技术领域
本发明涉及一种成型装置,尤其涉及一种叶片根端结构铺设成型装置。
背景技术
随着风电叶片行业的发展,叶片也朝着大型化的方向不断的发展,在叶片大型化的过程中,叶片的根端结构也越来越厚,纤维结构铺设难度越来越大,生产效率低下,并不断成为叶片结构层铺设过程中的瓶颈工序。
由于叶片根端型面复杂,两侧接近垂直状态,纤维结构层铺设难度非常大,一旦控制不好,很容易造成纤维层滑落而返工,造成生产工序的拖延,细小的褶皱也会严重影响产品的质量。
叶片根端增厚铺层大概在100层以上,现有技术中每一层都是通过手工铺设,由于模具根端是类似半圆形,两侧铺层经常容易滑落。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供了一种叶片根端结构增厚层一次铺设成型装置,旨在解决上述的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明包括:半圆模具;在所述的半圆模具内安置半圆型骨架;还包括:一个翻转支架;所述的半圆模具安置在翻转支架上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:有效的提高劳动生产率,减少褶皱及下滑,提高产品质量,缩短模具利用周期。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
由图1、图2可见:本发明包括:半圆模具1;在所述的半圆模具1内安置半圆型骨架2;还包括:一个翻转支架3;所述的半圆模具1安置在翻转支架3上。
根据叶形和铺层厚度,根端类似半圆形的阳模,将根端增厚结构铺层以相反顺序预先铺放在本发明上,并用辅助夹紧工装固定,保证铺层的平展,在使用时将本发明翻转,使结构层朝下,并一次性放入产品模具中,释放夹紧工装和扎带,实现所有结构层按照顺序一次铺设。
在生产过程中,可预先准备多个“半圆模”,  在铺设过程中一次使用,可实现模具铺层工序的拆分,降低模具占用时间,原有的根端结构层铺设至少需要2小时的时间,现在短短10分钟之内就可以完成铺设;同时,也可将叶片灌注辅助材料与机构材料预先铺设在一起,实现结构层铺设和根端灌注辅助材料的一次铺设,减少后续铺层的工序,使尺寸定位更加准确,减少工序,提高效率。

Claims (1)

1.一种叶片根端结构增厚层一次铺设成型方法:
该方法使用叶片根端结构增厚层一次铺设成型装置,该装置包括:半圆模具;在所述的半圆模具内安置半圆型骨架;一个翻转支架,所述的半圆模具安置在翻转支架上;
该方法包括如下步骤:根据叶形和铺层厚度,根端类似半圆形的阳模,将根端增厚结构铺层以相反顺序预先铺放在叶片根端结构增厚层一次铺设成型装置上,并用辅助夹紧工装固定,保证铺层的平展,将该装置翻转,使结构增厚层朝下,并一次性放入产品模具中,释放夹紧工装和扎带,实现所有结构层按照顺序一次铺设。
