一种PWM控制器供电电路,包括一电子开关、一第一电阻及一二极管,所述电子开关的第一端连接至一电脑的一控制信号端,第二端连接至电脑的待机电源,第三端通过所述第一电阻连接至PWM控制器的电源输入端,所述二极管的阳极连接至所述电脑的系统电源,阴极通过所述第一电阻连接至PWM控制器的电源输入端,当需将电脑由休眠状态唤醒时,所述控制信号端输出低电平控制所述电子开关导通,所述待机电源通过所述第一电阻为所述PWM控制器提供输入电压,当电脑正常工作时,所述控制信号端输出高电平使电子开关截止,所述系统电源通过所述二极管和第一电阻为PWM控制器提供输入电压。所述PWM控制器供电电路结构简单,成本较低。

PWM控制器供电电路
技术领域
本发明涉及一种供电电路,特别涉及一种电脑主板上PWM控制器的供电电路。
背景技术
电脑主板上具有一PWM(脉冲宽度调制)控制器,用来控制外部电路将主机电源输出的电压转换为电脑工作所需的各种电压。
目前,很多电脑在进入休眠状态后,都无法唤醒恢复至正常工作状态,而自动重启,给用户带来诸多不便,这通常是因为电脑在唤醒时,PWM控制器的输入电压达不到某一个规定的电压值,导致电脑不能正常唤醒。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种PWM控制器的供电电路,保证电脑进入休眠状态后可以正常唤醒。
一种PWM控制器供电电路,包括一电子开关、一第一电阻及一二极管,所述电子开关的第一端连接至一电脑的一控制信号端,第二端连接至电脑的待机电源,第三端通过所述第一电阻连接至PWM控制器的电源输入端,所述二极管的阳极连接至所述电脑的系统电源,阴极通过所述第一电阻连接至PWM控制器的电源输入端,当需将电脑由休眠状态唤醒时,所述控制信号端输出低电平控制所述电子开关导通,所述待机电源通过所述第一电阻为所述PWM控制器提供输入电压,当电脑正常工作时,所述控制信号端输出高电平使电子开关截止,所述系统电源通过所述二极管和第一电阻为PWM控制器提供输入电压。
所述PWM控制器供电电路仅通过所述电阻、二极管以及电子开关,避免了PWM控制器的输入电压过低所导致的电脑无法唤醒的问题,结构简单,成本较低。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明PWM控制器供电电路包括一二极管D10,一电子开关Q及电阻R10和R20,所述二极管D10的阳极连接至电脑的系统电源端12V_SYS,阴极通过电阻R10连接至一PWM控制器20的电源输入端PWM_Vcc,所述电子开关的第一端1通过所述电阻R20连接至电脑的PWRGD信号端,第二端2连接至电脑的待机电源端5V_SB,第三端3通过电阻R10连接至PWM控制器20的电源输入端PWM_Vcc,PWRGD信号端在电脑正常工作时为高电平,在电脑休眠时及唤醒的瞬间为低电平。本实施方式中,所述电子开关Q为一PNP型三极管或P沟道MOS型场效应晶体管,其第一、第二、第三端1、2、3分别为所述PNP型三极管的基极,发射极和集电极,或分别为所述P沟道MOS型场效应晶体管的栅极,源极和漏极。
当电脑进入休眠后唤醒的瞬间,系统电源端12V_SYS无电源输出,所述PWRGD信号端输出低电平使电子开关Q导通,所述电子开关Q导通后,其第二、第三端2、3之间的电压大约为0V,此时待机电源端5V_SB直接通过电阻R10给PWM控制器20提供输入电压,所述电子开关不会对所述PWM控制器的输入电压进行分压,因此不会出现PWM控制器的输入电压过低的问题,保证电脑正常唤醒,而不需要重新启动,本实施方式中,所述PWM控制器20的型号为RT9214,所述PWM控制器供电电路保证PWM控制器20的输入电压大于4.75V,使电脑正常唤醒。电脑正常工作时,所述待机电源端5V_SB无电源输出,所述PWRGD信号端输出高电平,所述电子开关Q截止,所述系统电源端12V_SYS通过二极管D10和电阻R10为PWM控制器20提供输入电压。
本发明PWM控制器供电电路仅通过所述电阻R10、R20,二极管D10以及电子开关Q,实现了电脑的可靠唤醒,结构简单,成本较低。

Claims (6)

1.一种PWM控制器供电电路,包括一电子开关、一第一电阻及一二极管,所述电子开关的第一端连接至一电脑的一控制信号端,第二端连接至电脑的待机电源,第三端通过所述第一电阻连接至PWM控制器的电源输入端,所述二极管的阳极连接至所述电脑的系统电源,阴极通过所述第一电阻连接至PWM控制器的电源输入端,当需将电脑由休眠状态唤醒时,所述控制信号端输出低电平控制所述电子开关导通,所述待机电源通过所述第一电阻为所述PWM控制器提供输入电压,当电脑正常工作时,所述控制信号端输出高电平使电子开关截止,所述系统电源通过所述二极管和第一电阻为PWM控制器提供输入电压。
2.如权利要求1所述的PWM控制器供电电路,其特征在于:所述PWM控制器的型号为RT9214。
3.如权利要求1所述的PWM控制器供电电路,其特征在于:所述电子开关的第一端通过一第二电阻连接至所述控制信号端。
4.如权利要求1所述的PWM控制器供电电路,其特征在于:所述电子开关为一PNP型三极管,其第一、第二、第三端分别为基极、发射极和集电极。
5.如权利要求1所述的PWM控制器供电电路,其特征在于:所述电子开关为一P沟道MOS型场效应晶体管,其第一、第二、第三端分别为栅极、源极和漏极。
6.如权利要求1所述的PWM控制器供电电路,其特征在于:所述控制信号端为电脑主板上的PWRGD信号端。
