本发明公开了一种口含烟花式装盘定型装置，在一根转轴的一端设有一个底面是平面的锥形头，在锥形头端的转轴上留出一个小于小袋的高度安装有一个直径外圆与圆盘盒内壁间隙配合的摩擦盘，在摩擦盘上面安装有与转轴相固定的固定套，在固定套上设有与转轴相固定的螺孔及其螺钉。本发明用转轴上的摩擦盘将盒内的各袋子向同一方向旋转定型，使各袋子在盒内形成的花瓣排放紧实、整齐、美观，有效地提高了产品质量。

技术领域：
本发明涉及成型，特别是一种适用于将各口含烟小袋以盘心为中心沿径向排放在一个圆盘盒内呈花式装盘时使用的装盘定型装置。
背景技术：
目前的口含烟花式装盘，都是在一个圆盘盒内将口含烟的小包装袋以盘心为中心沿径向排放一圈，形成一个花盘，使之整齐美观，但这种花式装盘方式存在的缺点是装盘后形成的花瓣在盒内的定型不规律，无法保证盒内各小包装袋的排放紧实整齐和美观。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种能使盒内各小包装袋排放紧实整齐和美观的口含烟花式装盘定型装置。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，一种口含烟花式装盘定型装置，其特征在于：在一根转轴的一端设有一个底面是平面的锥形头，在锥形头端的转轴上留出一个小于小袋的高度安装有一个直径外圆与圆盘盒内壁间隙配合的摩擦盘，在摩擦盘上面安装有与转轴相固定的固定套，在固定套上设有与转轴相固定的螺孔及其螺钉。
本发明用转轴上的摩擦盘将盒内的各袋子向同一方向旋转定型，使各袋子在盒内形成的花瓣排放紧实、整齐、美观，有效地提高了产品质量。

具体实施方式：
结合附图详细描述实施例，本发明是在一根转轴1的一端设有一个底面是平面的锥形头5，在锥形头端的转轴上留出一个小于小袋的高度安装有一个直径外圆与圆盘盒内壁间隙配合的摩擦盘1，在摩擦盘上面安装有与转轴相固定的固定套4，在固定套上设有与转轴相固定的螺孔及其螺钉3。定型时将转轴的锥形头插入在圆盘内排放的各小包装袋中间，使摩擦盘底面与各小包装袋的上边摩擦接触，然后转动转轴使摩擦盘带动各小包装袋向同一个方向倾斜一定角度，有规律的排放整齐，即可达到设计效果。
