Abstract

本发明公开一种可携式电子装置，其包括一本体、一操作界面、一支撑元件以及一影像撷取单元。本体包括一收纳槽。操作界面设于该本体之上。支撑元件于一第一方位以及一第二方位之间相对该本体枢转，当该支撑元件位于该第一方位时，该支撑元件位于该收纳槽之中，当该支撑元件位于一第二方位时，该支撑元件与该本体之间具有一支撑夹角，该支撑夹角大于0度。影像撷取单元设于该支撑元件之中。

可携式电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可携式电子装置，特别是涉及一种具有摄影以及站立功能的可携式电子装置。
背景技术
现今的可携式电子装置(例如，智慧型手机)，已逐渐提供多媒体娱乐的功能，因此，有需要能将可携式电子装置依使用者所需要的角度站立于支撑表面(例如，桌面)之上。然，现有的可携式电子装置一般为扁平的装置，并不具备站立支撑的功能。
发明内容
本发明即为了欲解决现有技术的问题而提供的一种可携式电子装置，包括一本体、一操作界面、一支撑元件以及一影像撷取单元。本体包括一收纳槽。操作界面设于该本体之上。支撑元件于一第一方位以及一第二方位之间相对该本体枢转，当该支撑元件位于该第一方位时，该支撑元件位于该收纳槽之中，当该支撑元件位于一第二方位时，该支撑元件与该本体之间具有一支撑夹角，该支撑夹角大于0度。影像撷取单元设于该支撑元件之中。
应用本发明实施例的可携式电子装置，该可携式电子装置可以通过支撑元件长时间站立于支撑面(例如，桌面)之上，以供使用者观看多媒体娱乐资讯。同时，由于影像撷取单元设于支撑元件之中，因此可节省可携式电子装置的内部空间，并方便使用者进行高角度以及低角度的影像拍摄。

具体实施方式
图1A为显示本发明实施例的可携式电子装置的第一表面的示意图，图1B为显示本发明实施例的可携式电子装置的第二表面的示意图，图1C为显示本发明实施例的可携式电子装置的站立状态图。参照图1A、图1B以及图1C，该可携式电子装置100包括一本体110、一操作界面120、一支撑元件130以及一影像撷取单元。本体110具有第一表面111、第二表面112以及一收纳槽113，该第一表面111相反于该第二表面112，该收纳槽113形成于该第二表面112之上。操作界面120设于该本体110的该第一表面111之上。支撑元件130设于该本体110的该第二表面112之上，可以于一第一方位(图1B)以及一第二方位(图1C)之间相对该本体枢转110，当该支撑元件130位于该第一方位(图1B)时，该支撑元件130位于该收纳槽(113)之中，当该支撑元件130位于一第二方位时(图1C)，该支撑元件130与该本体110之间具有一支撑夹角θ，该支撑夹角θ大于0度。影像撷取单元设于该支撑元件130之中。
该操作界面120为一触控荧幕。该支撑夹角θ可以介于0度～90度之间，较佳介于30度～60度之间。上述角度揭露并未限制本发明，支撑夹角θ在不同设计中可以视需要任意调整。
图2A为显示本发明的支撑元件130于第一方位的侧视图，图2B为显示本发明的支撑元件130于第二方位的侧视图。参照图2A以及图2B，该本体110包括一枢转座131。该支撑元件130包括一壳体132以及一支撑部133。该枢转座131固定于该本体110之中，该壳体132枢接该枢转座131，该支撑部133连接该壳体132。搭配参照图3，其显示本发明的支撑元件130的分解图。该影像撷取单元140设于该壳体132之中。该影像撷取单元140包括一影像撷取模块141以及一排线142。
在一实施例中，该壳体132在支撑夹角θ为30度～60度之间相对该枢转座131枢转，该壳体132可以紧配的方式枢接该枢转座131，由此可稳固的停留于支撑夹角θ为30度～60度之间的任一角度(freestop)；或，该壳体132也可以卡合等方式仅停留于支撑夹角θ为30度及60度两种角度(onestop)。
搭配参照图1C以及图3，该壳体132包括一影像撷取视窗134以及二闪光灯视窗135，该影像撷取视窗134以及该等闪光灯视窗135对应该影像撷取单元140。
参照图4，其显示图1C中IV-IV方向的示意剖视图，其中，该收纳槽113中形成有一开口114以及一镂空部115。该壳体132可部分伸入该镂空部115之中，以进一步缩小可携式电子装置的体积。该排线142经过该开口114延伸进入该本体110。本发明的可携式电子装置还包括一电路板150以及一连接器151，该电路板150包括一电路板表面152，该连接器151设于该电路板表面152，该排线142连接该连接器151，该电路板表面152面对该操作界面(120)。
参照图1C，当该支撑元件位于第二方位时(支撑状态)，该可携式电子装置可以长时间站立于支撑面(例如，桌面)之上，以供使用者观看多媒体娱乐资讯；或，参照图5A，在一影像撷取模态中(可由使用者通过软件选择)，该可携式电子装置的影像撷取单元可向上撷取影像，方便使用者在低的角度进行拍摄。
参照图5B，在另一使用状态下(将可携式电子装置旋转180度)，该可携式电子装置的影像撷取单元可向下撷取影像，方便使用者在高的角度进行拍摄。
在影像撷取模态中，该支撑元件也可以位于第一方位，上述揭露并未限制本发明。
应用本发明实施例的可携式电子装置，该可携式电子装置可以通过支撑元件长时间站立于支撑面(例如，桌面)之上，以供使用者观看多媒体娱乐资讯。同时，由于影像撷取单元设于支撑元件之中，因此可节省可携式电子装置的内部空间，并方便使用者进行高角度以及低角度的影像拍摄。
虽然结合以上具体的较佳实施例揭露了本发明，然而其并非用以限定本发明，任何熟悉此技术者，在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内，可作些许的更动与润饰，因此本发明的保护范围应以附上的权利要求所界定的为准。

Claims (8)

1.一种可携式电子装置，包括：
本体，包括一收纳槽；
操作界面，设于该本体之上；
支撑元件，在一第一方位以及一第二方位之间相对该本体枢转，当该支撑元件位于该第一方位时，该支撑元件位于该收纳槽之中，当该支撑元件位于一第二方位时，该支撑元件与该本体之间具有一支撑夹角，该支撑夹角大于0度；以及
影像撷取单元，设于该支撑元件之中；
其中，该本体包括枢转座，该支撑元件包括壳体以及支撑部，该枢转座固定于该本体之中，该壳体枢接该枢转座，该支撑部连接该壳体，该影像撷取单元设于该壳体之中，该影像撷取单元包括影像撷取模块以及排线，该收纳槽中形成有开口，该排线经过该开口延伸进入该本体；
当该支撑组件位于该第一方位时，该影像撷取单元撷取一第一影像，当该支撑组件位于该第二方位时，该影像撷取单元撷取一第二影像。
2.如权利要求1所述的可携式电子装置，其中，该支撑夹角介于30度～60度之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的可携式电子装置，其中，该本体具有第一表面以及第二表面，该第一表面相反于该第二表面。
4.如权利要求3所述的可携式电子装置，其中，该操作界面设于该第一表面之上，该支撑元件设于该第二表面之上。
5.如权利要求1所述的可携式电子装置，其中，该操作界面为一触控荧幕。
6.如权利要求1所述的可携式电子装置，其中，该壳体包括影像撷取视窗以及闪光灯视窗，该影像撷取视窗以及该闪光灯视窗对应该影像撷取单元。
7.如权利要求1所述的可携式电子装置，其中，该壳体以紧配的方式枢接该枢转座。
8.如权利要求1所述的可携式电子装置，其还包括电路板以及连接器，该电路板包括电路板表面，该连接器设于该电路板表面，该排线连接该连接器，该电路板表面面对该操作界面。
