Abstract

本发明涉及用于闩锁套件和把手套件的门用五金安装组件。
背景技术
许多闩锁套件和把手套件的门用五金包括圆形壳座,并从其伸出有手柄或把手。这些壳座通常生产成外径约55mm和65mm。因为出于视觉或美观上的原因,有些用户相比于65mm的壳座更喜欢55mm的壳座,而有些用户则相反,所以存在这两种不同的尺寸。
许多门设有预先钻好的54mm的门用五金用孔,以接纳带有65mm壳座的圆柱形闩锁本体。与之不同,带有55mm壳座的组件则需要35mm直径的孔来接纳闩锁本体,还需要一对较小的径向相对的孔来接纳壳座的安装柱。如果将带有55mm壳座的组件用于带有54mm预钻孔的门,则因其会落入孔中而无法进行安装。
由于上述原因,不利的是,门用五金制造商必须保持两套元件库存,以能分别适应带有55mm或65mm壳座的组件。
发明目的
本发明的目的是基本上克服或至少部分改善上述不足之处。
发明内容
因此,在第一方面,本发明提供一种门用五金安装组件,该组件包括:
具有手柄侧和门侧的相对较小的壳座,壳座的门侧包括至少一个外部凹口,该外部凹口适于与相对较大的壳座套的门侧上的至少一个向内延伸的突起转动和轴向配合。
在第二方面,本发明提供一种门用五金安装组件,该组件包括:
具有手柄侧和门侧的相对较小的壳座,第一内壳座件的门侧包括至少一个外部凹口;和
相对较大的壳座套,该壳座套具有至少一个向内延伸的突起,该突起适于与该至少一个凹口转动和轴向配合。

凹口较佳的是从门侧延伸过壳座的轴向尺寸的约一半。突起较佳的是从门侧延伸过壳座套的轴向尺寸的约一半。

壳座包括适于与相对较小的装饰盖过盈配合地配合的配合装置,该配合装置较佳的是在凹槽中的O形圈。O形圈和凹槽较佳的是位于壳座的手柄侧。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出构造成用于55mm壳座的门用五金安装组件10的一个实施例。组件10包括(相对较小的)大体圆柱形的壳座12,其上安装有一对安装柱14。壳座12还具有安装于其上的弹簧复位的杠杆手柄16。壳座12的手柄侧包括位于凹槽中的O形圈18,该O形圈适于与装饰盖20过盈配合地配合。壳座10和装饰盖20各分别包括槽口22a和22b,以允许私用插销(未示出)的致动器从其穿过。
组件10的上述特征是传统的,并适于以传统的方式安装到带有大致35mm直径的孔的门上。组件10安装在门的一侧且通常连接于安装在门的相反侧上的相似组件,也如同传统的那样。
不过,如图1和2所示,壳座12的门侧还包括三个等间距地间隔开的外部凹口24,这些凹口的用途会在下文更详细地描述。凹口24延伸过壳座12的约一半的轴向厚度。
图3和4示出重新构造的组件10’,其类似于图1和2所示的组件,只是没有装饰盖20,而是包括(相对较大的)壳座套30。壳座套30设有三个等间距地间隔开的向内凸伸的突起32。壳座套30还包括在凹槽内的O形圈,用于与65mm外径的装饰盖36过盈配合地配合。壳座套30和装饰盖36还各分别包括槽口38a和38b,以供私用插销(未示出)的致动器从其穿过(如前所述)。
壳座件30的突起32与凹口24配合,并用于相对壳座12转动地和轴向地定位壳座件30。这种配合具有几种作用。
首先,使组件10’的总直径增加,从而适于与65mm直径的装饰盖36螺纹啮合。突起32与凹口24之间的配合可阻止壳座套30相对于壳座12转动。
其次,壳座套30增大了壳座的直径,并使其适于安装在(预钻的)54mm直径的孔上,而不会有组件10’落入该尺寸的孔中的危险。
图5a和5b示出构造成用于55mm直径壳座的组件10。图6a和6b示出构造有壳座套30以用于65mm直径的壳座的组件10’。如从图6a和6b中可显然地看出的那样,相比于组件10’,壳座36的直径增加却没有致使整个组件10的厚度增加。
组件10、10’具有若干优点。首先,它们使门用五金的制造商能通过提供共用其大多数零件的带有55mm和65mm的壳座的门用五金安装组件而极大的减少它们的库存。其次,通过添加两个相对次要部件(壳座套30和装饰盖36),可将该共用的元件容易且快速地从55mm壳座的应用重新构造成65mm壳座的应用。再者,当构造为65mm壳座时,因为壳座套30通过夹在门与壳座12之间来固定,所以组件10’在附加安装步骤方面要求非常少。
尽管已参照较佳实施例描述了本发明,但熟悉本领域的人会理解,本发明可以许多其它形式来实现。例如,在另一实施例中(未示出),三个凹口/突起之一大于其它两个,以保证壳座与壳座套总是组装成它们相应的私用插销致动器槽口相对准。

Claims (21)

1.一种用于将手柄或把手套件安装至具有不同尺寸的安装孔的门的门用五金安装组件,包括:
基本上呈圆柱形的壳座,所述壳座具有第一外径且具有手柄侧和门侧,所述壳座的门侧包括至少一个外部凹口,所述外部凹口适于与位于基本上呈圆柱形的壳座套的门侧上的至少一个向内延伸的突起转动和轴向配合,所述壳座套具有大于所述第一外径的第二外径,所述至少一个外部凹口和至少一个向内延伸的突起在与所述壳座配合时由所述壳座套掩盖,其中所述壳座包括适于与第一装饰盖过盈配合地配合的配合装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的门用五金组件,其特征在于,所述壳座的至少一个外部凹口包括3个等间距地间隔开的所述凹口。
3.如权利要求2所述的门用五金组件,其特征在于,所述壳座套的至少一个向内延伸的突起包括3个等间距地间隔开的所述突起。
4.如权利要求1所述的门用五金组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个外部凹口从所述门侧延伸过所述壳座的轴向尺寸的约一半。
5.如权利要求4所述的门用五金组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个向内延伸的突起从所述门侧延伸过所述壳座套的轴向尺寸的约一半。
6.如权利要求1所述的门用五金组件,其特征在于,所述壳座适于在其上安装手柄或把手。
7.如权利要求1所述的门用五金组件,其特征在于,所述壳座包括适于与第二装饰盖过盈配合地配合的配合装置,所述第二装饰盖大于所述第一装饰盖。
8.如权利要求1所述的门用五金组件,其特征在于,所述壳座包括适于允许私用插销致动器从其穿过的槽口。
9.如权利要求1所述的门用五金组件,其特征在于,在使用中,所述壳座套通过夹在所述门与所述壳座之间且位于所述至少一个外部凹口中的所述至少一个向内延伸的突起固定至所述门。
10.一种用于将手柄或把手套件安装至具有不同尺寸的安装孔的门的门用五金安装组件,包括:
基本上呈圆柱形的壳座,所述壳座具有第一外径且具有手柄侧和门侧,所述壳座的门侧包括至少一个外部凹口,其中所述壳座包括适于与第一装饰盖过盈配合地配合的配合装置;以及
基本上呈圆柱形的壳座套,所述壳座套具有大于所述第一外径的第二外径,所述壳座套包括至少一个向内延伸的突起,所述至少一个向内延伸的突起适于与所述至少一个外部凹口转动和轴向配合,所述至少一个外部凹口和至少一个向内延伸的突起在与所述壳座配合时由所述壳座套掩盖。
11.如权利要求10所述的门用五金组件,其特征在于,所述壳座的所述至少一个外部凹口包括3个等间距地间隔开的所述凹口。
12.如权利要求11所述的门用五金组件,其特征在于,所述壳座套的所述至少一个向内延伸的突起包括3个等间距地间隔开的所述突起。
13.如权利要求10所述的门用五金组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个外部凹口从所述门侧延伸过所述壳座的轴向尺寸的约一半。
14.如权利要求13所述的门用五金组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个向内延伸的突起从所述门侧延伸过所述壳座套的轴向尺寸的约一半。
15.如权利要求10所述的门用五金组件,其特征在于,所述壳座适于在其上安装手柄或把手。
16.如权利要求10所述的门用五金组件,其特征在于,所述壳座套包括适于与第二装饰盖过盈配合地配合的配合装置,所述第二装饰盖大于所述第一装饰盖。

21.如权利要求10所述的门用五金组件,其特征在于,在使用中,所述壳座套通过夹在所述门与所述壳座之间且位于所述至少一个外部凹口中的所述至少一个向内延伸的突起固定至所述门。
