一种步进角均匀、翻转效果好的三面翻步进翻转传动机构,属于三面翻传动机构,包括传动轴和被动轴,传动轴上传动连接有步进轮,被动轴上传动连接有梅花轮,步进轮与梅花轮相互垂直锁定,步进轮上开有拨口,传动轴为花键轴,传动轴上带有外花键,步进轮上带有内花键,传动轴与步进轮为花键联接,步进轮的拨口中心与传动轴的连线与水平之间形成的夹角为步进角,传动轴上联接有多个步进轮,相邻的两个步进角大小不同,其大小逐个递增或递减。本发明将目前的管状塑料件与齿轮两个组成原件改进为一个整体结构,在安装时,每个步进轮的拨口朝向各不相同,各自相差一定角度,这样,各步进轮的步进角度就绝对均匀,转动时翻转效果美观,不会出错。

本发明涉及一种三面翻传动机构,尤其涉及一种三面翻步进翻转传动机构。
背景技术
三面翻翻转时一般都是每条三角管逐条渐进式翻转,每个步进轮(即拨轮)在传动轴上按顺序安装,每个步进轮与水平面之间都有“步进角”,即每个步进轮拨齿的方向相对于传动轴都按一定角度渐进旋转,国内通用的做法是:将步进轮分成两个组成原件,即轮中间的、可以沿传动轴方向自由滑动的管状塑料件和轮外圈的齿轮,依靠手工将管状塑料件与齿轮拧到一定角度后用自攻钉固定,使每相邻的两个步进轮之间存在一个步进角,从而实现三角管的渐进翻转,但是由于是手工调节,步进角不均匀,翻转效果不好,从而出现很多质量问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种步进角均匀、翻转效果好的三面翻步进翻转传动机构。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种三面翻步进翻转传动机构,包括传动轴和被动轴,传动轴上传动连接有步进轮,被动轴上传动连接有梅花轮,步进轮与梅花轮相互垂直锁定,步进轮上开有拨口,其特征是:所述传动轴为花键轴,传动轴上带有外花键,所述步进轮上带有内花键,传动轴与步进轮为花键联接,步进轮的拨口中心与传动轴的连线与水平之间形成的夹角为步进角,传动轴上联接有多个步进轮,相邻的两个步进角大小不同。步进角的大小逐个递增或递减。
本发明将目前的管状塑料件与齿轮两个组成原件改进为一个整体结构,在安装时,每个步进轮的拨口朝向各不相同,各自相差一定角度,这样,各步进轮的步进角度就绝对均匀,转动时翻转效果就美观,不会出错。

一种三面翻步进翻转传动机构,如图1所示,包括传动轴1和被动轴4,传动轴1上传动连接有步进轮2,被动轴4上传动连接有梅花轮3,步进轮2与梅花轮3相互垂直锁定,步进轮2上开有拨口5,所述传动轴1为花键轴,传动轴1上带有外花键,所述步进轮2上带有内花键,传动轴1与步进轮2为花键联接,步进轮2的拨口5中心与传动轴1的连线与水平之间形成的夹角为步进角,传动轴1上联接有多个步进轮2,相邻的两个步进角大小不同。步进角的大小逐个递增或递减,参见图2、图3、图4。

本发明在开发模具时,分别开若干个外型结构都一样的步进轮,但区别在于:在每个步进轮上设置标志(例如图2、图3、图4中的小三角),每个步进轮上的标志与拨口的夹角各不相同,各自相差一定角度,不同的步进轮按照编号直接插入传动轴上即可,这样,各步进轮的步进角度就绝对均匀,转动时翻转效果就美观,不会出错。

1.一种三面翻步进翻转传动机构,包括传动轴(1)和被动轴(4),传动轴(1)上传动连接有步进轮(2),被动轴(4)上传动连接有梅花轮(3),步进轮(2)与梅花轮(3)相互垂直锁定,步进轮(2)上开有拨口(5),其特征是:所述传动轴(1)为花键轴,传动轴(1)上带有外花键,所述步进轮(2)上带有内花键,传动轴(1)与步进轮(2)为花键联接,步进轮(2)的拨口(5)中心与传动轴(1)的连线与水平之间形成的夹角为步进角,传动轴(1)上联接有多个步进轮(2),相邻的两个步进角大小不同。
