馈送装置100的漏斗3，还有可在输出工位5与转移工位6之间转动的传送装置4，在输出工位从馈送装置取得无粘聚性烟草材料，且在转移工位喷出各相继部分7的烟草。
机器1还包括包装工位8，在该工位中，收取从转移工位6移出的烟草部分7并将其封装在相应的小袋2中。
传送装置4具体实施为可绕水平轴线A间歇地且如附图中所见逆时针地可转动的转筒9。转筒9插入在由两个侧壁3a和3b限定的漏斗3的底端与上述转移工位6之间。
转筒9具有圆柱形壁10，该壁包括预定宽度的带11，通过多个通孔11a而使该带可透气。
圆柱形壁10所限定的壳体12由两个径向壁12a和12b分为标示为13和14的两个扇形部。
位于漏斗3的出口附近并环绕延伸到转移工位6的第一扇形部13连接至负压源(未示出)。
位于与转移工位6相邻处并与转移工位4对准的上方的第二扇形部14与第一扇形部13角度互补，并连接至第一压缩空气源(未示出)。
第二扇形部14为机器1提供强制装置102。
还示出互连装置15，该互连装置具体实施为插设在转移工位6与包装工位8之间的直线管道16。
管道16的口与第二压缩空气源(未示出)流体连通。
包装工位8包括位于直线管道16的出口端处的管状心轴17，连续的包装材料18a围绕该心轴形成为管状包封件18。
包装材料18a从材料卷(未示出)展开并通过合适的折叠装置的协助而逐渐地围绕管状心轴17包裹。
材料的边缘通过位于靠近管状心轴17处的熔接设备19来密封，以纵向封闭管状包封件18。
如图1所示，机器1还包括位于超出管状心轴17的密封装置20，该密封装置的功能是横向连结管状包封件18，并因而形成小袋2的连续序列101，每个小袋包含单个烟草部分7。
有利的是，纵向熔接设备19和横向密封装置20是超声波类型的。
更精确地说，纵向超声波熔接设备19非常靠近管状心轴17并基本上与管状心轴17接触。
包装工位8的另一形成部分是吸气装置21，该吸气装置21位于管状心轴17的出口端处，并在包装材料的多孔的情况下能够形成心轴17内的气流，诸如会使烟草易于沿该心轴通过。
横向密封装置20的下游接着设有一对运输带22，该对运输带环绕相应的成对皮带轮22a，用来使小袋2的连续序列101朝向切割装置23前进，通过该切割装置可将该序列101的单个小袋2彼此分开。
工作时，当转筒9转动并受到负压源的吸气作用时，透气带11会逐渐吸引连续的烟草流24。
连续流24在前进到转移工位6，在该转移工位，强制穿过透气带11的通孔11a的压缩空气射流将与一个部分7的量相应的给定长度的烟草流24来从转筒逐渐脱开，并将其引入管道16中。
烟草部分7被空气射流强制压下，沿着直线管道16通过并进入管状心轴17，该心轴被包装材料18包套。
烟草部分7由上述第二压缩空气源在直线管道16的口处产生的空气射流的附加力向前携带。
纸质包封件18由超声波熔接设备19纵向密封，并在管状心轴17的出口端处由横向密封装置20横向密封。
横向密封装置20的工作是间歇的，并定时成与将相继的烟草部分7馈送入转移工位6的频率匹配，从而每个烟草部分7将封闭在两个相继的横向密封件之间。
因此，将出现烟草充装小袋2的连续序列101，它们如上所述借助于横向密封件一个接一个地连接。
在横向密封装置20下游的给定点处，由切割装置23将各单个小袋2彼此分开。
如上所述设计方案的元素易于应用到双轨类型的机器。
在这种情况下，传送装置将为带有两个透气带的转筒，从而可将两个烟草部分同时供应到转移工位，然后再将每个烟草部分引入相应的管道。
不言自明，根据本发明的机器能够克服与现有技术相关的上述缺点，这是由于超声波纵向焊接装置不仅用于形成包装材料的管状包封件，而且还在其内部有烟草行进的管状心轴上产生摇动作用，且因此防止沉积物积聚在心轴的内壁上。
因而，心轴内部可保持无障碍，且无需停机来用手从内壁去除烟草沉积物。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于制造无粘聚性材料小袋(2)的机器，所述机器包括：
-馈送装置(100)，通过所述馈送装置(100)在所述输出工位(5)处将所述材料供给到传送装置(4)，通过所述传送装置(4)将所述材料从所述从输出工位(8)运输到转移工位(6)；
-强制装置(102)，所述强制装置在所述转移工位(6)处运行，通过所述强制装置将材料的预定部分(7)从所述传送装置(4)引导到与包装工位(8)关联的至少一个连接管道(12)内，在所述包装工位将各所述部分(7)封包在连续序列(101)的各小袋(2)中；
其特征在于，
所述包装工位(8)装备有超声波熔接设备(19)。
2.如权利要求1所述的机器，其特征在于，所述包装工位(8)包括定位在所述连接管道(16)的出口端处的管状心轴(17)，连续的包装材料(18a)围绕所述管状心轴形成管状包封件(18)，所述熔接设备(19)用于纵向密封所述管状包封件(18)并与所述管状心轴(17)基本上接触地运行，从而将超声波频率的振动传递到所述心轴(17)。
3.如权利要求2所述的机器，所述包装工位(8)包括位于所述管状心轴(17)下游的超声波密封装置(20)，所述密封装置的功能是横向地连结所述管状包封件(18)，并因而形成连续序列(101)的小袋(2)。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的机器，其特征在于，所述包装工位(8)还包括在所述管状芯件(17)的出口端处运行的吸气装置(21)。
