Abstract

本发明提供一种便携式电子装置,其包括一壳体、一设置于该壳体上的第一镜头及一第二镜头,该便携式电子装置还包括一开闭模组及一铰链装置,该第二镜头设置于该开闭模组朝向该壳体的表面上,该开闭模组通过该铰链装置可滑动地铰接于该壳体上以使该第一镜头及该第二镜头同时露出或隐藏。

便携式电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种便携式电子装置,尤其涉及一种具有摄像功能的便携式电子装置。
背景技术
目前,便携式电子装置不仅限于通话及一般讯息管理之功能,其亦向着多媒体通讯方向发展,如视频、图像及音乐等讯息之传输,而具摄像功能之便携式电子装置即可满足这些要求。
现有的便携式电子装置通常于其背面设置一主摄像装置以实现拍照功能,而于其正面设置一辅助摄像装置以实现视频电话或自拍等功能。
虽然,于便携式电子装置的正、背面分别设置一摄像装置可实现视频电话及拍照等功能,然还需为主摄像装置及辅助摄像装置分别设置一镜头保护盖,如此增加了该便携式电子装置的制造成本。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述,有必要提供一种制造成本低的便携式电子装置。
一种便携式电子装置,其包括一壳体、一设置于该壳体上的第一镜头及一第二镜头,该便携式电子装置还包括一开闭模组及一铰链装置,该第二镜头设置于该开闭模组朝向该壳体的表面上,该开闭模组通过该铰链装置可滑动地铰接于该壳体上以使该第一镜头及该第二镜头同时露出或隐藏。
与现有技术相比,所述便携式电子装置的该开闭模组处于闭合状态时,该开闭模组覆盖该第一镜头及该第二镜头以保护该第一镜头及该第二镜头免受外界的损害。此外,该开闭模组还可通过该铰链装置相对于该壳体旋转而调整该开闭模组与该壳体之间的角度,如此,该便携式电子装置可由该开闭模组的支撑而竖立于支撑面上。

具体实施方式
本发明便携式电子装置可为移动电话、PDA(personal digital assistant)、电脑等。本实施例以移动电话为例加以说明。
请参阅图1及图3,该移动电话100包括上壳10、一与该上壳10结合为一体的下壳20、一开闭模组30及一铰链装置(图未标)。该开闭模组30通过所述铰链装置组设于该下壳20上。
该上壳10包括一远离该下壳20的第一表面12,其于该第一表面12的中部设置一显示装置14,而于邻近该第一表面12的两端处分别设置一按键区16。
请一并参阅图2,该下壳20包括一底壁22、一第一侧壁24及一第二侧壁26,该第一侧壁24及该第二侧壁26相邻设置,且均设置于该底壁22上。该底壁22包括一远离该上壳10的第二表面28及一朝向该上壳10的第三表面29。该底壁22内设置一第一镜头281,且该第一镜头281露出该第二表面28,该第一镜头281可用以实现该移动电话100的拍照功能。
该底壁22于该第一镜头281的两侧开设二条形通孔282,从而于该底壁22上形成二相对的孔壁283。所述通孔282大致与该第一侧壁24平行。该底壁22于所述通孔282之间凸设一第一止位肋284及一第二止位肋285,该第一止位肋284及该第二止位肋285分别居于该第一镜头281的两侧,且大致与该第二侧壁26平行,该第一止位肋284及该第二止位肋285用以限制该开闭模组30于该下壳20上的滑动行程。请再次参阅图1,该底壁22于该第三表面29上沿着所述孔壁283对称开设二滑槽292,且所述滑槽292导通所述孔壁283,该开闭模组30可沿着所述滑槽292在下壳20上滑动。
该开闭模组30大致为一方形板状体,其包括一朝向该第一镜头281的第四表面32。该开闭模组30内设置一第二镜头322,且该第二镜头322露出该第四表面32。该第二镜头322位于该开闭模组30的一端部,于该开闭模组30的另一端部凸设一第三止位肋324。该开闭模组30设置该第三止位肋324的一端与所述铰链装置固接。请参阅图3,当该开闭模组30处于关闭状态时,其覆盖于该第一镜头281上以保护该第一镜头281免受外界的损害。该第二镜头322可用于实现该移动电话100的视频通话功能。
请再次参阅图1,所述铰链装置包括二铰链40,每一铰链40的一端延伸有一固定部42,所述铰链40通过该固定部42与该开闭模组30固接,另一端向外延伸有一横截面大致呈“L”形的滑动体44。该固定部42为一固定片,所述铰链40与该开闭模组30的固接方式为螺钉螺接。该滑动体44可滑动地容置于该滑槽292内。
再次参阅图1-3,将该开闭模组30组设于该下壳20上时,可按如下工序进行:首先将该开闭模组30放置于该下壳20的第二表面28上以覆盖该第一镜头281,且使该第三止位肋324与该第一止位肋284相抵接;将该铰链40的滑动体44滑入所述滑槽292内,并将该铰链40的固定部42与该开闭模组30螺接于一起,即完成组设工序。
请参阅图3,打开该开闭模组30时,可按如图3箭头A所示方向拉该开闭模组30,此时,所述滑动体44于所述滑槽292内滑动,且直至该第三止位肋324与该第二止位肋285抵持时(如图4所示),停止拉该开闭模组30,此时,该开闭模组30处于打开位置,该第一镜头281及该第二镜头322暴露于外以备使用该第一镜头281及该第二镜头322。当需关闭该开闭模组30时,作动过程与打开该开闭模组30时相反,在此不在详述。此外,由于该开闭模组30是通过该铰链装置设置于该下壳20上,因此还可按如图4箭头B所示方向将该开闭模组30旋转,从而使该开闭模组30与该下壳20成一定的角度(如图5所示),如此,该移动电话100可由该开闭模组30的支撑而竖立于桌面等支撑面上。
所述移动电话100的该开闭模组30处于闭合状态时,其覆盖于该第一镜头281上以保护该第一镜头281免受外界的损害,同时,该第二镜头322亦受该开闭模组30的保护,因此该开闭模组30可作摄像头保护装置的作用,而不必另外设置保护装置以保护该第一镜头281及该第二镜头322,从而降低该移动电话100的制造成本。

Claims (9)

1.一种便携式电子装置,其包括一壳体、一设置于该壳体上的第一镜头及一第二镜头,其特征在于:该便携式电子装置还包括一开闭模组及一铰链装置,该第二镜头设置于该开闭模组朝向该壳体的表面上,该开闭模组通过该铰链装置可滑动地铰接于该壳体上以使该第一镜头及该第二镜头同时露出或隐藏。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该壳体上开设有二滑槽,该铰链装置包括二铰链,每一所述铰链的一端与该开闭模组固接,另一端延伸有一滑动体,所述滑动体可滑动地设置于所述滑槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该壳体于邻近该第一镜头的两侧对称开设二通孔,所述通孔的延伸方向与该开闭模组的滑动方向平行,所述滑槽开设于该壳体远离该开闭模组的表面,且与所述通孔导通。
4.如权利要求2所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述滑动体的横截面呈“L”形。
5.如权利要求2所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述铰链装置与该开闭模组固接的一端延伸有一固定部,该固定部固接于该开闭模组上。
6.如权利要求5所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该固定部与该开闭模组的固接方式为螺钉螺接。
7.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该壳体朝向该开闭模组的表面间隔凸设二第一止位肋,所述第一止位肋用以限制该开闭模组相对于该壳体的滑动行程。
8.如权利要求7所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该开闭模组朝向该壳体的表面上设置一与所述第一止位肋抵持的第二止位肋。
9.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该开闭模组通过该铰链装置相对于该壳体旋转而调整该开闭模组与该壳体之间的角度,使该便携式电子装置由该开闭模组的支撑而竖立于支撑面上。
